Every time I come to this location they are always out of something! STOCK THIS PLACE UP! This is a college/ football town! You guys should know to order more food every truck! This is not rocket science. How are you out of sour cream! This location needs to be shut down until someone can come and run it right.

I LOVE Chipotle but this is by far the worst location I’ve ever stepped in! It’s awful to say the least. The customer service is horrible and I’m not one that really requires a lot. They stop making chips and start putting things away between 8-9pm but allegedly they close at 11pm. Tonight around 9pm the long was still pretty long and they refused to restock anything. I was given 3 pieces of lettuce, yes I counted. It’s ridiculous.

God awful. Employees are dumb and rude. Always out of at least 3-4 things I get on my bowl. How are you out of rice cheese lettuce and chicken. It’s something that happens weekly showing the employees and manager are too lazy to do anything about it. The place is dirty and the employees are dirty and sloppy and mix the food. Would give it 0 stars if I could. If they were at the very least friendly or nice people it would be so much more bearable.

The good taste good but, the workers like to close everything down way too early. It is currently 9pm and they close at 11 but yet they already put up all the chairs, the sour cream, pico, both salsas, one of the meets, the shredded cheese, the corn, and queso. And that all just from what I could from a quick glance as I left.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Location
This was my second time experiencing the same issue at this Chipotle, and it was even worse than before. I placed a mobile pick-up order expecting it to be ready within a reasonable time frame. Instead, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no sign of my food. When I finally went inside to ask if my order was ready or at least get an estimate on when it might be, the team member I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She outright told me that she didn’t know and made no effort to find out or help me in any way.
What made it worse was her attitude—she was dismissive, avoided taking any responsibility, and seemed more interested in dodging me than in doing her job. Instead of providing any assistance, she just walked away and left me standing there, completely ignored.
This was a terrifyingly bad experience. I eventually gave up and left without my food, opting to get something from another restaurant. I wasted my time and was treated with blatant disrespect.
If you value your time and expect even a basic level of customer service, avoid this Chipotle location at all costs.

I recently dined at Chipotle, and I can't help but share my positive experience. My friend and I ordered a Chicken Bowl with queso and a Carne Asada Bowl with queso, and it was nothing short of amazing 🔥
Firstly, the freshness of the ingredients stood out. The chicken and carne asada were perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It was evident that the meats were of high quality. The cilantro-lime rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, and the black beans were a great complement❣️
What truly elevated our bowls was the queso. It added a delightful creaminess and a slight kick of spice, taking the flavors to another level🤗 The queso was generously drizzled over our bowls, and it's safe to say that it's a game-changer.
The variety of salsas and toppings at Chipotle is impressive😊 We loaded up on the pico de gallo, corn salsa, and the fiery hot salsa, all of which added a burst of freshness and a hint of heat. The guacamole was also fantastic, with its creamy texture and robust avocado flavor.

For being a restaurant in the middle of a college town, this place is an absolute joke. You are serving hundreds of students, and have been for years, but you continue to run out of food in the middle of the day? I came here for dinner the other night. I get rice, meat and some toppings on my bowls. All I got was meat and rice. When I asked when the toppings were going to be restocked or ready again (because I was willing to wait), they said they wouldn’t be making any more for the rest of the day. What? Half of your inventory won’t be there the rest of the day? That’s insane. This place needs better management and people who are happy to work there or at least be kind to the customers, as well as have minuscule communication skills.

This place is disgusting and the employees are rude. They seem like children playing outside and not at work. I have seen roaches at this location recently so I won’t be coming back to this one. They are always out of stuff and put up the chairs in the lobby wayyy too early. I will never eat at this place again. It needs to be shut down when the new one opens. Wish I could give it a 0/10.

Was never a great experience here due to what all of the other reviews have covered (long wait lines, small servings, ect.), but this past year it has gotten to the point where they are simply out of food every time I go in here.
I can count at least half a dozen times I have gone in here fully willing to give them my money and had to leave because there was almost no food. These were not 30 minutes before closing either. No one seems to be reading these reviews anyway, but hopefully things can change because this Chipoltle is in a great location and the food can be good when it is actually there.

unnecessary wait no matter what time of day. Took them an hour to make a kids meal at 10am just for me to wait 20 more minutes past the ticket time in a nearly empty restaurant. I literally stopped eating here and I love Chipotle. I would go in there and order the same thing brown rice, a side of lettuce, sour cream and cheese, I would pay $4.76, I went on a few months ago and cashier tried to charge me almost $9, I asked to speak a manager and she tried to embarrass me in front of everyone by yelling down the line to the guy asking how many scoops of rice did he give me and said she was charging me for each scoop. Then she was yelling in front of of everyone we are not going to give you free sides (lettuce, cheese and sour cream)I left the food. I called and made a complaint with corporate. Nothing was done about the matter.

