I usually go pretty frequently to the trussville location since I live there. I usually order half chicken and half barbacoa and they usually serve me good scoops of bot. So it comes out to be around 13$. I went today at night after work cause I was starving and they served me less than half scoops or everything even the rice. Tonight it came out to be 14 something even tho they served me less than I’ve ever been served and somehow charged me more.

This location has a problem with flies crawling and buzzing around. They don't keep posted hours, like if there is a large catering order, they might just open late. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff ensuring our orders were made just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a solid spot for a satisfying meal. We drove out of our way to have Chipotle for lunch on our way home from our road trip. There were signs on the door that said “online orders only” and also one blocking the line. However, there were people also ordering in person while everyone else was standing ordering on their phones. The manager was turning some people away from ordering in person, telling them to order online, while allowing others to order in person. I asked the manager how come I couldn’t order in person but other people could, and she said “because they were yelling”. I asked “if I start yelling can I order?” and she said “no, because we’re short staffed”. Mind you, there were 6 people in there. I wasn’t going to yell and completely understand being understaffed, however, I don’t the logic of allowing only online orders. If you are short staffed, cut online orders and only serve your customers in person, especially when you see people in your store ordering on the phone. They still have to wait and watch their meals get prepared. Very dissatisfied with chipotle! We walked out and won’t be ordering at any chipotles anytime soon.

This Chipotle closes at 11pm due to new hours to stay open late and provide food. I was very excited about this! However, 2 times that I've arrived around 930pm after everything else is closed, I've been very disappointed to find that they are out of certain items that make the food especially good; this latest visit they were out of shredded cheese and brown rice (both of which I usually get in my bowl). I asked the employee preparing my bowl, "since you're out of these ingredients that normally make my meal complete, could I be compensated with guacamole for free this time?" She told me "no."
I asked again and explained my reasoning behind it, since THEY are the ones who did not have enough of the ingredients to make a bowl to my satisfaction, and she told me straightforward, "no, I'm not able to do that... it will be an upcharge." I am VERY disappointed that this is the training provided at Chipotle. Training which says that despite the customer's experience of not being able to receive exactly what they would like because of Chipotle's fault of not having enough cheese or brown rice prepared or ordered, I just have to suck it up and either leave or live without it. What ever happened to customer service? Twice I've been burned already with this location. I assure you, there will not be a 3rd.

We went in at 9:37 p.m. they were out of sour cream they were out of guacamole they were out of red sauce they were out of chips and then she said we're only accepting cards, when I turned around on my wife and said we're going to Hooters the little African American girl wearing glasses but the little trashy girl with the hair pulled back in the hat started laughing like it was funny that somebody didn't bring their card and had cash once again this is why you guys have to find out where people live and how they were raised before you hire them.

The quesadillas are getting smaller and smaller. It's the 5th or 6th Time I've gotten a SKIMPY PORTION OF MEAT. MIght as well call it a SCOOBY SNACK. I mentioned it to the night time manager and she act like she didn't want to make it right. Luckily she re-made the quesadilla the right way.

The BRISKET is back!!!! The BRISKET is by far the most flavorful meat choice they have!! I hate that its only around for a few weeks at a time. If you haven't tried it trust me you will not be disappointed but don't wait to long its only rain for a couple more weeks.

I just had a terrible experience placing my order there. The woman who was serving my food started arguing with me just because I asked her for an extra plate. She said that if I want an extra plate she's gonna charge me for another bowl. When I asked to speak with the manager it was worst instead of doing something she said that because of my accent she was not able to serve my food. Now because you have a different accent you're not able to buy food. I really hope the corporation do something about it.

We all got bowls. The food in the bowls was good but nothing special. All the flavors mixed together so I can't really recommend any specific item. There was plenty of it though. I ate 3 meals from the one bowl. The chips were stale and I wasn't crazy about the lime salt on them. The paper bowls get soggy. It soaks up the moisture from the food so leftovers are dried out some and the bowl isn't as secure when it's wet.
Most every table in the restaurant was dirty. Not just some crumbs but something smeared and dried on many of them. The employees seemed to have the "I'm here and I'll do what I have to and that's it" attitude that unfortunately is seen most everywhere these days.
It's very expensive also. I guess since I got 3 meals out of it, it's not too bad that way but $23 for a bowl, stale chips, and a drink is steep. This was my first time at Chipotle and I'm not sure if I'll go back.

