I go here normally but they have changed some things since they have first opened. They used to have boca but they stopped with that. I have always gotten a bag of chips with my meals. I’ve always seen them scoop two or even three scoops into the bag. Now all of a sudden, it’s one scoop. This bag is practically empty. A small bag should not be one scoop especially if the meal as a whole is coming out to $14 and it’s not even a combo. I will no longer be coming here at all. Unacceptable.

I was dying to visit because I love this sort of food. I ordered vegetable nachos with a side of queso and a chicken taco. The queso was watered down, lacked flavor, and was bland. The veggies were fresh on the nachos and they tasted great. The chicken taco was okay. There were no other customers in the restaurant during this time. I tried to make small talk but the staff was not really friendly, appeared nervous, and seemed to rush our visit. I really expected more. Overall, I probably won’t come back.

The food would be sooo good if they just used seasonings. Like I love the concept and most of the vegetables are good but the ground beef is so bland it's like eating soggy paper. I mean Taco Bell's beef tastes fine and nobody complains about it being "spicy", I promise you can add flavor to your meat, please please please.

My only complaint is that the curbside pick up is in the back of the building and I had no idea so I waited on my food for 45 mins in the front of the building then went in and asked for it. I would’ve never known curbside spots were in the back if i didn’t go out that way.

It's nice little tex-mex place. Rice was a bit dry and burrito and portions were quite small for what you pay. Service was nice and friendly employees but very low on customers when I went in around noon.

I have had Salsarita’s at a couple of their locations and always had good experiences. Even being fast casual food, their quesadillas are so good. I love grilled quesadillas so I obviously love that they make theirs that way. Also the service here was really good and the staff was super friendly.

I had Salsarita's catered this past weekend for a tailgate of over 70 people. Shiv was awesome to work with. It was delivered, and everything was perfect. We did the nacho bar, and it was more than enough for everyone. We will certainly do this again!

I’ve been dining for 17 years and 312 days and my soul has never been sucked like it was my first salsaritas experience. I was lucky enough to feast upon one of their delightful quesaritos. The initial bite took me back to living as a child with polio who had just finally been told he’s gonna make it. That second bite hit me harder than my abuelas chancla the day I was caught dancin freaky at the family function. Do not get me started on that third bite. I would wrestle that bear and maybe even let it kiss me again to experience that third bite one more time. I don’t know how to explain it except for a delectable oozing sensation that would make you swallow and go back for more.

I had the pleasure of dining at Salsaritas, and let me tell you, it was a fiesta for my taste buds! 🌮🎉 The food was so good that I considered doing the cha-cha with my burrito. The salsa bar was like a playground for condiment lovers, and the guacamole was so creamy, I almost wrote a love song to it. The staff was as friendly as your favorite tía at a family gathering. If you want a taste of Mexico without the need for a passport, Salsaritas is the place to be. Ole! 💃🌯🌶️

Ordered a burrito and was served what must have been bread and body of Christ Himself. I took one bite of that chicken burrito and was instantly transported back to my childhood as it reminded me of my abuela's cooking. Nothing but good things from this restaurant.

Stopped by passing through Auburn and was looking for a quick bite to eat to get back on the road and this place was wonderful. It’s kind of like Moes Southwest but way better because the onions are separated and not in everything like they are at Moes and you can get plain tomatoes and black olives which chipotle doesn’t have. Super friendly staff and I now will stop here on my way back through. The only thing better would be if this place was open until 9pm, I though the closing at 8 during daylight savings time seemed odd given that it was barely dark yet and it was closing soon after I got there.

The manager that worked on 4/15 is so rude and she definitely racially profiled me! She accused me of stealing my to go order from the shelf and I had to happily prove her wrong and show he proof that this was my to go order. I’m a very easy person to get along with but when you’re rude to me…one thing I’m going to do is write a review. And I have never been yelled at the way she yelled and follow me! I’m not sure who is her supervisor bu watch the cameras if you think I am lying! 4/15 between 11:00-12pm.

Salsaritas is honestly the best food places to ever exist. The service was impeccable, and extremely fast. The food, as always, was fresh and tastes so good. Ultimately, if you ever need to pick a food spot, without a doubt Salsaritas is the move.

Easily one of my favorite Mexican grills hands down! Top tier service along with amazing food and prices. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and made the experience ten times better. Food was good but be aware you cannot eat in after 7, even though their sign says you can eat in later. I would like to eat in so it is fresh and hot, instead of 20 minutes later at home. Taco place down the street has no problem with late dine in.

We were turned away again last night for dine in at 7:30pm. They close at 8pm even though the door still states 9pm. It only takes 15-20 minutes to eat. This has happened 4-5 times and will be the last time I ever TRY to eat here. Also closing at 8pm in a college town is too early.

Fantastic to work with. We had a large catered order, individual boxes, for lunch on a Sunday; it was finals week, these guys were understaffed, but they pulled it off for us, on time and accurate... oh, and YUMMY!

