I ordered the beef puffy tacos, they were just a bit greasy but very good! The salsa was different but tasted delicious! The queso was very plain, just melted cheese, I would prefer it with peppers or something to give it more flavor. This is in a gas station so I ordered it to go, I have been hearing about this place for awhile now. If you’re in the Daphne/Malbis area give it a try! It’s right off of I-10 on 181 so if you’re headed to the beach snd want something quick I would say it’s worth it!

I know what you’re thinking … gas station tacos? They can’t be good. Well you’re wrong and so was I. My daughter told me about this place and I swore it would be horrible, she said “you’ll love it and go back for more” and she’s right! I literally pray we are low on gas when we drive by so I have an excuse to go in and get tacos. The food is incredible and the staff is awesome! I can never remember how to pronounce what I want and they are super patient with me. Go in and try the “baria? Taco” or anything really it’s all incredible!

I really regret coming here. The food tasted old and cold, the service was rude, and the food is extremely overpriced especially for the quality and quantity. The queso and salsa were watered down. The ramen was just Nissan hot and spicy instant ramen with a little bit of meat and onions sprinkled in it. They won't accept returns for items they forgot to give or items not eaten because of quality. There are plenty of Mexican eating spots around here that are more affordable and give better food. $10 for ramen that costs $1.50 at the store.

Okay. Wow. I have heard about this place forever so I gotta try it. Oh myyyy goodness, it was heavenly!! I tried Birria street tacos and Birria loaded fries. My jaw dropped on tacos. Our kids were in agreement. It was BY FAR best tacos we had ever had. Wow. It had so much meat in it and it was very very tasty.

Had modest expectations when I realized this place was in a gas station. The birria tacos are phenomenal. Best Mexican rice you will ever find. Refreshing to see the cooks wearing gloves, and I saw a lady making red sauce from scratch in an immersion blender. Fresh and authentic! Can't wait to try more of their menu items!

You won’t find better tacos anywhere else! That’s it. That’s the review. ;) Seriously, Las Catrinas De Rosy is by far the best no-frills, real deal taco spot in Baldwin County. The Carne Asada Street Tacos are delicious (and probably the best outside of San Diego, CA). You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. Sorry in advance if you become addicted!

Plain food, fine dining prices!!!!! Menu was very plain, no details on food items and no prices.Was shocked when our bill was $35 for 2 items, (guess I should of asked the prices before ordering) but was not expecting that in a gas station. Food tasted alright , chicken burrito had good flavor but kinda dry. Girl at the register that took our order was very rude, tried to ask questions and it was like we were bothering her. Didn’t get greeted or end with a thank you. Customer service is horrible and ruined the whole visit there.

We Got two burritos that were good, but mine was over cooked on one side, the cashier was not friendly, just two burritos $27.00 I was shocked maybe $7.00 ea but $12.50ea hell no,we are never going back. My wife burrito was beans no meat. $$$

Overpriced, not as good as other spots in the county. It’s just the only “taqueria” in Daphne/spanish fort. Until I see someone making al pastor on a verticals rotisserie, I won’t pay 20$!!!!! For one burrito.

My husband to be said that their burritos are now his absolute favorite. Its a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. The loaded fries are amazing! 🙌🏼 highly recommend to anyone

The food is excellent but the tacos are way too expensive! I understand the demand though, it is very difficult to find a great authentic experience in this area, that being said, it is worth it! This is the place for REAL mexican food, if you do not mind the price, i highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed!

I especifically asked for no cilantro and no onions...only avocado...the girl that attended did not want to find my order. The tacos my boyfriend ordered for him where so greasy!! Do better. And on top of that they had a lady there just staring people down...

Finally! Real authentic Mexican food made by folks who are really originally from Mexico! We lived most of our lives near the boarder in California and have had wonderful Mexican food there. Super disappointed in all the miserable imitation places in this area. Rosy’s is truly the real deal. Al Pastor is fantastic. Carnitas actually better than our old places back in California. And super nice people. This will be our only place to get Mexican food from now on!

Food is always delicious. Ive had there Quesabirria, Birria Torta, Asada Fries, Tacos, and Horchata. My fiancé loves their Elote and loaded nachos. They are always friendly and food is fresh.

Absolutely love eating breakfast here, I come here three times a week. Saturdays I bring my wife with me. She loves the breakfast quesadilla. The green salsa is awesome. Lunch is awesome, I love authentic tacos. I wish they would serve lengua tacos, they are my favorite.

Came from Staysh Review on Tiktok. Food is phenomenal. The puffy tacos with barbacoa are filled with meat definitely my favorite. The steak quesadilla and Birria tacos are also magnificent. Definitely a place to go when in Malbis.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. I am very leary on eating from gas station restaurants because of the reputation they have, but the food here was amazing! I've been looking for a place to get Birria tacos and this place did not disappoint! They were excellent tacos! I am so excited for thus place! Im headed back there to order again today. The food is hot, fresh and delicious!!! Just try it once and you'll be hooked on first taste!

Finally, standard authentic carne asada tacos! I moved to Alabama a few years ago. I grew up somewhere where carne asada tacos are as common as rain and I took that for granted. I thought every city had plentiful taco options. Its been a real struggle these last few years not having easy access to good ol' regular authentic style carne asada tacos. Don't get me wrong, we've got some good stuff here, but it is few and far between (inconvenient). Not here! Thanks to Rosy I've now got easy access to some perfectly executed tacos. I plan to return at least weekly, if not more if my work schedule allows. ...the Guac is also superb, freshly made and delicious.

A roadside gem not to miss! Hands down the best food we have had on our trip. The asada tacos were so flavorful and the Guac and queso hit the spot! Great customer service to top it off. Thanks for a delicious unexpected surprise! Texans know Mexican and this contends with those back home.

Eat here. We often drive 30 mins just for Rosy’s. (I’m so glad they opened this second location if not we’d drive an hour!) Jeff always gets the birra and I am eating my way through the menu. The desserts are good too. They haven’t let us down, it’s so good. I recommend them to anyone who’ll listen.

The Pollo Torta was very good due to the marinade used in the preparation of the chicken. Quesabirria Tacos were small, and the dipping sauce was bland, but overall they were still tasty and delicious.

The side of chips and salsa was generous but the salsa could have used a touch more salt in my opinion.

Service was friendly and explained the menu for our first time visit.

Not good hard to chew steak meat and tortillas, $3.75 ea taco, 5 tacos came to $18.75 , grease dripping carnitas, no chips and salsa neither sides, for that price you be better go across the street at Don Carlos and get (38) Tacos De Carne Asada for $19.67 (4) Corn or flour tortillas with your choice of protein. Served with a side of rice, beans, pico de gallo, and tomatillo sauce and as much chips and salsa as you can eat.
Not a fan of Don Carlos neither, but is a whole better deal for the money.
Never again.
