Habaneros Mexican Grill

Arrive in time for lunch and was seated quickly with chips and salsa brought to the table. The atmosphere was reminiscent of many other restaurant of this nature. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food came out hot and ready. The meal was delicious this was a great choice and I highly recommend it to you as well.

Just came by for lunch with my grandparents. I had the steak and chicken fajitas. They were absolutely amazing! The most fresh vegetables! It was the best Mexican food in the area, for sure!

We went for lunch and ordered lunch specials. They did not charge us lunch prices. Our meals were suppose to be 8-10. They charged us way more than that. Cheese dip said it was 4.75 they charged us 7 dollars. Never again

The food is soooo good. I got the Texan nacho supreme. Biggest plate of nachos I've ever had and I've got to say they were the best I've had. And 13 dollars was a great price. Excellent service too. I'm really hard to impress and I'm impressed. Definitely a go to when we are out in that area. And i almost forgot to mention that there salsa was great too.

I like the atmosphere in the restaurant and the waiters are quick. I usually order the same thing ever time I go. It's the fajita Taco salad. This time I ordered all of the meats (chicken, steak and shrimp) whereas I usually order steak or chicken. This time, the chicken was a very small portion and the steak was a little tough, but there were plenty of shrimp. It wasn't worth complaining about, so I just ate it. I think I will go back to the chicken because it was seasoned well. Also, it was a night they were crowded--Friday. But it will stay on my list of regular restaurants.

I don’t believe our waiter spoke a whole lotta English. Guy we ate with and his wife ordered a dish that came with shrimp and steak to split and asked for the shrimp on the side because he can’t eat shrimp. Food came out and I don’t believe the shrimp could’ve been more dispersed throughout the dish if they tried. Not a huge deal but details are important. The guy has an allergy to shrimp. Nice folks though and all the food was delicious. And great atmosphere! Still really like this place! They’ll just have to order separately to make sure next time.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The customer service is terrible. I ordered this street taco, it was very bland no seasoning. I literally took one bite and almost puked. I talked to the manager about a refund, and she was very rude. She was very non-chalant. I was charged $25 for food I didn't even eat.
On top of this after my food was delivered, no waitresses came back to check on me. I had to get from table and get everything I needed. This place is gross. I will never go back.

The in dining experience is good. Order is always correct and good.

Carry out, my order the last 2 times has been wrong. Last time we had to go back in 3 times total to get a clear order corrected.

Food was fine, just disappointed in what I got for how much I paid.

I ordered the H dinner combination, rice, beans, and queso to go. For all of that my bill was $25. The “veggie chalupa” from the H combo was just lettuce and avocado with a half slice of tomato. Was confused when I got home and opened up the box. I also received no chips at all. Which I could see as semi understandable if it was just the meal but I had ordered queso. Which you would think would come with chips.

normally I get great customer service when I visit here however on this day it was horrible..i placed a to go order and after I ordered the young man just hung up no may I have your name nor who will be picking up the order he just slammed the phone down..when I arrived I walked to the front bar and advised I placed a order but im assuming it was the same young man because he was on the phone with a customer.he wrote down the order and once again just hung up the phone on that caller also..and just stood there and looked at me till I said I have a order. with this type of service I can say HABERNOS has lost a long time cutomer..he was just planning rude !!

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was very bland. No seasoning at all. Just nasty. The customer service was terrible. Our service had a nasty attitude, never came back to our table to see if we needed anything and wasn’t friendly at all. They need to close down or get better workers and people who can cook.

We were on the way back home and we stopped by this place. The food and the service was excellent, When we got there they were busy and we were greeted and seated fast. Great food selection and excellent service from the staff. Pricing is reasonable and their food was delicious. We ordered the combination parrillada, molcajetada and the shrimp quesadilla. Will definitely come back when we’re back in the area.

Awesome customer service! But the food was a no-go for me. I ordered the chicken fajita, and it was more lettuce onions and bell peppers than chicken. The chicken was cut up in little bite-sized pieces, and there was no seasoning. Waste of money but good customer service.

The food was pretty good. The service was awful. Our waiter never offered a refill of our sodas (which we probably didn't need anyway lol) and stood at the bar playing on his phone for so long after we had finished our meal that we tried SEVERAL times to get his attention to get our check. This was even with him walking past us to wait on other customers and us saying, "Excuse me!". They weren't even that busy. Hopefully, we get a better guy next time.

Food was middle of the road. I've had much better, but I've also had a little worse. Service was horrible. It was more than 7 minutes before we got our drink order taken and close to 15 before our food order was taken. Food was hot, with a couple of errors, but overall, it was good. Margaritas were great. I wouldn't seek this place out.

I would not eat here.. san antonio grill was closed so I chose to try them…worse mistake I’ve ever made. The customer service is horrible as well. The young girl who works the front has the worst attitude.
