Los Arcos&Mexician Restaurant

The chips were fresh and crispy. Salsa was good. My husband ordered Shrimp Frajitas. I could not believe my eyes when the plate came out. Nothing but tiny,rubbery over cooked shrimp and onions. Small portion for the price. After eating the Shrimp Frajitas at Mexico Lindo in Oxford,this was pitiful!!!!

I ordered 3 Tamales,rice and a beef taco on the side. One taco was 2.99 and barely had any meat at all in it. The Tamales were good. Would have been better if they were HOT instead of barely warm. The rice was very good and moist.

Service....well,the young man seemed more interested in talking to his friends who wrote listening to some kind of game( was EXTREMELY loud).
We won't be going back.

Mom and I stopped in about a hour before closing on a Monday night (11/11/24). We half expected poor or rushed service so they could close on time. But we were shocked that was not at all how we were treated. Nothing felt rushed. Everything was great!!! Caleb was a wonderful server, talkative and very friendly! I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt this experience needed to have positive attention. Buen trabajo y muchas gracias a todos!!! 🤗

Our food was great and the people were very friendly! I had Hawaiian Fajitas which were cooked perfectly and my husband got a shrimp, a chicken and a steak soft taco and they were huge and very good. We also had the queso con carne (cheese dip with ground beef) and it was such a large portion it could’ve have been a meal in itself! I will definitely be back!

Victor was a great waiter, that boy deserves a raise! The food was good, and their bartender makes a tasty top shelf margarita. Simple, but cozy atmosphere. I recommend giving it a go if you're in the area.

Nacho was bland especially the meats which they gave a lot of not sure if it was meat seem to view me to be more of us soybean base. There was just no flavoring like I expected in the Mexican dish. There is very few nacho chips and a half a slice of thick tomato instead of diced tomatoes like you would expect. you did get the chips and sauce to begin with for free and the chips will supplement the nacho. Definitely not worth it. the staff seem preoccupied with themselves they seem down, not very friendly and the server actually seemed somewhat frustrated And not attentive. asked if we'd like anything like some more water towards the end of the meal when I had a full glass and the other person had over half a glass. Don't expect lunch special if you walk in there at 3 everybody just seemed somewhat rude and not very happy, even the cashier was like quick to get you out no smile or thank you or even look up at you.looking at the rest of the food pictures I would guess most of the stuff is pretty much the same I would not recommend it there's plenty of other Mexican restaurants that are good at same price or better. And guacamole look like it was squeezed out of a bag not fresh made.

It’s always been our go too. But here recently it’s fallen off. Always get my kids cheese Quesadillas. Consistently coming out with cold unmelted cheese, got the FLAMING cheese and it came out quite as a mouse and again cheese was not melted. They were great for the most part about addressing the issues but I mean not to be harsh you’d think it’s common sense to MELT the cheese. But other than those consistent issues they have the best salsa hands down.

The most filthy place I have ate at in a while the waiter wipe his nose with his hand literally I'm watching like nothing wrong the restaurant was dirty I watched a cook come out the restroom he wash his there but once in the kitchen he pass the sink I didn't eat but my hubby did anyway Wow very rude I can say!

Personal opinion only means so much, each person has their own tastes, i enjoyed a Fajita quesadilla, large cheese dip and a side of jalapenos, never ate fajitas before i visited, they tasted nice for me but my friend said tasted dry, that was probably because it fell out the quesa. Overall i enjoyed it here, would go again.

Cannot complain. Their pablano paper is delicious alongside their nachos. They have a large selection to choose from and the speakers are constantly playing Mariachi music much to the delight of my ears. It's a bit expensive ourisd eof lunch though, I wish I could eat here more often.

Only walked in for a sweet tea and the waitresses weren’t friendly had to hint them down when I walked in and their large tea was way overpriced but it was definitely good sweet tea

Service sucks. I ordered chicken burrito, rice with Pico. No Pico, got beef, no refill on tea. The waitress came to the put the plate down. I didn't see again for awhile. I had to eat it or leave. Had to ask for my ticket twice. I don't know what has happen to this place use to be a great place.
Management, when get back to good and food and SERVICE please let me know, until then good bye.

Waiter reached in the plate my friend was eating on to get a bone.. was never offered anything else never was apologetic to the matter nothing… then asked for silverware an had to ask several times before ever getting the silverware.. also ordered food which was told 3 times that a child was allergic to something and they still brought it out with what I asked not to put on the food.. asked for a to go plate never received the to go plate we just left after paying the ridiculous bill

Los arcos gives you the intimate authetic Mexican restaurant feels. Love the fact that they have .25 candy at the checkout, just a nice touch. More restaurants need to create a WIFM based tipping system. Arcade boxes or vending machines, candy machines, etc. Los Arcos has that system in place, and its why I give them all 5 stars cause they are running a business right and the pitcher margarita was so delicious and fair in quantity and price. Keep rocking Los Arcos.

Some of us did the Taco Tuesday & added a side of beans. 1 person got the Burrito Texana, it was huge, several types of meats. And the little ones had a kids meal but pretty much filled up on chips & salsa & cheese dip. Food came out fast & hot. Service was wonderful. She was very nice & attentive but not bothersome. My only complaint is the meat inside the tacos was too greasy, it soaked thru the crunchy Taco shells, dripped on shirts and there was still grease on the plate.

Food was great, but on third visit in a week, was told by manager that they no longer give a military discount, since Sunday. Since they are across the street from Ft McClellan, seems odd. Has cost them a brand-new regular customer.

Los Arcos always has excellent service. The food is perfect every time and so quick to come out the kitchen. I gave 4 stars because each time we go our total is different even if we order the same thing. Otherwise we have only positive things to say about Los Arcos.

Great food! If you're new to the place, then I suggest the flaming cheese steak, fiesta nachos or the burrito grande. Fiesta nachos has steak, chicken and shrimp.
