My family and I have been regularly going to Casa Fiesta for years. Good portions, good flavorful food, always good service. Did take out/catering order for a party last week and it was perfect and packaged thoughtfully so that the avocado in the soup and rice did not get soggy. If you go, I recommend the chicken soup and the jalapeño margaritas are the best in Birmingham! They also have a patio that is not too hot in summer. Clean bathrooms as well! We love Casa Fiesta!

Well we came for the blackberry margarita and it did not disappoint. I also had the house margarita and you can tell they do not cheat on the alcohol. Had never eaten here before and decided to give it a try. Had the chicken fajitas and while they were not amazing they were good. The chips were thin and seamed a little greasy. The staff eventually warmed up to us and was attentive to our needs. The biggest complaint would be that the noise level was more bar like and very difficult to carry on a normal conversation with the people just across the table. I am glad that we tried this place but do not see myself coming again for anything but the drinks. For those we will be back.

We eat here in a regular basis and always enjoy the food and quick service. We usual eat lunch to take advantage of the lunch menu. Today we had a mush room quesadilla and a beef chimichanga. Complimentary chips and salsa are provided. The meal was delicious and filling as well. Good service today! I wasn’t able to download pictures but I will later if I can.

RECOMMEND this restaurant if you’re looking at trying Mexican food for the first time, and would like it to be hearty as well as delicious and affordable. They have a mass variety of dishes to choose from as well as drinks. They have some tasty looking desserts I will be trying the next time I return. I’ve been here twice in one week and believe when I state this, there’s a valid reason why you must try this location.

Stopped in for lunch. We weren't in a hurry, but goodness, if we were, this would have been the place to go! We ordered from the lunch menu and it was on the table within 10 minutes... probably closer to five. This was with a 3/4 full crowd.

GOT MY FOOD AND IT WAS AWFUL. THE RICE WAS SO SOGGY. THE CHICKEN WAS A MESS. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO THE RESTAURANT THE MANAGER SAID THAT THE RICE WAS SOGGY BECAUSE OF THE CHEESE. NO SIR!!! I GET THE SAME MEAL FROM THE TRUSSVILLE AND FULTONDALE LOCATION AND ITS NEVER NEVER LIKE THIS MESS I HAD TODAY. HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BRING IT BACK WITH THE RECEIPT. The food is really good here. Everything I've had has been very tasty. Better than the average American-Mexican restaurant on every corner. I love their chips, they are so thin and crispy and everyone gets their own bowl of salsa.

In 4 years they are charging 37% more for cheese dip. Increased lunch special prices 39%. And the carnitas are 57% more expensive.

The food here was very good. I had the pork in salsa Verde (green sauce). The pork was tender and delicious. My son had the chicken quesadilla which was prepared perfectly. He enjoyed a margarita which I tasted and it was very good. The service was good and the food came to the table quickly. The pork was so good but I might be tempted to get a quesadilla next time. There will be a next time.

All of the recent reviews are unfortunately indicative of the direction they are headed in. We have spent the last several years supporting them weekly and hosting dinner events, etc. Tonight, they treated my husband and daughter poorly and refused to let them order a to go order before they closed. Citing the “kitchen was closed” 12 minutes prior to their posted closing time. This has not been an issue in the past as we have supported them so much and typically stop in anfter practice nights. Our orders are simple, a couple of quesadillas and tacos and queso. Extremely poor management and business operations. Perhaps they treated my husband and daughter so poorly simply because I wasn’t the one who came in. It’s truly poor business.

Our waiter was a very kind older woman, and while she provided great service, there was a slight problem within her appearance. As the bent to pick up a fallen fork, I noticed a dime size hole within the crack of her pants. While I understanding splitting one’s pants may at times be unavoidable and embarrassing, I believe the foul stench that sourced from within the hole violated several health codes. The odor was so pungent, it does rotting flesh justice. My food had been contaminated with whatever particle of odor came out of that hole as I gagged with every bite. I believe this to be more of a self hygiene issue but I don’t believe that to ever be possible. In his confusion my youngest son reached for what he believed to be “chocolate sprinkles” only to discover in his own shock and dismay that it was in fact left over feces and what I believe to be lubricant??? I don’t know what came out of the hole of that woman’s pants but I have prayed every night since to never expirence such a stench again.

This was my first time here. My sister knew about this hidden gem but I did not. The food was fantastic. The presentation of the plates was beautiful. Which I feel like you don't normally see during lunch. My sister's taco salad was very uniquely shaped. The tortilla was cooked perfectly. My quesadilla was super tasty. The queso is good as well as the home made salsa picante. I will definitely be coming back.

One of the main reasons I loved Casa Fiesta….FRESH SALSA!!! Up until my past 2 visits here, they had actually fresh salsa, it made such a difference out of the other restaurants nearby. But the past 2 visits, they have slowly transition over nothing short of jarred picante. Very disappointing.

There are many Mexican restaurants along Highway 280. This is one of the best with excellent service. Noise level can be high during busy times. Make sure to ask about happy hour specials.

Worked late and went in about 830. Food came out fast and hot. Service still undecided. There was about 20 plus workers and seeing that I would have expected a little better Service. Our server was quick to get away from the table and got upset when we ordered drinks and didn't order the food at the same time. We just sat down..

This place is a joke. The food was decent but the service/management wasn't. Server was inattentive at best. Slow to get drinks and order and didn't check in really at all. Mostly was playing on her phone or flirting with another server. We ordered 2 large house margaritas, which has little to no tequila in them. After drinking half or so we asked if they had any in them and basically they said you drank some already so it's not our problem and we can't do anything about it. Lol ok you're only going to rip me off once. Won't be back, this was our second and last trip here

We love going to casa fiesta. It’s our early dinner date night at least once a month. My wife usually gets the taco salad with grilled chicken, and I usually get the grilled chicken quesadilla or the grilled chicken burrito, all of which are great!

Food was hot and everything tasted fresh. The drinks were mixed very well and the atmosphere was awesome. Typically I travel downtown for mex- but I will be a regular here soon.

The wife and I stopped by this Gem. Holy cow. Friday night, it was pretty busy at 6 pm. But i got the fiesta bowl, it's basically a fajita in a bowl covered in cheese dip. On Friday they have a house Margarita special. 32 oz margs for I think it was $9. I can't remember the exact price but the margarita was great! The food was great. The guac, cheese and salsa dips are all great.

One of my favorite meals in one of my new favorite restaurants. Pork chili verde served with corn tortillas, rice, and refried beans. On special on Tuesday but worth it any other day of the week. Make sure to order a 32 oz draft Dos Equis Amber. Love this Mexican restaurant. Plenty of friendly staff who speak great English but with enough accent to make the place authentic 😌

This place is me and my girlfriends favorite date spot! We find ourselves fighting the urge to go more than twice a week! Lol! The food is incredible and the staff is outstanding. Very professional and the food is always quick and delicious with huge portions! It’s also super affordable! I recommend this place to as many people as I can, we can’t wait to go back.
