Food is always fresh, warm, and good. The portions vs $ is a great value especially while eating fresh quality food vs a processed burger and greasy fries that is way less healthy! Love to order on the app and ease across town and pick up at the window. Super-fast, easy, and definitely convenient.

We wanted to give Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cullman a try. We see them everywhere in our travels but have never eaten in one. This was our first and last try. The place was ice cold and has zero atmosphere. We both got the bowls. My wife got the chicken and I got the steak. To us it was just a lot of rice with a few other ingredients on top. Yes it is filling as rice always is. Not much taste, not even warm. The cost is about $35 for two to dine. As far as value goes, that is outrageous for what we got. It makes much more sense to go to a good full service Mexican restaurant and get a good meal of your choice for no more money. Plus you could also enjoy the bowl of free chips and salsa as part of you meal. No we will not be returning to Chipotle Grill anywhere.

Ist time to go. I got brisket bowl with white rice chips out of peppers and 1 bottle water. I was charged $29.00 I thought the girl put my receipt in the bag but she didn't. I check the price with the app should have been $19.00 I guess she gave herself a $10 tip. Food was worth about $10.00 I doubt if I ever go back. And I don't recommend.

The only way to describe this Chipotle is “eh.” When we arrived at 1 pm they were out of both kinds of rice, chicken, black beans and ice. The service was sort of spotty, even though they weren’t busy. Maybe they had just finished a rush. It wasn’t very clean and we ended up using baby wipes to get a table clean enough to eat from. We both got chicken bowls but were charged for one steak bowl and one chicken bowl. Probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Everytime i go here the people are great and so is the food. Yeah sometimes they tun out of stuff or it isnt perfect but like what restaurant is. But i wanted to highlight the crew from tonight i went in 30 minutes to close (i work in a restaurant ik this is frustrating) and they were all super polite and everything was hot and didnt taste old and it was perfect. The quality of food served at Chipotle was fantastic! Every dish was prepared to perfection with spot-on flavors. The food was fresh, delicious and well-presented. The staff at Chipotle were truly exemplary. They were attentive, courteous, and prompt in their service. They made sure my dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable.The cleanliness and hygiene maintained at Chipotle were commendable. The dining area, restrooms, and kitchen area were spotless, adding to a pleasant dining experience. The menu had a good variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The portion sizes were generous and worth the price. I was highly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. Despite it being a busy day, the staff managed to serve the food in a timely manner without compromising on the quality. I appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Chipotle. The staff were very approachable and were more than willing to assist with any queries or requests I had. I found the ingredients used in the dishes to be of high quality and the taste was consistent throughout. I would highly recommend Chipotle to my friends and family for its excellent food and outstanding service

This place was not very good when it first opened and we haven’t been in months, but we decided to give it another shot tonight. I don’t know what changed, but it was like night and day. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious Chipotle I’ve come to expect from other locations. Easy 5 stars for these guys. Great stuff.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend this particular one. The staff did not know the menu and I was asked to pull up online what I asked for and I did. They said they have no idea what it was and they had never seen it before. I went ahead and got my co workers food and did not get mine. I did ask to speak to the manager and she was working the cash register and the two little girls came up. They continued to be rude and I paid for my food and they continued to talk about me with the customer that was in line behind me. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

What a joke. Ordered online at 9:15pm. This Chipotle is *supposed* to close at 10pm. I get called 5 minutes later telling me that they can’t finish my order because of “staffing issues”, and that they “had to close”. They also “didn’t have any food”. I asked them to refund my money immediately and they told me “the computer won’t let me do that”. I was told to call some corporate Chipotle number to get my money back. So tonight I paid for a meal that they refused to make for me - and also refused to refund my money. Where I come from, this is known as “theft”. Rest assured I will be calling Chipotle corporate about this.

Updated Review: Things have surely changed since my initial review. I don’t know who’s managing this location now but it has really gone down hill since the beginning of their opening in Cullman. From the customer service to the quality of the food. Almost every visit now I’m having to ask for fresh meat or other ingredients bc the food pans are either empty or have been dried out from sitting for quite some time. Each time the staff acts as though they have an issue with honoring my request bc they do it with an attitude. It’s like most the employees the younger ones in particularly, expect to get a paid to do absolutely nothing and that’s not how a job works. Management needs to step it up and get things back to how it use to be a couple of years ago because they won’t last long in the area if that type of behavior continues.

Called us back to say they had canceled the plant based chorizo early, after we already paid for it through their app and had the card charged, and that they were out of the meats everyone else ordered.

At this point fair enough, things happen... Then we get there and they say they don't have burrito shells, so at this point our order has become something completely different from what we had planned on.

Okay, frustrating, but still kinda whatever. Then turns out when we open the bag they actually had enough to make one of ours a burrito, which they had very sloppily wrapped in the foil so it was still well exposed...

THEN, we get home and apparently they read extra cheese on the two real meat meals as extra cheese on ALL of the meals, so they absolutely drenched both our sofrita bowl and burrito that were supposed to be vegan in cheese.....

