My family and I are currently visiting from Ontario, Canada and we have heard GREAT things about the Mexican cuisine in this area, after looking at different restaurants and many reviews, we have decided to take our family to this one and we definitely made the right choice! GREAT ATMOSPHERE, THE SERVER & GREETER WE'RE SO KIND! AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back before we travel back to Canada. We HIGHLY recommend!

They charge for plate and send you a side. This is a chiles rellenos dinner plate (menu say 2 chiles with rice and beans) and 16 Oz cheese dip for about 11 dls each. But they send only a side and 4oz cheese.

Man,where to begin?The tacos were excellent but i ordered Carne asada steak that was very flavorable,the chips are perfect nice and thin with spicy salsa and the black beans I had with my steak was the best I ever tasted.Far from bland.Guacamole salad is terrific and the rice is awesome,just enough taste to make it delicious.Service is professional and very friendly.This may become my favorite Mexican restaurant.

Had a super long day at work and my girl friend asked if she could order me take out from here and I told her I would love that.

She called and placed a to go order of steak and cheese nachos with just steak and cheese only. She went to pick up the order and the cashier repeated to her what she ordered (steak nachos with steak and cheese only) she pays and then makes it all the way back home.

I open the box and it’s just chips with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream and a tiny bit of steak.

I told my girlfriend that the order was wrong and she had to go all the way back to the restaurant to get the order corrected. I mean how hard is it??? Waste of time and money and pretty much made my day worse

Very saddened by our experience. Was really looking forward to finding a new favorite mexican restaurant to regular at. Unfortunately when we went, we received bad service from the employees. The food was not good for the price we paid. We paid around $35 for 2 meals on the lunch and the food was no where good enough. Dry meat and didn’t get refills often and didn’t felt attentive to. Our server was vaping at the table behind us (?) but never came to check on us and/ or get us the refill. Very disappointed we didn’t find a new favorite mexican restaurant as we go to at least 1-2 a week. It’s our favorite kind of food but this place really did not meet our standards. Hopefully they will change some things and we will try again another day. :)

We had eaten at this restaurant about 2x monthly for about a year. Hiccups here and there but nothing outside of unacceptable.

A couple weeks ago, we ordered quesadilas and I asked to let them cool before putting in the container to prevent sweating. So they confirm at pickup, I get home and the food is so wet that I can't even pick them up to eat.

So I call back to the restaurant, tell them to re-make them and I am on the way. I arrive and the female Owner/Manager has attitude from the time I enter. Tells me that when they are busy, they can't do special orders.

So I remind this lady that I also ordered fajitas (light peppers and onions, no guac, no scour cream, no pico) and that order was made correctly. This seemed to further piss her off and she basically told me that she didn't need my business. I very quickly informed her that my loyalty to her business was over and that I'd find another mexican restuarant to frequent.

Btw, one of the employees confirmed this is her normal arrogant style which is why she can't keep staff. Also mentioned that some staff has simply walked out mid-shift.

I've visited this establishment on 4 occasions now. I had the same item each time and it was D'Lish😋I had the seafood street tacos w/ hard shell. It's the best I've EVER had! I'm serious. It has grouper, scallops and 🍤 in it. Then I dip it in the salsa they bring you with the chips. Wowee‼️the salad along with avacado and more salsa is out of sight. My final total was different because of the menu change but they made it right. They also tried to make me a alcoholic beverage and didn't know how to make it but they gave it a good try. I explained to the person who helped me that they should always make the drink in front of the customer so they can see what's going into the drink. I was told they've been around for 18 years and by the taste of the 🌮s I had, I can believe it because my food was EXCELLENT!

I ordered the grilled fish taco and grilled shrimp taco on a soft shell....mercy! It was so good with just a little kick. The two tacos were filling. My family ordered burrito and the nacho supreme. All very good!!! Definitely will order again!