It was terrible. Nobody is really interested in doing anything except collecting a paycheck. Everything takes at least 3 times longer than it would take an employee who actually cares to do the task. Line is wrapped around the restaurant because there are no tortillas, no rice, no chicken, no beef. Dirt and mud on the floor. Ice machine was broken. No lemonade in the drink machine. All trash cans overflowing. All tables had food or soda spilled on them. It was a hot mess. Everyone is standing around looking at everyone else to do their job that nobody is doing. What a hot mess. If you come, bring your patience and don't be in a hurry.

Absolutely horrible customer service every time I go and I know multiple people who have the same experiences as well. Did an order for delivery, I got my order in a decent amount of time but it was completely wrong. I re ordered it for pick up and when I got to the restaurant the staff had no idea what order I was talking about as if they had never seen it before, despite me having the app open on my phone with order confirmation and correct location. I ended up getting my order, or what I thought it was going to be. Order was STILL wrong. I gave up at that point. You could tell the manager was fed up with the staff and no one knew what they were doing. I will be going to Salsarita’s, Barberitos, Taco Mama, Moe's Southwest, etc. from now on, or literally anywhere but here. Moe's chicken better anyways.

Oh my God. I've been a grub hub and door dasher that has come here and they make us wait forever! I rarely have to wait this long for such small orders but at this Chipotle, it's almost every single time! I ordered two beef brisket bowls online on Sunday and had to wait an extra hour to pick them up. On top of that, the order was wrong—one bowl had no meat, and the other had steak instead of brisket. The store was clearly understaffed, with a room full of people waiting for their food. Almost all the tables were dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and the place was generally a mess. Overall, it was a really disappointing and chaotic experience.

Restaurant has been dirty on multiple occasions with the vents being horribly dirty on the ceiling. Trash piled high, and only spoons available instead of also having forks for a salad. Every time I go they are out of something whether that be beans, a protein, or the salad dressing. Service is actually quite good however there needs to be changes to how it is being operated. It is not like this is an isolated event either as it has been this way since I started going here.

The service at this location is horrendous. The employees are not very vigilant and allow the dining room and patio to become filthy with garbage and food everywhere. The food is good with massive portions to eat for leftovers the next day. Take the food to go and skip all the unprofessionalism behind the counter.

I’ve been here twice and both times were absolutely terrible (thought the first time was a fluke). Service is not great, utensils not stocked, and don’t think about ordering ahead haha your food will not be ready and that’s if you get the right order at all. Highly recommend management actually manage. Don’t go to this location unless you want to wait forever.

I love chipotle, it’s great! However this location consistently turns customers waiting in line away because they have too many online orders, they will tell an entire restaurant long line to order online and wait 40-50 minutes for your meal even though they served the person in front of you in the line. If the restaurant can’t accommodate the people who walk in to eat then they should not have online ordering or they should hire more staff. Please chipotle fix this location it is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle.

The absolute worst chipotle ever. Have had multiple multiple times where I wait 30+ mins longer than my expected pick up time. The chipotlane gives you your order with items missing. They never have all the ingredients and are rude. Just all around bad.

If I could rate them a Negative 0, I would. I don’t understand why this location sends out a confirmation saying your order is ready and it’s not. Staff advised me that the district manager makes them print out all the order tickets in order for it to appear like the orders are ready when they are not. I guess this makes it appear like they are completing orders timely when they clearly are not. That sounds like a scam and an absolute attempt to deceive the public. The staff is saying it’s gonna take 30 minutes for the order to be ready. How can that be ? There were surprisingly not many customers present. So, again, how can that be? I know the reason just by looking around. I see the staff primarily horsing around, going in and out the back door to hold private conversations on their phones, laughing, and having a good time when they should be cooking/working since they are on the clock. There is no structure or supervision for the evening/night shift. It’s absolute disorganized chaos. Don’t waste your time coming here in the evening/night bc you won’t get your order. Go someplace else. This location needs to be restaffed with efficient workers that actually do the job they’re paid to do. No one has time to wait long periods of time for a simple meal.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The workers are constantly disrespectful and are always talking to eachother before I can get help placing my order. Do not try to use the mobile order function either, it will always be 30 minutes to an hour after the time displayed on the app with very little portion sizes. Last week I went in for dinner and they were very busy so I understandably just waited in line and allowed them to catch up on orders. It took about 30 minutes for me to make my way up to the front of the line to order and right before I can place it, the woman working tells me that they are now switching to mobile orders only and she’s not going to take my order. I was not going to place a mobile order just to wait there for another hour, I also just wasted close to an hour of my time waiting in line just to be the person they decided to cut off. I would never return to this chipotle, it is an absolutely terrible experience from every aspect of being a customer.