I usually enjoy my dinner from Chipotle. I work night shift at a local hospital and always get a veggie bowl. This evening my order was sup par. I asked for utensils; it’s marked on the bag, but no utensils; my meal had meat in it. The corn chips were stale. Chipotle, surely you can do better.

Been here several times. For some reason I’m expecting it to improve but it just hasn’t. They’re usually out of some food. There’s usually a long line, and they’re usually slow. There’s usually a bad attitude from someone, and there’s always a “sorry we’re short staffed,” despite 6 or 7 people standing around. I’ve never had an issue with the food, it’s just poor customer service and what appears to be outright laziness. I’d just avoid this chipotle.

I ordered "extra" portions on three items with app, like I've always done, and what I received was LESS than a regular portion on EVERYTHING! The management needs an overhaul at this location. I walked in to pick up my to go order that was supposed to be ready to some kind of drama going on at the counter- holding up the line while they argue. I could go on about the things I saw in the 40mins I waited after my to go order was to be ready. I asked at one point if I could go through the line. Yes, there was no one in line and had not been in a bit. Staffing did not appear to be a problem as there were actually in my mind too many people behind the counter but not being productive. The attitudes were absurd. Some good leadership on this shift would likely go a long way.

Ordered online, arrived to pick up food, nothing was ready, they were out of Steak, (so that order had to be changed) out of CHIPs! No substitute for that...staff told me to take it with DoorDash for a refund. Will waiting for my order, a family came in & was told that they didn't have most items so that family turned around and left. They need to hire new people and management. They always have an attitude and they don’t really keep the place sanitized. The food tastes good but they barely serve enough and at the last 2 hours of closing time they say they don’t have anything. I worked at a restaurant and fast food before and my coworkers and me were never like this. We served till the last minute and we always made sure to get their moneys worth and treated everyone with kindness and energy. I understand people get exhausted but you can’t be lazy. Theres actual hard workers out here with no excuses. The only reason I continued to go here was bc they close late but obviously it doesn’t matter anymore. I’m glad they are opening a new one near me this month and hopefully they don’t hire and transfer these people over. :/

CHIPOTLE DO SOMETHING! I walk in and the lady announces to me, a father. and his daughter that they don't got half of the stuff they're supppsed to have! This is the only place I know that doesn't know how to be prepared up til they close! This place doesn't get dead around this time at all they constantly got people coming in. It makes no logical sense to be missing half of the stuff much less a single thing when they're this busy! I made an online order for 3 chicken bowls. The chicken was dry and very spicy. The veggies tasted burnt. No cheese and no queso which I paid extra for. I want a refund which you have to do online and was only credited for 3 cups of queso. I called the store several times today and couldn't speak with a person. This is not the first time my food was incorrect and I didn't get my money back. I am done with Chipotle. No customer service and food was awful. This is normal for this store. $56 wasted.

When we got there they were out of queso, sour cream, and corn salsa. The server on the front line had a very bad attitude not only towards me but a few other customers before me. When I told her I had been through the line once already and had been waiting for 15 minutes because some of the ingredients weren't fresh so I requested it and waited to be served again, she was even more rude and said that she didn't have to deal with this and that she had a line to clear. She then proceeded to the next customer and was rushing them as they were deciding what they wanted to order. The manager didn't do anything except continue working acting as if nothing was going on. The first server told me that he has been at work since 9AM and had not had a break/lunch break or anything to eat since he'd arrived for his shift. This is not the first time I've had an awful experience at this location. Maybe the employees should have some mandatory customer service training. I'm very upset about this experience and don't want to go back to this location which is closer to my residence.

Love some Chipotle, but this location is always trying to close an hour before their posted time. Every time I go in at 10, they're telling every person that comes in that they've stopped serving. An hour before their posted time. They have had to refund me for guacamole 2 nights in a row because they're out every time. I choose to order through the app because I live out of town, but work 3rd shift right down the road from them. That's the only reason we ever go to this location before work.

Was on a road trip and decided to stop by as a quick stop. The first thing we saw was that the door said it was online orders only, and when we walked in there were probably about 10 different people waiting. The service was extremely slow, but towards the end one guy started to pick it up, they were constantly running out of ingredients and had to make more, and were getting out maybe 1 order every 5 minutes. Almost 45 minutes later and we finally got our food, and when I went to the bathroom, the toilet was unusable with paper towels shoved in and over flowing. Then, we finally ate and both the white rice and brown rice was completely crunchy, the chicken wasn’t chopped up, and the portions were extremely off. It seems like some sort of leadership/management issue, one guy was hustling but everyone else seemed to not care. Do not stop here if you’re on a road trip or are in a rush somewhere.

