Excellent service it was crowded but got seated and served very quickly. They had a large menu with plenty of options. We chose from the combination menu. The food came quickly and was hot. We had burritos and enchiladas plus chilies suffer peppers. The restaurant was very clean and the music not too loud. We will return.

I made a call in order and my order completely wrong. I ordered a flaming cheese which when i go inside the restaurant it only comes with steak and cheese, this time it came on a rice bed with vegetables, With a crazy fiesta bowl for my mom. This is all wrong. It’s better to just drive the extra 10-15 mins to the Albertville one in my experience.

I have left great reviews on this location in the past, I have deleted them due to my visit today. I ordered the burrito verde as I usually do, and the chicken was cold. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, I was finally able to flag someone down after waiting 6 minutes searching for a waiter. They did reheat the plate for me but I still could not eat it after that. I'm not sure what was wrong with their chicken, but it seems like if you go after 3 or 4:00 p.m. before the dinner bustle, they just feed you cold lunch leftovers. I have always loved eating here, but after today I will need to find a new Mexican establishment. I paid nearly $20 and could not eat that slop. They could have at least tried to meet me halfway considering they only reheated it, pico and everything, and it still wasn't edible. What happened Los arcos? They must be under New Management because I'm shocked at the food and the service compared to every other pleasant visit I've had there.

This. Place. Is. Amazing! Severely underrated! Their quesadillas are the BEST. No better place for some good cheesy food! If you're not a fan of dairy foods, skip it, but this place puts a nostalgia in me I can't quite express in words. Absolute bomb of a Mexican joint. Must try for anyone visiting Boaz!

My fiancé had the chicken chimichanga, he bit down on a huge chicken bone and when telling the manager all we as told was “there’s a lot of bones in chicken” I could understand if it was a whole chicken but we got a SHREDDED chicken chimichanga. He took it off of our ticket but we won’t be back.

The fajitas have no seasoning. The cheese dip was so liquified that you could not eat it. Daughter ordered a coke and got Diet Coke so we asked for a regular coke. But had to ask for it again and she was already done eating. Hit and miss when it comes to food

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to eat here yesterday food was great but by the time I got home I had 4 fraud alerts on my credit card.... I haven't used my card in 3 months last night was the first time I've used it.. It showed up as a Mexican shop in Mexico I was hit for $5.36, $5.36, $.05, $.05 if I didn't have my card set up to alert me for EVERY TRANSACTION I probably wouldn't have even realized I was being hit because it's small amounts over and over... Hopefully they've been hacked and aren't purposely doing this too customers...

Horrible place to eat. Everytime I have ordered from here, dine in or carry out has been wrong. This time I ordered a chicken taco dinner. I got 3 beef & tomato tacos and no rice & beans with it. The time before was chicken & cheese enchiladas, they can to the table with just onions, no cheese or anything. Very expensive also.

The drinks were the only good thing but the wait to not only order drinks but food as well was horrendous. The table that came in 15 mins after us was given more of an option to order than we were. The food arrived quickly but was not worth the wait. Do not recommend the fajita potato dish unless you want to be disappointed it did not have a single good thing to mention also when you mention leave this off and include it anyways that will ruin the dish for the intended, the poblano dish was swimming in oil and water and was topped with meat that looked like it belonged at taco bell. The server said she would get the manager instead had the items voided off and brought the check, was not checked on after that even though the kids were still eating. Paid for cheese dip but no chips to eat it with and no offer of a carry out container or drink even though the drink was full on the table. Second time at this location and neither time was worth the trip. Would prefer to drive to Don Bigotes or Villa Fiesta.

Service was great even though I was that guy that walks in 45 mins till close.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had Pollo Con Chorizo. I think that's what it was called. I always ask for "homemade red sauce" when I visit any Mexican restaurant. Theirs was not as spicy as I'm used to. However, it had a very nice flavor / heat balance.

If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. If I'm ever passing through again, I will definitely make time for a meal here again.

Had the enchiladas (1 cheese 1 chicken and 1 beef) with refried beans and rice. Excellent food with 1 exception , no veggies on the plate. Normally I get a small salad on the side at the other Mexican restaurant.

I only give them a 3 because my elderly mother was charged 20 extra dollars eating here one time and by the time she gave me the receipt for me to look, it was the next day and I added up everything we at and drank and there was an extra 20 dollar charge that couldn't be explained I told her we need to bring this up them them and she just said not to worry about it, my mom just didn't want to be a nagger God bless her but I most definitely would suggest everyone check your tickets before you pay maybe it was an honest mistake I really don't know

We went on Mother’s Day and it was just a very odd experience. The food was pretty standard, not great, but good! The service was quite bad though. The staff wasn’t friendly, things were rushed, and although the place wasn’t busy at all it very much felt like we were being rushed out the door. We tried ordering an appetizer — it came out with all the other meals. Someone at the table ordered a dish but asked for no mushroom — this means they got no veggies on their plate at all. The check was brought 3 different times before we were even done. It was just not a great experience at all.

This was my worst experience at any Los Arcos ever, but the food was so very good. Really disappointed 😞

My first time there with my son and his friend. My food was sitting in a puddle of oil. My son's friends 3 street tacos were inedible the shell part was so squishy with oil. I ended up being sick half the night and the next day. The kids were fine they didnt eat their meal

We walk in nobody came to seat us. So we asked all the employees that just look at us and said do we seat ourselves. She said no I will seat y'all. Then we go pay with no ticket bought to us payed for our food then the waiter come and said wait we didn't charge for your drinks. So we had to use the the debit card twice. The food was delicious.