We had 2 quesoritos.
It was ok. Queso was unflavored and food was bland.
Chips and salsa you pay extra. They either had too much seasoning or nothing. Not enough salsa or quac to even cover the chips we bought. Salsa also not very flavorful. Tasted like watered down marinera sauce.

Staff was on their phones right in the front by the register which was unprofessional. However, they were friendly when they took our order.

Not impressed. We suggest going down the road to the Mexican restaurant and paying the same price for better

SALSARITA A HIDDEN GEM! I was making my way through Auburn one day and stumbled across Salsaritas! Their food quality to excellent customer service was what really blew my family and I away! I got the chicken bowl and my Dad got the veg quesadillas which where both of fantastic quality and nice and fresh, really a cut above the rest compared to the other mexicans grills in Auburn! Salsaritas is definitely know a must go to in my eyes everytime i pass through the wonderful city. Highly recommend! Major thanks to the staff for their amazing hospitality!

I've been going here for over a year and the food is incredible! It's always a joy to go here with my family and I know the staff will take care of me. Nita is especially helpful where it comes to my inquiries. I've never been to a restaurant when the staff take the time to learn my name and put forth the effort to learn more about me! This place is not only super friendly, but treats me like family.

The food is absolutely amazing! But the employee Nita was very disrespectful and called me, the customer, rude for only asking a question. I didn’t appreciate the disrespect and Salsarita’s would be better if she didn’t work with the customers.

I have been to a lot of restaurants in a lot of different cities. And you always get what you pay for if you want an adult meal pay for an adult meal do not go to a restaurant order a kids meal and expect to be served an adult meal
I have been to Salsarita’s in montgomery in Auburn and Charlotte and the portion size is very reasonable for what you are paying.
I was little Disappointed to read that review when an adult order a kids meal knowing fully well it’s for kids 10 years and under.
You should be embarrassed to even put up that review. A lot of people are grateful that in this pandemic that they have a job.
You should be very happy that people are still trying to serve you on these conditions. Here is some advice there anyone out there who is trying to tarnish a good reputation of hard-working people stay home and cook please don’t embarrass yourselves.

The people that run this place are absolute crooks. Don't know how to run a restaurant and understand nothing about customer service. Refuse to even put toppings on a Kids Nacho even though the corporate website clearly says it comes with toppings. If you ask for even a little extra of anything given their serving sizes are tiny (salsa, tomatoes, cheese, or even rice), they upcharge you. Moe's and Chipotle do this for free. Stay away. Can't wait for this business to be run out of town which I am sure they will be. Among the worst QSR Mexican places in town. If one doesn't enjoy customer service, one shouldn't be in the customer service business!!

I used to go to the Salsarita’s in Homewood a lot and I’m happy to see that they have one in Auburn. It’s similar to Moe’s or Chipotle, but I like the atmosphere better than Chipotle.

Just Go to Moe's or Chipotle, you'll get more for your $$$! Chicken was burnt and dried out. My wife ordered chicken tacos, and the chicken barely covered the bottom of the taco. Extremly stingy with the toppings. Staff was also very disconnected...no eye contact, spoke too fast, rushed us through the line...and we were the only people in line. You absolutely got the feeling that they didn't wanna be there, and they didn't care.

Just had salsarita delivered for the first time. Steak quesadillas and a variety of tacos. All of it was great! Fresh, flavorful, and not too salty like at some Mexican restaurants. Steak was tender and in small bites. We loved it and will definitely order again!

Similar to the Chipotle experience. Choose taco, burrito, or bowl, then select meats and toppings. The best part for me was the cheese dip for the tortilla chips. Decent prices!

You had overcooked chicken when I went in today for lunch. Black, well-done chicken is not how the other locations I've been to normally cook it. You should teach your team to not destroy the chicken.
I normally don't get the steak, but had to today. It was good.
Also, I wish your HQ would go back to the white cheese and not use the yellow/orange cheese.
UPDATE: The cheese I was referring to was the shredded.

Easily the worst restaurant in Auburn. Decided to give it a go because I was tired of eating chipotle and moes and was excited to try a new place. To say the least, I would rather step on legos for the rest of my life than eat at this place again. I had an issue with a coupon and they were extremely rude about it and didn’t help me at all. The food is horrible, the service is dogsh**t, and I highly recommend never going here. Trash.

I loved the staff behind the counter 5/5 stars for being so nice and welcoming! However, the food was subway version of chipoltle in my opinion. It was very basic- nothing special about it. I do get sweet tea everywhere I go, and this one tastes like it was flavored with splenda. The interior was not very comfortable- it's like a lifesized doll house. I asked what their wifi password was because I had class at 12:30 and my phone was at the at&t store next door. The manager wouldn't let me join their network- not very student friendly. Oh well.