I'd probably be a fair bit more forgiving if this was a cheaper, run of the meal fast food restaurant, but for the expense at a place like Chipotle this is unacceptable.

I do wish they had more options. I did an online order and picked it up through the drive thru, and the process seemed easy enough. Though I didn't go inside, from what I could tell, it was clean.

Overpriced. The only meal I've ever been satisfied with the price from this location was a free one. Chips are always stale and either incredibly bland or salty, either of which makes them inedible. The food is not kept fresh at all, and I have received dry and overcooked food on more than one occasion. Pick up order has been wrong in one way or another every time that I have done it. I have heard of multiple health code violations and do not doubt they are true. You are HONESTLY better off going to Taco Bell.

I got the bottom scrapings of brown rice, steak, chicken, queso, and shredded cheese with no offer of fresh anything. There was so many crunchy pieces of rice in my bowl. Rice shouldn't be crunchy and the employee didn't change out any of the basically empty bins except for the queso after giving me the last of the old stuff. It just boils down to lazy staff. May try it again another time but was very disappointed this time.

This Chipotle is very clean. I love the building, and it’s so much nicer than some other locations in the state. The Chipotle in downtown Birmingham has really gone downhill, so this clean facility really hit the spot on my travels back home from up North.

They emptied the sweet tea 30 minutes before closing. I couldn't get a refill. There was a female worker who had her boyfriend with long blonde hair making out outside then when they came back in and she went behind the counter he did as well. Then he come back around and leaned against the glass talking to the other employees and he kept running his hands through his long hair over where the food is at and put his hands on top of the glass after. It was very unsanitary. There were several health code violations I saw while in there by different employees. Plus the employees weren't very nice. Everyone was either busy talking amongst themselves or trying to clean up and emptying everything so the dine in customers couldn't get refills. Also I asked when was the tea made and they said that morning. So the same tea out all day and not refrigerated. Like I said, health code violations everywhere and employees that you could tell they didn't want to be there.

Worst experience ever. Husband wanted chipotle for his birthday so I went to pick it up for us. It was about 7:15pm and they were out of everything. We have been to plenty of chipotle’s and never have had such a bad experience as the Cullman Chipotle (we are new to cullman). And to top it all off, I get home, and the chips are so stale. They barely put any food in the bowls we ordered. do better Cullman!!

Usually very good, but I ordered a burrito for pickup and was given a burrito bowl instead. After calling the restaurant they informed me that they were out of burrito shells.

No one bothered to inform me, I had to find out my order was wrong after driving back home.

I did not get part of my order and I want a refund. I have tried to call them repeatedly and their phone is never answered. I have now emailed Chipotle and have not heard back. This is really horrible customer service.

I’ve been to several Chipotle’s in the Birmingham area and this one doesn’t measure up. Every time I come to this one they are always scraping the bottom of the food bins and it doesn’t look fresh. This last visit the food prep area where food is assembled was littered with food. It’s not because they were busy I was one of three people in the whole restaurant. I can see why their average rating is 3.5 stars. I will stick to the Birmingham locations from now on.

I will never be back. I was the first person to order at this store and have been a loyal customer since.

I owed 2.62 today after my giftcard and they would not take a $5 bill due to not having change. I asked to pay $3 instead and get 2 ones back and they can keep the change, NOPE. Asked if I could give them the $5 bill and them keep the change, NOPE.

So the food I ordered and tried to pay for was thrown in trash. Great way to waste food and money!!

This was my first time going to a Chipotle, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was fabulous, very nice people working there. The food was perfectly prepared and served with lots of napkins, forks, salt, pepper etc. I had a huge veggie burrito and my husband had the carne asada tacos which were amazing and fresh.

I was really excited to take my mom n kids to this food chain cause I've been hyping it up for yall. We liked what we ordered felt awkward but safe bc we are the only customers there. I hope next time its a hit...making dreams happen lol ty...be cool n careful

If you want a 10.00 burrito with about 4 oz. Of meat and to get upcharged 2.25 for a spoonful of guac and pay 2 dollars and a half for a med sized bev run on down to chipotle. People must go here bc they are a successful chain but def not ppl the likes of this lady.

I love there food , but not having a drive through sucks .. I only have cash and can’t order online either .. this is to much . We just wanna eat ! Get a normal drive through with a menu

Just dropped in to pick up dinner, and Austin was very professional and polite. Quick service and a positive attitude which is always a plus. Keep up the good work work!

Very good food! My son and I dined in n their were 3 other tables full of folks but once they left they put signs on all the tables saying, "Temperarily Closed"!! I thought that was discriminatory but that's just my personal experience!

I hate Chipotle because online is kind of mess; Many times orders get charged online but orders won't go to restaurants. Ripping off customers with their ** online app and site. No customer's service numbers and no refunds. Stores' managers tells us they don't know; We never get a responses from online request.

My burrito was frozen in the middle they did not send my drink or my Queso chips were so stale i could have slashed a tirer with them and the employees were rude and cursed
