Great for a fresh food option. They don't tell you about added charges so ask what ingredients ate extra. Unless paying 2 dollars for 4 small mushrooms is your thing. The rice sat in the hot plate a little to long some of it was crunchy. The free chips were also stale. Better than Taco Bell or Mc Ds but not by much.

One of those hidden places in Boaz . And yet right off Hwy431 …
I had a pork burrito with some of my favorite toppings … like black beans and mushrooms , corn salsa and banana peppers… they have over 20 ….
Totally worth it for the money $. Add a drink and the the salads bar is free .

As long as this place has been here I've never went until the other day. Went with my husband on his break. The food is fabulous. It's not to slow and the tea is amazing.

I’m not one to leave reviews that often but the food is great when they actually have everything. Main complaint with this location is the people that work there. There’s like 1-2 nice employees, but the others act like they do not want you there at all, especially if you ask how long it’ll be before something will be refilled. I would understand if they were just lined up out the door. But most of the time when I’m in, there’s just a few people. I don’t get to go to the guntersville location as often, but every time I’ve been there they’ve been super nice and everything was filled.

Update: I am a semi regular here, once every couple weeks, often with guest. YOU GONNA CHARGE ME FULL DRINK PRICE FOR A CUP OF WATER? That $2.59 just cost you several $35-40 trips. We'll give you awhile to see if you think that was a smart decision or if a stack of clear plastic cups to stop thievery would be a better idea, if that's what your motive is.

We enjoy going to Bubba Ritos. We usually go to the Boaz Alabama location. The food there is always delicious and very filling. The people are always kind and helpful. I definitely recommend eating here.

First time eating here, watched them make our burritos after picking out our Tortilla shell and ingredients, having them assemble it in front of you. It was bigger than my arm and you have to be starving to eat a whole one especially after gorging out on chips with queso cheese and salsa. I highly recommend eating here.

I have been a die hard bubba fan for years. I could eat it 100 times a week I swear. But lately it’s been so disappointing each time I’ve been. Went tonight and it was a bunch of younger adults. There was hardly anything to choose from. (The rice cooker is apparently broken, which i understand) but there was barely any meats to choose from or toppings. So much stuff was out. We came around 6:30. Not only was there hardly anything to choose from the customer service was very awkward. I am not even sure they were trained to know what they are doing or if they was just being super goofy. I work in the food industry as well and I know first hand teenagers can be kinda goofy at work. But not taking care of customers and acting like they have no clue what’s going on isn’t great for the business. I have zero clue who was even in charge. What options we had to choose from was either very dry or very cold. Our food was $25 and was very mediocre. I hope things get better soon! Bubba ritos is my fav :(

Have always loved eating here. Food was good as usual, but the cheese dip is like dipping your chips in milk now, used to be so good is one reason we liked to eat here. Drips everywhere now, won’t stay on the chips please make the cheese dip like it used to be!

Ok place to eat..If your not used to eating Mexican, the menu can be tricky and it's hard to understand their language when they try to explain it ...but other than that , the food is ok.

I'm here from IL and came for this, we come here every time.
When we were in there April Wise was helping us and there was six people in line, she was so efficient and fast. I was not happy with the other staff for sure though poor girl is asking for rice and was being ignored so she had to go get it so could add to the customers food. Was asking for Tortillas and had to ask several times. No excuse for that when you can see 3 people sitting in the back. Finally 1 comes out and starts sweeping even though April is taking care of a full line alone. Should be done with multiple people, I have been here before and it wasn't like this before. If staff can't help and 1 person has to do everything people will stop coming that is for sure. Please fix this. I still gave a 5 star but this issue should be addressed. I have family that lives here and I am having them go back and check again another time and if it continues I will change this review rating for sure.

Went to see about having our wedding catered. Decided to try their food and couldn't believe how good it was. Flavor, guacamole was great. This place will satisfy all your tastes.

The food was ok, the chips were greasy, the tables were dirty, the salsa bar was super messy. We are here from out of town, and would not eat here again. There was one girl on the line that was very friendly, she had pink in her hair. She was the best part of this visit, I wish I'd have gotten her name for this review!

Better than most Tex Mex places. Staff always seems distracted by side jobs when people are walking in or waiting to order. Atmosphere is ok. Pretty basic which is nice

Got chicken/ cheese burrito. Bottom of bucket on chicken/ crumbs. Ask for little bit more chicken. No not without paying extra. For what crumbs? Eat there all the time. Won't be back.

