Los Arcos

We have eaten at Los Arcos for three years and often. The service is excellent. The staff works hard to provide friendly and fast service. The food is excellent and reminds us of the good Mexican food we got in Arizona and California. Los Arcos is the best Mexican restaurant in this part of Alabama. If you are looking for good Mexican food, we highly recommend Los Arcos.

The restaurant is clean with a great ambience. The food is great! They have added quesabirria tacos to their menu that are 🤌. The plate pictured first is called Nachos Mixed. Filled with fajitas, shrimp, grilled onions, and bell peppers drizzled with queso. The second plate pictured is the quesabirria tacos!

Fast and friendly service, only thing they can do better is make those chicken sizzling hot. Whole table order was not the way we like. House hot sauce was super delicious. Also they can do cleanup on
Emu after customers our menu had a food residue all over.

I visited on Oct 21, 2024, for my first time. I ordered the fajita (chicken) salad. The lettuce was brown. The bowl was overcooked. The chips were overcooked with a burnt taste. Seems like it may be the oil that was used. Not a good taste.

Haven't been there in a while, but it was still just as good as it has always been! Never disappointed in this place. The food is always excellent and the service is awesome! Highly recommend if you've never been here before.

We love eating here! Very quick and kind service, and I personally love the staff picking at my son to pay the bill! 🤣 Huge selection of menu items, very clean, food is always piping hot and delicious. My favorite restaurant in Albertville.

Today was my first time visiting. My son and I decided to stop by and try the place out. We enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and our waiter was very nice and helpful. I got the street tacos and he got the fajita quesadilla. The street tacos were the best I've ever had pretty much. Definitely will be back in the future. He loved his food also.

Got my food and the burrito was wrong (wife didn’t want cheese, was smothered in it) asked them to fix it they just dumped the contents of the old burrito and laid a torn up, burnt tortilla on it. Multiple hairs found in the food. Will not be returning at all!!

Just happiness on a plate here, my entire family loves coming and ordering from here just nom nom on a plate me personally always have left over so lunch for the next day or least a good snack before bed. Always have the happiest and sweetest servers and adult drinks here are nicely sized and you can always order a virgin of any of their drinks would highly suggest the virgin strawberry margarita so good.

My food I picked up literally tasted like it was a day old. Nothing tastes good. No season on meat at all.

It was a horrible experience. The waitress appeared to be new and they left her alone with a party of seven. We had to repeatedly ask for items and everyone had cold food. They didn’t try to handle the issue whatsoever and the manager had a horrible attitude.

The server we had was new, and had zero experience. The Manager offered to take care of the issue, when our food came out cold. Instead he called the police on us, and they made us leave while yelling at the same time while they escorted us out of the building.

Los Arcos serves cold food to black people. Did not comp our tickets for the cold food and called the police on me because I didn't want to pay after the manager told my party he would fix the tickets. Never again. If there was a zero star option they would have received that because the 1 star is too much credit for this place.

Went for my birthday yesterday, told my waitress when I ordered it was my birthday, (thought they did dessert for birthdays) she never acknowledged it, never got refills on our drinks, I guess because she was more worried about the big parties of tables that we were having to sit by, not nice, I used to waitress, smaller tables are just as important as large tables, took forever to get my go box also, this place used to be one of my favorites to go to, not anymore, its like they didn't care , ill go to Boaz or Gadsden locations from now on

Overall the worst experience we have had at a Mexican restaurant. Me and one other ordered the same food and were served complete different. My daughter ordered a California burrito and it was cold so we told waited and were told they are served cold. My grandbaby and I asked for refills which we never received.

I've gotten Fiesta bowl for years. Always has cheese sauce in it. Everytime I get it delivered there's no cheese sauce. Knowing good and well it's suppose to have it. Beware if you are being delivered they take that cheese sauce out to save a penny and because you're not there to complain. NEVER AGAIN. I WONT EVEN EAT THERE OR GIVE ANYMORE BUSINESS TO THEM.

We visit this los arcos frequently and absolutely love it!!! All the employees are always so friendly and attentive. The food is amazing especially the fiesta fajitas, and the drinks are always good too. I recommend this place hands down!

Serving size is different than door dash you go up there and order the same thing you get a smaller portion of food don’t order door dash here they don’t confirm orders and you food gets took and they won’t replace it

I absolutely love the one in Albertville! I was disappointed in the one in Boaz when I go to Boaz I always leave hungry,they are always cutting the amount of steak they give you for fajitas,got more onions and peppers, and it didn't come sizzling, not good at all.. but the one in Albertville,it's done right! Thank you albertville location,been there 2 days in a row,lol.and you got my family business from now on!!

After eating at the new Los Arcos in Gadsden, the amount of favorite and seasoning is not the same as there. The fajitas's didn't have as much seasoning as they have had in the past. The service is always great. The staff is always great. The only thing is favorite vs the new location. Our chicken has been bland the last couple of times.

Wonderful cheaper end mexican restaurant. Really just my go to. However, service is really hit or miss here. Like you can have a steady chance of excellent service and then get one of the more lazy servers that don't check on drinks or anything for long periods of time. But I recommend.

It's was late. It was hard to get acknowledged by anyone. Even after the kids working up front saw me standing at the register it took the bartender lady telling them 2 times to come take my order. Ordered fiesta fajita bowl with light chicken, extra cheese and extra rice. When I got to my car with my food it was a soupy mess in the bag. They put all that food with the extra rice in what appeared to be the smallest aluminum to go pan they had and to top it off they didn't seal the lid but about halfway so it was all in the bag, all over EVERYTHING. Tried to go back in(only had 1 napkin) and they had loved the door. Called....no answer. The same kid that ignored me the first time ignored me a second time when he saw me knocking on the door. Very unprofessional, shows a total lack of pride in what they do. Made me feel as if they looked as me as disposal. Oh and I had just as much chicken as everything else. Safe to say I won't be back to Albertville LosArcos

The food was absolutely amazing. I got a new item and it was great. It was like a fajita bowl with cheese and rice but also on tortillas and I will be getting that again because it was delicious!
The waiter was so good. I wish everyone was like him. He treated my little girl like a princess the whole time. By the end when we were getting ready to go I had to ask if he was a grandpa because the way he was talking to my daughter was similar as I've seen my dad talk to my daughter. Of course he was and had some granddaughters by his son's and I could just tell he was a loving grandpa. He was the best waiter.

Absolutely fantastic place to dine in, or get take out mexicana. The atmosphere is a little mundane and overdone, seems rustic in a old world texmex setting, but overall Clean and the staff is friendly and the Food is fantasitic. If the place got a remodel I would reccomend this place to all and bump it up to five stars.

Online order is a scam. Ordered and payed online went to pickup and they said they don't have online ordering. Out money to something called order hero. The restaurant knows this but they're not taking down the option to order online off of Google nor are they warning their customers about it