if i could leave negative stars, i would. for starters, i ordered off the app and they gave me an estimate time of 1:35 i waited for 20-30 minutes, then after THAT i get my food, and its not even what i ordered. the bowl has my name and what i ordered, but instead of a quesadilla i get somebody else's nasty looking bowl. never ordering from this chipotle EVER again.

This chipotle deserves zero stars and should probably win the award for worst chipotle in America. The food quality is hit or miss depending on the day, and that is honestly the best quality of this establishment. I’ve never once placed an online order and had it be ready on time, or even within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. If you place an online order, prepare to stand near the register with a dozen other people for at least 30 minutes, while being completely ignored by staff. Also, prepare to watch at least 10 people walk in, slowly and painstakingly make it through the in-person ordering line, and walk out with their order in hand before any of the staff has ever asked for the name on your online pickup order. The most infuriating part of this process is that more often than not (because for some reason, this chipotle has decided to stop using the designated order pick-up shelves), your order has been ready and sitting behind the counter (in plain sight) this entire time, and all you needed was 10 seconds of one of the staff’s time for them to simply hand it to you. The chipotlane is even worse; prepare to be waiting in line for multiple hours. There is no management presence here in any way. The store is dirty and the staff clearly just does not care. On a typical day, there seem to be about 10 people behind the counter/kitchen area, and usually 2 of them seem to be working really hard (shoutout to them! they’re amazing and are holding this whole place together) and the rest are standing around, trying really hard to look busy without doing anything at all, and avoiding making eye contact with any customers. Don’t bother coming here, it’s not worth it.

Lady at the register has a major attitude. She stood around gossiping with coworkers when she wasn't having an attitude with people at the register. I saw her spend more time standing around then helping her coworkers with literally anything when there was a line of people ordering food wrapped around the lobby and only two people on the line. Service was incredibly slow and attitudes were subpar. Id suggest avoiding this restaurant if you're having any sort of mobile order unless you have an hour or more to wait. This was also a Sunday at 3:30-4ish. I wouldn't recommend coming during the lunch rush at all.

They spent all that money building the “chipotlane” and no one even works it, I sat there for 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to open the window and no even came over. Then when I went in to ask for my food and who is supposed to be working the window it was the guy why had been hiding in the back on his phone (I could see him from the window). This place used to be so good a year ago, I don’t know what happened 😭 I eat here frequently and lately it seems the only way to get your food somewhat on time is if you DoorDash or use some other third party delivery app. Im a delivery driver myself and it’s always faster when I DoorDash it to me or when I’m picking up someone else’s food to deliver…. but using the chipotle app , ordering in-store, or chipotlane will be 45+ minute wait and they will always lose track of the orders somehow. And the salsa is like someone just diced up some tomatoes and poured lime juice on them :/

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Horrible management. Every single time I’ve been here they have been out of something and show no care in the world for their customers. If I could give this a 0/5 it would still be higher than they deserve.

Waited over an hour past my pickup time for my food just to find out it was left sitting in the back cause they wouldn’t put it on the self. Was missing multiple items and because I ordered on the app it won’t let me get a refund on the missing items.

Waited two hours in the CHIPOTLANE to be told that I needed to come inside. Went inside and no one would help me. Then was told the system was down and nothing they could do with a mountain of done orders behind them. Wouldn’t check to see if my food was there. No one would do anything while 75% of the workers were doing nothing. They also said on their end that the order was complete so I couldn’t cancel or do anything. Out of money and out of time to wait around.

Very understaffed, staff is overworked, lines are extremely long. I placed a mobile order, got there on time, the line was out to the road and i waited in line for nearly forty minutes trying to get the order cancelled through chipotle which took every bit of 20 minutes of messaging and employee.

This is without doubt the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It doesn’t take more than a second to think about it. I have ordered one bowl from this place multiple times for pickup and received my order over an hour later. Do not get food here. At this location it will be cold and an hour late.