Love Bubba Ritos, probably been to this location 30 times. Might’ve been to the one in Guntersville more than that. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service has gotten so bad at this location. One lady in there acts rude frequently. Been out of rice or said they’ve been out of rice 3 times recently, which is one of the main ingredients in my opinion. And then rude when you ask about how long it will take to cook. The food is good, no knock there, just feel like they don’t want you to be there. If this only happened once I wouldn’t even be leaving a review because I like I previously said I don’t hardly ever leave reviews anywhere and try to give people in customer service benefit of the doubt. I will be leaving a 5 star review on the bubba Ritos in Guntersville, they at least act like they want your business. If you can, just go to that one.

Love the ambience. Kind of disappointed in the toppings (would have liked bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, etc.). More choices and spices would have made it better, but the restaurant was clean and nice.

It’s normally really good but man this time was a total dud and very disappointing. The onion had WAY WAY WAY too much pepper on them and my rice was crunchy. Im sitting here now with a stomach ache because of that food. I am definitely laying off Bubba Ritos for a while.

I've passed by this place many times. Decided to go give it a try. I ordered a steak and cheese quesadillo. One gripe I have was the amount of steak I received. It was barely enough to cover half of the tortilla. They made up for it in cheese. The other gripe was there was no dr. Pepper in machine. Told worker, he told me he would have it changed out shortly, but it never was in the 20+ minutes that I was there. Other than these issues it wasn't that bad. On the fence about going back based off my first experience.

My only complaint about Bubba Ritos is that they don't have a Huntsville location. This is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in the Boaz area. Forgot about Chipotle or Moes, this is one of the best build your own burrito spots out there. Quick service, unique and fresh ingredients and an excellent salsa bar. My favorite thing to add to my bowls is the Bubba Caviar, a 100% must try.

I love Bubbaritos! The food is all made in their own kitchens. They slow cook their port with Chipotle seasonings and it is fantastic. I have loved seeing them grow to multiple stores, from one small gas station restaurant and a mobile truck - to two more restaurants that I can think of. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

How can you not rate this place a 5 out of 5? They have over 50 different ingredients that you can combine however you wish to create a master piece of Mexican food. The ladies that work the line are fast and generous with their portions, the price is very reasonable, and I can zip in at lunch and have plenty of time to get back to the office. The only potential issue I see here is that latecomers to the lunch rush may not have a place to sit.

The food that I and my friends came here for on Wednesday 3/30 was pretty good. There were three employees working at this time. One girl seemed to be training and she was really nice and the person training her was pretty good. The third person seemed to give off the impression of "I really don't want to be here right now." That seemed to diminish the friendly atmosphere that was trying to be present, hence the 3*.

The Boaz location is my family and I’s favorite restaurant. The staff is always friendly and they always greet us with a smile. The food is outstanding and so are their prices. Great staff and atmosphere, we love our weekly trips to Bubba Ritos in Boaz. We know without a doubt it’s going to be delicious and cost friendly for our bunch. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, and somewhere you don’t have to worry about a heath core? Then Bubba Ritos is definitely the place you wanna go!

The blonde lady at the boaz location is extremely rude. I couldn’t even tell her that she messed up my food because she wouldn’t listen. She was rushing my boyfriend and I. We spent 30 dollars just to get a messed up order.

Would have given a 5 star, but the manager decided to come out and publicly scold the workers, because "they weren't earning enough tips." Then she proceeded to gripe to them nonstop. I'm currently still eating and the review went from a 4 star to a 2. Food is good. Service is good. Management ruined my evening. Fire that manager.

Not clean.
I was at the Boaz location and the grill area didn't look clean. Also the rice appeared to be sitting there for a while and gotten clumpy and browned on the bottom. They gave it to my mom anyway and then dumped fresh rice in the same tub.

Good burritos. I'm sure all of the food is good but I have only had burritos. Might not want to go if you are in hurry, especially around lunch time. Worth the wait if you have the time.

I love Bubba Ritos! I eat there 3 times a week. However here recently my love for this restaurant has slowly been deteriorating. I understand when you give out a quality product you can increase your prices a bit but the price has went up way more than what it should. My next complaint is there is no consistency in your pricing! I get the same order every time I come in, there is no reason that i should pay something different for every occasion. I stop buying a drink with my meal here because the price has just went up too high for a drink. All of that being said Bubba Ritos has great food and even though the pricing is getting a little out of hand it still is a great place to eat I have no other complaints.
