Very friendly staff with good helpful service. Was honestly surprised to see Mole on the menu. Wasn't the best mole but it's sometimes hard to find to begin with. The rest of the food we had was amazing. I've lived in mexico before and the vibe was pleasant, the horata was good and the corn tortillas was how they make them in mexico, very authentic, very delicious. Eager to go back and try some other dishes.

Great place for authentic food. Service was excellent. Greatest us when we came in. Did not have to wait on a table. Short wait on the food. To be fair we were there on a Saturday afternoon around 2 ish. Light crowd. Everything was delight Friends ordered the fried chimichanga platter and Taco bowl. I ordered the #16 I think, Spanish enchiladas, beef burrito and a taco. Everything was delicious. The salsa and chips were good also. They had just the right spice and kick.

Very good experience! Came here for dinner. Was greeted with two kinds of salsa. One spicy and one not. We also had questions. My son ordered the plain nachos (just beef, melted cheese and Tortilla chips). It was very tasty and a large portion! I ordered the chicken. Tortilla soup. OMG!!! It was a BIG bowl! The soup was very good too! Slices of avocado were around the plate. Spanish Rice, Tortilla strips, pulled chicken were in the soup. It was very filling and tasty. I also had a small lime margarita. Very tasty meal. Service was quick (especially since it was Friday). I will certainly return.

I love this place!!! Decided to dine in for my mom’s birthday celebration and I’m glad she chose this place!! It was my first time there and the experience was great!!! The service was fast the food was good and we ended up arriving during happy hour and the margaritas were delicious, I had the combination pollo loco with shrimp chicken & steak I added salsa to it and those flavors were amazing!!! 10/10!!!

We love this place! We don't even visit any other Mexican Restaurants anymore since this is the best one.
The shrimps are always perfect consistency and seasoning. The plates are huge, we always end up taking home some food. And the Margaritas! OMG, best frozen Margaritas in a variety of flavors! It is very special dining in here because the customer is King & Queen there!♥️

The lunch specials are a great value. The margaritas during happy hour are also a pretty good deal. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a solid Mexican food restaurant.

Acapulco has amazing food and a great atmosphere. I have loved all of the food I’ve had there, but I especially love the fajita steak quesadilla. They also have unlimited chips and salsa, and the rice is phenomenal. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

1 of the 5 dishes as our table was decent. The rest were inedible. Quesadillas swimming in oil. No flavor to the tacos. Shrimp were cooked like rubber tires. Fajitas had a putrid smell. Everything was so bad. We didn’t even try to complain. Just paid and left and will not be making that mistake again.

My family order Acapulco taco salad (chicken) & steak taco salad. The waitress had a nasty attitude when we order. The chicken was very dry and wasn’t shredded. The steak salad was very tough and the vegetables were raw. The chips were not fresh and the salsa was not even half in the cup. The waitress didn’t come and check to see if everything was good. While we were leaving, the staff ask us for our ticket to check to see if we paid. We gave the ticket to her and told her the service was awful. My family felt very offended. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t want to give a star.

Food was salty waiter first messed up the order then I got the correct order and food wasn’t good was told since she made the error the first time I couldn’t get it off my bill wouldn’t recommend waiter also rolled her eyes and bad mouthed me for them causing an error.

Lo pondre en Español para ver si hay cambios estuvimos ahi 2 horas la senora todo el tiempo con Cara de molesta cuando trajo la comida le pedi limones y salsa picante no trajo los limones y no volvio a Pasar por la Mesa solo una vez y ni se detuvo le pedimos el check ni se paro a hablar con uno solo siguio caminando y el check si lo trajo rapido our drinks were never refilled so I stop eating because I needed more water the food was great but the service was horrible I can feel my food in my throat but we are leaving now I'll get some water from our car bad experience... I have an immune system issue and can't eat spicy, hot foods. We had been traveling all day and I was starving. The burrito they gave me must have inadvertently had a jalapeño dropped in it. It was so hot my eyes and nose ran like a river and my mouth filled with blisters. I really looked forward to eating there, but won't do it agsin.

I placed a to go order for two orders of fajitas and a cheese dip and was not quoted a price on the phone. I get there and my order is $50 which is very overpriced in my opinion. The receipt I was given wasn't itemized so I don't know what the individual items cost. I get home and queso is very small and the fajitas have barely any meat in them. Definitely not worth $50

I was hopeful because of other reviews, but service was really slow despite not being busy, chicken tasted like it was from a can, no refills offered. Waitress was nice and understanding when I realized they tried to overcharge us by 25$ for items we didn't order, and she corrected it.

An excellent Mexican restaurant with great service. They have horchata here with free refills!! If you've never tried horchata, now's your chance, it's a traditional sweet mexican drink and it is totally worth it.

Su comida es extremadamente sana no cabe duda se ordenaron un par de órdenes algo como parrillada tan sana es que llevaba dos brochetas de camarón el pollo se devio haber escapado no existia hay y la vaca no quiso ofrecer bistec así que lo hicieron de cebolla y jitomate…. PRICING DECEPTION!!!!
The online menu pricing is not correct. It is lower than what they actually charge. I had no idea until I went to pay for my to-go order I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he would be here in 5 minutes. He never showed so I asked again. The hostess said 5 minutes again and so on. I asked to speak to him on the phone. The hostess called him but would not let me speak to him. Then the hostess said that the manager said pay the lower price and never come back. WTH! I was pointing out their mistake online not even asking for a lower price but trying to get them to advertise honestly and correctly,
DO NOT ASK THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING! They won’t understand that you are trying to help.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I showed up at 2:55 PM in particular to get the lunch special. The rude lady told me when we started to order that I could not get the lunch special because I started ordering after 3, even though we sat down 5 minutes before. I am very upset and had to pay 7 dollars to sit there for 5 minutes and get two drinks. Come here if you wanna waste your time and money

My girlfriend and I usually go there every Wednesday, she loves the frozen margaritas and I love the sweet tea. I give the food a 85, need a little more flavor but the service is on point.

I spoke with the server and someone who said that she was the manager and neither acknowledged their actions. I was very surprised and disappointed.

The server acted as if she didn't understand our concerns.

I will not return nor recommend!!!

My experience here was awful. The waitress Lufy, or something, was very rushy when she was taking my order. She was not attentive. The strawberry margarita was very watery. While eating my food, a small roach crawled across the table, and I smushed it with my napkin. My appetite is completely gone. And I am disgusted with my whole experience. Do not recommend. Terrible place to eat.

I ordered the chicken fajita, IT WAS BLAND, NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER, THE SALSA WAS VERY SPICY, IT BURNED MY MOUTH, THE REFRIED BEANS AND RICE WAS FULL OF SALT, THE TORILLAS WAS PAPER THIN, I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE IT ANY STARS, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR $18.00 AT THIS PLACE! It's been awhile probably years since I came to this Mexican Restaurant. I ordered a Shrimp 🍤 Quesadilla,and oh boy I shouldn't ordered that, because. The Quesadilla size was ok,the cheese 🧀was ok,the green peppers🫑 ok but the shrimp,well there were ONLY 3 MISERABLE SHRIMPS🍤🍤🍤 in the whole quesadilla 🙄 so there is,my 1st bad experience in that restaurant 😑 maybe I will comeback someday, maybe 🤔