I'm going to start off by saying that this chipotle is way better than the chipotle in tiger town. The chips and the rest of the food is fresh (unlike the tiger town chipotle where the chips are ALWAYS stale) and the food is pretty good. Their lemonades are TERRIBLE though, do NOT get a pomegranate lemonade just stick to the fountain drinks (I'm unsure if they weren't doing something right cleaning wise or if the lemonades are just bad). Like any chipotle, how good the value of your food is depends on who is serving it. The managers are not good at fixing the food, they don't give you the right amounts. The regular workers do a good job. Overall the food is good and the chips actually have limesalt (UNLIKE tiger town's Chipotle), so I reccomend if you want chipotle.

Online ordering offers less and less food, and the $14 double protein can be turned into a single protein that doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. A double warped burrito can be turned into a single. They failed to follow orders many times. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

The trash was all on the floor by the sink,the tables were filty with left over food on the tables,orders by door dash were behind the table and given out slow when you had to chase someone down to see if yours were ready. One guy was eating out of the chips bowl behind the counter with his phone on his shoulder under his shirt and not helping get the orders out…Just wasting time listening to his own thoughts I guess. There is no kind of direction in there at all. No one cares that you have to wait 10/15 mins for a door dash order that is sitting on the counter ready to go cause they walk right by you and not checking or answering questions! They need to be on point and not on his phone and eating in the back of the store while customers are seeing them waste time. Pick up a broom and sweep the trash up or clean the tables off.Get the door dash orders out quicker

This experience is easily one of the worst of my life. I wouldn’t wish this upon my mortal enemy. I would rather be deep fried than have to go through this torment I am in right now. I walk into this establishment, and I am informed they are doing online orders only. That’s fine if I am given an explanation, alas I was not. I had to download the chipotle app just to place my order INSIDE the restaurant. I am have now been waiting for 42 minutes on my singular burrito bowl. It would have been more time efficient to drive somewhere, sit down, and eat. Every minute that passes by is one more clump of hair that gets pulled out of my head. By the time I get my food, I could have applied for a position at Chipotle, been trained, made my own food, and quit before I ever saw the food in front of me. This better be the greatest foo that has ever graced my lips. I better start ascending when I eat this. I better reach nirvana when I eat this. I better have the most ethereal experience when I ingest this burrito bowl. UPDATE: It’s been an hour. I better start setting up camp for the night! UPDATE: I just got my food at the 61 minute mark. Now I know to order 2-3 business days in advance.

Placed an order through the app for 9:10, pulled into driveway behind another car at 9:12. It is now 9:50 and neither of us have been helped or have gotten our food. 4 different people came by and asked for the other cars name in front of me. 4 different time and 4 different people.

I come here all the time so I’m shocked that this happened. I ordered online and both of my bowls were incorrect, I took it back to the store and the manager had a horrible attitude and kept cutting me off. While they remade the bowls, one employee put way too much hot sauce on my bowl intentionally (to be petty) and another employee made a racist comment towards me saying I should handle the spice because of my ethnicity. Don’t go to this location.

I travel for work, and like to eat at Chipotle. Of all the Chipotles I've been to, this one is the worst. I ate here when I first got into town, and it was nothing but beans. I gave it another chance, and my bowl was half full, and when I brought it up, they treated me like I was stupid and tossed my bowl to make it look like more and handed it back to me with a horrible attitude.

I wish there was a 0 star option is how I feel about this place. I would trust my 4 year old cousin to cook rice before I trusted this chipotle, why is my burrito crunchy from uncooked rice in every bite. I can understand some tiny inconsistency but the whole meal? And if I order a LARGE chips and queso, it would be cool to have more than 6 chips in the bag with a pint of queso. You MIGHT get lucky and catch this place on a good day, but 9x/10 you should just go down the block to barberitos. This place sucks

Slowest store on the planet. Ordering over the app means that you have to wait hours for your food and every other day their register does not work. They have taken over an hour beyond their completed by time on numerous occasions now. I would recommend going anywhere else but this location.

I recently dined at Chipotle, and I can't help but share my positive experience. My friend and I ordered a Chicken Bowl with queso and a Carne Asada Bowl with queso, and it was nothing short of amazing 🔥

Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 11:50, wasn’t ready until 1:45. I kept on being told that it was going to be 20-30 minutes, then again, then again, and then was told that it was being worked on just to wait another hour. On top of everything, they left out multiple ingredients. Very disappointed.

Trash cans were all full. Tables were not cleaned there was no food to even serve and 4 employees walked by and never even said a word. They were talking to their friends. I will say the place was packed and I am imagining they just got a rush. At least I am hoping that was the issue.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. I love chipotle but the service is slow, the servings are very very little, and I have had two instances where they gave me the wrong bowl. It is extremely frustrating to worry about whether or not I will get my money’s worth every time I go into this chipotle.

