Casa Fiesta Méxican Grill

Good location with lots of parking. Clean inside and out. Plenty of inside dining area, the wait staff was prompt and polite.
I really enjoy shredded beef and I try it at any Mexican restaurant that offers it.
Tequitos Mexicana is different and ok. Four flour tortillas rolled, filled with shredded beef. It was accompanied by shredded lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream. I did order cheese dip because I can’t eat Mexican without it but this dish fell a little flat. The beef had a great texture but was dry and not very flavorful. It looked more like finger food than an entree, but I cut them up and added the cheese dip with the salad and it was a save. My take on this dish. If you want something that isn’t spicy, yes get this, add some cheese dip maybe some salsa. It is satisfying.
Carnitas. Pork tips excellent choice. Tender and well seasoned. If you like pork roast you will enjoy Carnitas.
The only negative I have is, they clean with Lysol/Pinesol. I have very sensitive smell and at times it was overpowering when they were near our table cleaning.

It is when my family goes out to eat once a month. So, we all can eat. Catch up on family business. Talk about old memories. Share our acknowledgment of one another.

Great place to bring family or friends. My wife and I brought our youngest two (3 and 8 months) and they helped the meal go smoothly. The music is fairly loud which our kids like, and the food was delicious. I had the burrito supremo, my wife had the chicken fajitas and our daughter ate all of her chicken, it was that good. The beans and rice were excellent as well.

The food was good and the waitress was good. The problem was that both of my drinks were either watered down or had no alcohol in them. I had 2 strawberry daiquiris and felt like I drank 2 cups of water. We've been here a few times. This makes me sad bc we like coming here for the outdoor dining. We won't be back again.

I have been here on several occasions and I've had to flag someone down to get my order placed for take-out each time. For instance, I came in on a weekday and it was NOT busy at all. I was not greeted with a smile or a hello, just simply passed by. I walked back to the bar to place my order and I sat there for almost 10 minutes until I stopped a server that was passing by to inquire on whether or not someone was taking to-go orders. Again, I've experienced this lack of customer service on SEVERAL occasions. The food is good but good customer service should also be a PRIORITY of the restaurant as well.

Food amazing as usual, but this review is for the big girl hostess with the deep voice. I came in, she didn’t speak. I told her table for one, she grabbed a menu and threw it on the table and wakes off. No “enjoy” or “your waiter will be with you soon”. Now she’s at in the booth in front of me, stuffing her face.

Food was awful. Very bland and boring. My wife and daughter both refused to eat their dinner. We came here on a Friday night and based on the ridiculously high reviews we had high hopes. Near impossible language barrier between us and the waiter, though he was attentive, hence the 2 stars. Lights were way too bright for a dirty Mexican restaurant, no music, just awkward. Drinks were weak and OBVIOUSLY cheaper tequila than we paid for. Paid $78 for two adult meals, a kids meal, two “top shelf” margaritas, and a tip because he tried, huge waste, I recommend the Blue Tequila or El Patron. Much better across the board.

We gave Casa Festa a try in our search for the best Mexican restaurant in Trussville, and it was very good. My wife had the steak fajita quesadilla and she really liked it. I ordered the shrimp, chicken, beef fajitas. It was very good, but l liked the taste of fajitas at Habaneros a bit better. The service was very good and the atmosphere was a bit more upscale than your typical Mexican restaurant.

My family loves the food, service, and atmosphere! There have been several instances where my wife and I found other restaurants in the area with very long waits or short staffing. Casa Fiesta seats us quickly and provides great service (especially Carlos!) We enjoy the variety of Mexican dishes and the great atmosphere.

The bartender Mr. Ken is the best. He suggested a fresh margarita and me and my boyfriend said why not we will try it. It was the absolutely the best margarita ever! He squeezed the juice from the lime, orange, and lemon right in front of us then added the liquor and more liquor. It was the best! He also made me a long island that was so tasty. You have to go see Mr. Ken He is the goat!

The atmosphere was great. We were disappointed with the food. It was just mediocre. There was also a bug in my margarita I got the attention of the waiter (not mine) who wanted me to identify the bug. He agreed to have my drink remade. I'm not sure if this happened or not🙂.

The waiter was a 10. The food was good.
One of the bus boys was rude. He rushed us. After asking, he told us they were closing. That was around 6pm. When the website states 9p for Monday. If the hours have changed it need to be updated on the website. We sat in our vehicle and watched several people come up and they had to turn around.

I picked a bad day to go there - I wasn't feeling well but needed to eat. The food was really good - had their Speedy Gonzales. Their chips weren't as good as other places I've eaten - had an almost stale texture/ flavor. Salsa was good. Had to get a to-go box - an my enchilada warmed up wonderfully. I will go back when I'm in the area and try it again.

Never have I NOT enjoyed Mexican until here. The whipped guacamole is awful, with NO sign of fresh Avacado. And don't make the mistake and get the Veggie quesadilla. Not only is it NOT filled with Mexican veggies, like various peppers, & onions....it's fill with broccoli and carrots!! Are you serious?? Gross, just plain NOT what one looks for at a Mexican restaurant. The whole experience was just not one I will repeat.

Good food, quick service, and relaxing atmosphere. The food is really good. We got our food literally within 10 minutes of ordering. I've never had that happen to me, not even the last time I was there. The restaurant is very clean, and the waitresses are very attentive. Other waitresses came to our table to see if we needed anything, and our waitress had just stopped by.

The tacos were great, some of the better tacos I've had. I didn't order for myself, as I arrived late, so I don't have any reference on pricing, but the wait staff were helpful, prompt, and nonintrusive, which was wonderful, and the atmosphere was great. It's a very open restaurant, with a beautiful bar opposite the entrance. Certainly worth checking out if you're considering it.

Updated...I decided to try this place again and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. It was very busy but the staff worked hard and the food was great! The Margaritas were much improved as well. I do recommend this place for better than average Mexican cuisine.

There was about 12 of us. Our waitress didn't crack a smile the entire time we were there. The only reason why she got a tip tonight is because it was automatically added. Not sure if I want to go back. Keep in mind ,,,no one's bill was under 35.00. Most 50.00 or more.

Today, was my second time visiting this restaurant. The first time the service and food was good so, I had to come back a second time to get the same meal. As, I walked the door the lady did not greet me or seem as if, she wanted to services me. I smiled and asked for a to go menu. She gave it to me and when I was telling her what I wanted she said, something to another young lady and she acted as if, she didn't want to take my order. I still placed my order based on my experience on the first visit with my meal. At first, I wasn't going to leave a tip but, decided to leave the recommended tip suggestion. I gave the first lady the cash tip and she acted as if, she didn't want to take it and give it to the other young lady as if, my tip was good enough. I really couldn't believe my eyes. I wanted to cancel my order and leave but, again I really wanted this meal that I had on Tuesday. I am not sure if, I will be back.

There service is terrible, we ask to be seated in the patio. They brought chips and salsa after that we sit almost 20 min until we decided to leave then someone comes out. Also they had an employee sleep in a corner. Bad business.
