Ordered a chicken fiesta bowl they barely put any chicken just a bunch of rice and cheese.my fiancé ordered beef nachos has ordered it before and it’s never came with vegetables and it had peppers and had some lettuce in it the meat was also raw meat.My drink was also watered down and when I asked for a different drink they brung me back the same drink

Ate there last night. Food was great and plentiful. After filling up on that amazing salsa and chips, I had to get a go box, there was so much food. Service was exemplary. Will go again.

Food was great. Service was right on point. It wasn't over crowded and we had good seats. I had something different this time and it was awesome and of course my husband had a great meal that he gets very time because he said "why mess with perfection".
UPDATE: everything was the same and we both enjoyed our meals and service.

Oh my goodness the food was remarkable idk if they got a new cook or recipes but the food had the best taste. The salsa has improved tremendously pico de gallo is really good too. They had live music 🎶 really enjoyed great atmosphere..

We have eaten here for a long time, but have never been treated so rudely. I ordered online and had several things missing from my order or made completely wrong. When we came back to show them, they were so rude and very unprofessional. We will never come back here

First of all we were not brought any chips and salsa and when the people in front of us were seated AFTER us, they were promptly brought chips and salsa. Our waiter only had 3 tables. So, when he asked our drinks I asked for chips and salsa and he said you have to order first before getting chips and salsa... WHAT??? DUDE, I didn't just fall off the turnip truck this morning. Anyway, we ordered BEFORE the people in front of us and when the waiter brought our food and their food out at the same time, they were served first and along with their drinks as well. He never checked on us and we could barely get refills and more chips and salsa. This place is going downhill. The owner needs to start fresh with a new crew. Get rid of those rude gals up front along with the rude chick bringing out chips and salsa... When SHE gets ready and to who SHE wants to. I'd rather spend $100.00 at Taco Bell then go back here! NASTY!

I had never been here before and if I lived closer, I would be a regular. The food was wonderful in taste and color. I ordered the mushroom quesadilla and the mushrooms were large and tasty. The rice and beans were some of the best I've eaten in a Mexican restaurant. The price was really surprising.

Shoutout to Villa Fiesta In Boaz for such an awesome service. Thanks to the manager on duty on Friday March 8, 2024 for always having our food before we arrived. Aaron was our server & he was fantastic! The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious! Our food arrived in a timely manner and I cannot begin to tell you how scrumptious it was, and how well the flavors combined! Don't get me started on the Blue Margheritas....to die for! At the end of our meal, Aaron and his serving buddies serenaded me with the birthday song! We had a fabulous dining experience!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Greeter was friendly and quick to get us a table. Drink order was taken quickly. Took a little bit for chips and salsa to show up. Waitress finally came around and took order. Apologized for being late. Took our order and then POOF, never showed up again. Drinks were empty, food was a no show, chips and salsa were empty. I got up looking for waitress and manager. They guy who took our drink order said he was the manager and his name was Jaun. I explained to him what was going on and that it had now been right at an hour and could he please check on status. He immediately comes back with food, apologized and started putting it on the table. It’s all COLD. I don’t mean Luke warm. I mean cold. I asked for the owner at this point and was told that she wasn’t in. I asked for her to give me a call and we left. Haven’t heard from anyone. Not sure about the food but the lack of service or care about service is atrocious.

Y'all. 1st off the vibe when we walked in was so welcoming. The lady that sat us and cashed us out was SO nice, our service was on point, Drew was Great! You can tell when people authentically enjoy their job. Never once rushed, never had to ask,my drink stayed topped, with a genuine smile. The staff in the back, chefs kiss on the birria tacos, that cheese pulllllllllllllllllllllllllll was insane. It was Friday, the music only added to the happiness I felt. My job is stressful, so this place, the staff, the menu , transported me somewhere else.

Party of 15, celebrating a birthday, they got several orders wrong, one order was taken back and part of the order replaced onto a new plate, that just isn't how you do it. We had the manager remake that meal fresh, which he gave us an attitude about it but remade it. One child meal was forgotten " CHILDREN SHOULD BE SERVED FIRST" That child meal made it out about 32 minutes after out first meal was served, that's just unacceptable as was the reusing of food that was made wrong and then a manager that says he's sorry while giving you an attitude unacceptable. The manager then charges me full price and a 15%gratuity.
They didn't deserve a tip nor should have I paid full price for all the mistakes they made. We will never go back there.

This place is a family favorite. We frequent often and always have an enjoyable experience. We usually come with a large party, and the staff are great with any accommodations (putting tables together, high chairs, specifics on food orders, etc.) Our food is always hot and fresh, chips and cheese dip are a necessity.

We had a couple of other Mexican restaurants recommended to us. They were okay. This was a wonderful surprise. The food is so full of flavor. The service was awesome. The atmosphere is fun. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Very nice place to eat. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Very friendly service. I was amazed at the speed of service and quality. This is one of the better Mexican restaurants we have tried. Definitely a return trip in the future. They even ask how we wanted the meat cooked, medium, well, etc.

All I can say is they were amazing to myself and my family. Everything was closing after my son graduation and they stayed open so we could eat. They accommodated all 9 of us and the waitress was outstanding and so was the food.

The service was awful, had to ask several times for refills and fresh chips because they were covered in grease and stale. He gave my friend’s toddler a glass cup instead of a child cup, when he was told it was for the baby, he didn’t correct it instead she had to share her drink with her child. They added their own tip of $10 and when I asked them to remove it they refused needless to say we won’t be back! I wouldn’t even put one star if I had the option it would be zero.

I think it’s completely rude that they put their own tip, just makes them not care as much because they know they are getting theirs anyways. I give tips based on the service but I always give some kind of tip and he did not deserve a $10 tip!!

Had to wait an hr for our waiter to take our order and another hr for our food to be ready kids didn't get refill until I had to look for a waiter and we had to look for the waiter to give us our check to pay and have the audacity the same I'm on the phone then I'll work on your check

Terrible service paired with even worse food. Everything burnt or over salted took an HOUR and A HALF to get food. Another 45 min for our server to get us our check and had to literally go find him. Horrible. Would not recommend.

They have changed their menu and food is not anything like it was 2 months ago we loved to eat there before we drove Back home to Nashville we go on weekends to visit my son. The food was cold and poorly prepared utensils were dirty, restrooms were filthy garbage over flowing smelled of urine bad. I usually don't write all bad things about a place but it's gone down hill terribly we loved food before it's very well priced. I hope they address this or los arcos right down the road has decent food great mixed drinks

The ground beef on my Tostada was raw. I told the waitress and she didn't ask me if I'd like anything else. She told me it was seasoning. Does this look like seasoning? Its raw meat! Don't eat here. Ill never be back. She didn't even take it off my bill!!

Food is usely good. Only if you eat in person. Not sure how it was possible but they jacket up an order through doordash. I got an overly soggy taco salad(so no bowl at this point.) Wrapped in tin foil like it was a burrito.