This place is a rip-off, save your money for a restaurant that deserves it. Paid almost $20 for a single bowl that was awful. They were also out of rice in the middle of the day and they over charge you for everything. I initially thought I was being double charged when I saw the total. Also don’t expect chips to be included like at every other Mexican grill. Save some money and get more food for half the cost at moes or barbaritos.

If you like a “manager” who serves her little friends over people that were there first, and then pitches a little baby fit and basically steals your food and refuses a refund so steals your MONEY too then you’d love this place. Ask my order was online and ordered 45 minutes earlier and wasn’t even done when I got there so I don’t even know what they’re doing back there.

This location is awful, order placed for 7:40 pickup and at 7:42 told that they were almost an hour behind, meanwhile there a group just standing there talking to somebody chopping up meat. Really sucky service, won't be back here!

Deleted my first review from 9 months ago to repost. This place needs an episode on undercover boss. During peak times you can easily sit in this fast food drive thru 40+ minutes. Staff won't even come to the window the first 10 minutes once you make it there. This is the slowest drive thru location I've ever visited.

I ordered through postmates at 5:30. My postmates delivery person (so nice btw) waited and watched as they made my order, then somehow the employees lost my order aka gave it to someone else. My delivery person kept asking them about the order and they wouldn’t get back to her, and she waited there for over 90 minutes. Finally, at 7:45 my
delivery person had to cancel the order and personally texted me the issues with the restaurant. Obviously, there wasn’t anything she could do, but this place didn’t offer me or her any explanation and wasted both of our times. Either they need to hire more staff or have better management of this place, but overall it just sucks.

Usually pretty mid, but I ordered 3 Tacos to go through the chipotle app, and when I opened the bag at home I had someone else’s bowl instead. I’m vegetarian and it had chicken so I couldn’t even eat it. I tried giving feedback through the app for a refund or a free entre, but it didn’t work so now I have a whole bowl I can’t eat and I’m hungry:/

I have given Chipotle so many chances, but they always fail. We ordered our food for mobile pick-up at 7:30 pm, but when we arrived at 8 pm, we were told that they had just started on the 6:50 pm orders. So we waited in the parking lot and then had to get back in line since we couldn't cancel our order through the app. Finally, at 9 pm, we received our order. However, when we checked the bag, we realized they had forgotten to include the chips and made a bowl instead of a burrito as we had ordered. It turned out they didn't have any tortillas or chips, and they weren't going to inform us unless we opened the bag. We had paid for certain items that were missing, but they didn't mention that they had run out. Even after confronting them, they just suggested calling the corporate number for a refund since that's all they knew. It was the worst hospitality you could expect from a restaurant. I strongly advise avoiding this Chipotle at all costs. They will disappoint you every time. I will make sure never to go to this Chipotle again.

My visit was a all around bad experience. Understaffed, six people ahead of me and a fifteen minute wait to get served. The employees did a bad job of putting together two tacos. Had to wait five more minutes to ring up. I almost pulled a dine and dash. The two different credit cards would not work. Lucky I had some cash. It was just a perfect storm. I will not go back. Moe's is a block away.

Please beware, you can not order food here in person. You have to order it and eat out only. Even with this change they still can’t get it together. If you order, it will be an additional HOUR wait from the time the app says. This has to be the worst chipotles in America. Stay away at all cost.

This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It’s obviously not the employees fault but the manager and higher-ups. You would think that if you have only one Chipotle restaurant near campus you would have a higher number of employees working. Every single time I order from here it’s at least a 30-50 minute wait. At the minimum. This place sucks. Would not recommend. New management required.

Ordering chipotle here is a gamble. 50% of the time there will be no issue and the order is as it should be.
The other 50% of the time you will wait 30 - 40 minutes for the staff to simply ask you what was on your order and then mess it up.
This review is written while waiting second in line for an order that was claimed to be ready for pick-up on the app over an hour ago.
There needs to be a refund feature available on the app after a certain amount of time has elapsed.
Once again I feel like a moron for even thinking about getting chipotle on a weekend.

We got there at lunchtime, and it was crowded with students. The lemonade and the drinks in the dispensers were empty. The tables were dirty, and everyone seemed frustrated after getting their food, only to find they had a very limited drink offering.
The food was good, everything was hot and plentiful. I loved the fact I could get 3 different salsas in my bowl. My husband is not a big fan of Mexican food, but he really enjoyed his bowl of brown rice, with steak and pico de gallo.