La Brisa is a rather plain Mexican restaurant in an unimposing strip shopping center. But you don't come her to gawk at the shopping center, or for that matter to admire the decor. You need to know about the food. So here we go. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, the manager, whose smile made us feel welcome immediately. We were quickly seated and chips and salsa arrived almost immediately. The chips were good, but basically interchangeable with most Mexican restaurants in the area. The salsa, on the other hand, was dead-solid perfect -- thick, spicy but not too hot, and very tasty. Choosing entrees was challenging. So many excellent dishes on offer here...La Brisa departs from many other local Mexican restaurants by offering a number of options I've not seen available elsewhere, including an extensive set of vegetarian selections. After extensive study, my wife was enticed by the spinach chimichangas. She loved them. Knockout flavor, nice presentation. As an enthusiastic carnivore and mole sauce enthusiast, I felt I had to try the enchiladas poblanos, -- chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. And wow. Big-time wow. I've sampled mole sauce hither and yon, and feel that I am reasonably well-qualified to rate the brown stuff. And this mole sauce -- this is the best I've ever had. Complex flavor, smoky and distantly sweet with an intriguiging blend of peppers in the thick brown sauce. Just superb. Let me note again that there is an outstanding variety of menu items. And I promise myself that I'll try something else the next time we're in (which will be very soon), but I can recommend the items we ordered to you without reservation. Negatives? Well, maybe if I'm going to nit-pick, I'd point out that we weren't checked with from the time our food arrived until our bill came. I had to flag down a server to get a refill of tea. But I won't grade off for that because I understand that everyplace is short-staffed right now. Certain allowances must be made. Go see our new friend Maria at La Brisa. I believe you'll be very glad you did.

Booked LA Brisa for our annual Ski Club Summer Party. Maria the owner was a joy to work with. She provided a space for us to have our trip sign up. The buffet was delicious with a variety of choices. The staff kept the buffet well supplied during the entire event. We had 130+ members attend and all were happy with this venue. They all complimented the food and service. Thank you Maria for helping make this a successful event. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Customer service has always been good. They have a fairly wide vegetarian selection compared to other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. However, most of it is greasy, soggy, and underwhelming. Chips, salsa, and queso are average. I do really like their vegetarian soups! Overall decent experience for the price.

Second visit here about a year ago was bad.
This visit was terrible: service was good, except could nor read menu because print was too small. Food fair. Rude constructionworkerscustomers talking very loudly in Spanish.the checkout WAS AWFUL. Y’all! I’ve eaten at many a Mexican restaurant in my day, and NONE of them compare to La Brisa. I’m a little sad that’s is ruined any other place for me, but this place has stolen my heart (and my taste buds). They have SO many vegetarian options and can make any of them vegan! The staff is very friendly and the lady who owns it is the BEST. Food is always great—haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Oh! And the music is excellent😉

I've always ejoyed the food and the service at LA Brisa. However, this evening I was disappointed when I got my check to see the cost of our meals marked through and a dollar added to each meal. This is a surcharge added to each meal. The surcharge isn't the issue. What I didn't apprecite was that it was not brought to my attention before I ordered. I was lead to believe that the menu price was the price I would pay when I received my check. Just be aware that if you eat here you will have a surcharge added to your meal. The food is good.

Food is good, tasty and hygienic, a little pricy for the quantity but still ok. People are good too, most of them. Although when you call and order take out, every person asks different questions, different answer even when it’s the exact same order, as a customer confuses you.
Edit.. out of 5 orders, 4 times received incorrect or incomplete order!!

Since reopening! It’s just sad! Guess we are done.

Was our first and will be our last time:
Ordered from DoorDash, they forgot our cheese dip and added guacamole to a dish we specified no guacamole.
All the food was together, so lettuce and anything tortilla was soggy by the time it arrived.
I’d suggest driving 4-5 miles down the street to get Margarita Grill in Pelham.

The food was fair but the price was prejudice. Out of three of us, (me and two of my crew members) I'm the Gringo they are Latino... They paid $11., I paid $14.85! For the same "buffet"! I will not go back unless someone pays for my meal.

The food and margaritas are not bad. our service tonight was horrendoud. we had a large party, tried to do all separate checks and were told to do it all together, she split later. We received AWFUL service. i had to ask for menus, the guest of honor got up several timea for straws, we were NEVEE brought nor offered extra napkins. Everything was met with attitude. When i needed to leave IT WAS A HUGE DEAL TO HAVE MY CHECK SPLIT. she wasnt sure what was mine yada yada. $38 for 2 margaritas, a bowl of soup. and some thing that was SUPPOSED to be a salad, but was really beans with toppings. If thats how you treat customers, like an inconvenience, I won't be back. I suggest you RUN AWAY!