Whole point of the chain is to go in and come out with a bowl in 10 minutes. Now I have to order online, so download the app, and add my card. On top of that, the wait once I placed the order was 30 minutes. Chipotle do better.

I don't know what's going on but this experience was like no other. Even just to pick up a mobile order was nerve racking. My order was wrong. I waited an extra 20 min for the right order. Not happy

**2nd visit 3/21/24 Arrived at 9:24 PM The line was not to long. While waiting, the crew member began removing the food from the hot bar. No communication as to what's going. The guest behind me asked What's going on? Are you closing? The cashier then says We're Pre Closing!! She then proceeds to say there is no sour cream, no guacamole, no vinaigrette and no fajita veggies.
I guess it's safe to say that I'm done with this location** The atmosphere is very tense and dark. I tried to give them a 2nd chance. They failed again***

Waited online for about 20 minutes to get to the counter to find out they just put the carne asada on the grill when it should have been cooking at all times so it's available. We left with no food.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, then an employee said quietly, "online orders only." No sign on the door and i had to tell the other 10 people waiting in line.

This chipotle never has everything you might want. Last three times I've been there wasn't any cheese, lettuce or steak. The staff isn't the friendliest and the condiment and drink bar is mostly empty and dirty.

The food is good, not excellent though. The Carne Asada bowl did not disappoint. I was there at 9 pm and had a few people ahead of me. I do understand that the Staff is fulfilling online orders at the same time as well. But that shouldn't interrupt the in store flow. The organization of the staff isn't optimal and a couple of them clearly did not wanted to be there.

Steak was very dry and cooked well not medium rare as shown on the menu for carne asada. No Guacamole, said they made a certain amount relative to their projections. If true, Chipotle should have a way for them to make more in case they run out. First guy with dreads (and blonde tips?) Wouldn't say a single word to you if you spoke to him hello, how are you, nothing just a blank stare. Tables were dirty everywhere.

This restaurant is horribly ran. Always out of something or making mistakes on online orders which is why I walk in. But tonight, with 6 people working, they aren't taking walkin orders which means I am forced to order online which is not gonna be accurate. The management at this trussville location needs to be removed.

11-22-2023 Wednesday afternoon
First ever visit to any Chipotle. The girl was extremely helpful with the descriptions of the ingredients & she asked if we wanted queso on our burrito bowl & informed us it cost extra. Then, a young man took over & when we were finished, our burrito bowl was over $20!!! He asked if we wanted chips & we said yes....we have never been to a restaurant like this where chips'n salsa were NOT included..... We were charged extra for just a few chips....& no salsa. We were shocked at the price of one burrito bowl...
Especially since we could go to a Mexican restaurant down the road & two people dine, WITH table service and unlimited chips'n salsa, for less than $20.
🔥 We were NOT warned how HOT the salsa on our bowl was.
So just know the salsa is extremely HOT 🔥 🥵
The dining area did not appear to be clean.
Not sure if we'll return, but if we do, we will be asking the price of EVERY ingredient in the bowl to avoid the shock.

Really enjoyed the experience after an evening out with my wife. I have been reluctant to buy from this chain because I thought the prices were too high for a fast food place although I have friends that love dining here. But after my last vacation to Los Angeles, the prices are reasonable. Plus the service, cleanliness, better food and atmosphere make it worth the experience. However, getting to this location is trying for an older person like me. Previously I have missed the turn to get into the parking area. It was a good thing my wife was able to navigate me away from the other food franchise nearby.

We've been visiting the Chipotle/ Trussville location for a long time now. Every single time, we have not had a bad experience! We usually get the same thing every time (veggie bowls) and regardless of who prepares our food, it's great every time. Thank you Chipotle for your exceptional customer service and food!

Do not order online from this location. I can count on one hand how many of the past 10 orders me or my wife have made that were right. Lactose intolerant? The odds they're throwing cheese on there just because are pretty high. Religious and avoid pork? Maybe they'll just put it on your food instead of what you ordered.

This Location is mismanaged location. Everyone you go in this location always out of something.
Very Poor Management staff. Doesn’t matter what day you go something always out. I order veggie bowls to go and the lady start fixing my order and I told her that I want some fajitas on my bowl she like we are out she didn’t even offer to cook or say something about it. I left this location. I will never go to this location ever again. This happen to me periodically. I want to give 0 ⭐️.

Clean and fast, however the food lacks flavor/seasoning. This is my second time trying this location and was disappointed again. Hopefully they can get it together soon
