Have a good experience food costumer service was on point.
The waitress was very attentive looking for a great experience for me and my family I also ask for something that it was not on the menu and they made it for me that was great usually in other places they doesn't want to do it if it is not on the menu great job.

would give 0 stars. the waiter was rude, I was so friendly to these people about how it was a mistake with how i ordered. he didn’t try to see what my issue was. he didn’t care. he was very nonchalant. and I wouldn’t recommend him. it looks like he does tables in the back of the restaurant by the bar. the food isn’t bad but it’s not what i wanted. and it’s pretty dry and barely gave me cheese dip. and the cheese dip we got they didn’t even fill the container up. and after i asked him about my food he never even came back to check on the table. very unsatisfied. very rude people. and i believe it was racially motivated at this point. I want to give ZERO STARS. i’d suggest you go to the one on 6th ave on decatur AL instead. this nasty looking pepper looks like a pickle.

I'm from Texas and have been craving chili rellenos. Everyone has a different way of making them but looked at how they make them. Stuffed with cheese battered and fried. When I got it, it was ground beef topped with green pepper, and nacho cheese. It was more ground beef and nacho cheese than green chili. I won't be back.

I called in my order. My food was waiting for me when I got there, even though I had to wait about 5 minutes to get it, because no one was at the desk.
I got my food back to my hotel room, and was highly disappointed. The meat was tough and unseasoned. The desert was good, but it was made soggy because of the fluid at the bottom of the tray.
Overall, the service was rude, and the food was terrible.
I'll stick with Serano's across town. They are way nicer, and the food is definitely better.
I am aware that the Serano's cooks are from Las Vias, and it shows.

My family and I celebrated our Mom's 77th birthday here and it was everything that we could have imagined. Great Service, Great Food and the atmosphere were excellent, It was a beautiful occasion and I will be back soon. Thanks, Las Vias you deserve 10 ⭐️🥰🙌🏾🤗

Las vías had really bad service. They didn’t even greet us. The waitress was really rude and she wanted us to organize the table. They brought chips and salsas to the table with an attitude. We told the person in the register and he ignored us and didn’t even apologize. I don’t recommend las vías they have really bad service.

I had ordered the nachos machos, and yes they had it out fast, but when the cashier was ringing up my order she added the tax into the food on the calculator then it taxes it again when she put it into the computer, and didn’t let me choose for a tip or not and hit 30% tip anyway. And when I confronted it with her she wanted to act like she didn’t speak English, little did she know I spoke Spanish. They will steal money from you, so if you don’t speak Spanish be really careful when ordering food from here

Our food greasy/soggy. The cheese dip was cold and the "large" wasn't very large. Our waiter seemed pretty disinterested in us. After taking our order he never came back to check on our drinks. I had to flag him down for refills and again for our check. The chicken on my nachos looked/tasted like it came from a can and the beef tasted like it has been cooked way earlier in the day.

This was our first, and likely last visit here. There are a LOT of Mexican restaurants in town, so I suggest going to another.

Amila was the woman who waited on me and she was so nice. The food is nicely priced for the amount you get and the food was amazing some of the best red sauce in town. I will be back to enjoy more food. The sweet tea was also REALLY good. Thank you for the great experience.

We ordered carry out. It was ready upon arrival for a quick check out. After a 10 minute drive home, everything was still hot and tasted great. We will definitely order again.

I am deeply disappointed with the recent customer service experience at Las Vias As a long-standing and loyal customer, I expected better treatment when I encountered an issue. However, the staff's lack of care and the manager's failure to resolve the problem left me feeling undervalued and unheard. It is disheartening to see a business I have supported for so long show such indifference towards its customers. I hope that Las Vias takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service practices, as this incident has left a lasting negative impression on me as a patron.

As a former resident of HSV/Madison and a native Texan, in my opinion, this Las Vias has some of the best TexMex food in the area. My only criticism is that the waitstaff can be hit or miss and sometimes the food consistency varies, especially on the refried beans.

I literally come here all the time. I'm never disappointed even if they are short staffed. I lost my keys and they had fell behind the booth and the girl at the front stopped me and she pulled the booth out and found them. She made my whole day. I just love y'all.

I called in an Order for Pick Up after choosing from the Online MENU.
I ordered Fajitas priced at $18.99, Cheese Dip priced at $3.50
When I went to pick up the order and pay, they charged me $22.99 for the Fajita's, $4.99 for the Cheese Dip, and a $.99 fee for Calling in an Order???? I told them, the prices on their Las Vias website, and was told if I wanted the order, this is the NEW PRICES. I told him, they needed to UPDATE the 20% + Price Increase on their website and honor the website prices, until they have it updated. He said, "not my problem" Do you want your food? I asked; Why are you charging me for calling in a To-Go Order? He said he didn't know. It is what it is. ????? So I said, tell me this; If you book a Hotel room at $99 on a website, then you arrive, Check-In, Go to Check Out and your bill is $199. what would you do? Would you be ok with an answer, It's not my problem, it is What it IS???
I paid, for the last time at any Las Vias establishment, with minors working the floor and behind the bar making drinks, and left. What would you do?

Steak, chicken, and tortillas were burnt. Churros were black and marshmallows filled?? The server ignored us. The margaritas were watery and somehow dry. Massive solid chunks of onion were in my chimichanga. Worst restaurant I've ever been to

Ladies lunch date! Good service, busy place but they had plenty of help. Had to wait a long time for the bill but thankfully we were able to pay up front so we didn’t have to wait any longer. Food was great, appeared clean, enjoyed ourselves.

As soon as I walked in, everyone stared at me. I ordered beans and rice bc yk culture. They fill up not even half the plate and I literally had only 4 spoons of rice. I am never eating here again. And the beans taste disgusting.

I doordashed a sweet tea and I took a drink of it and my husband wanted a drink and he saw roaches in the tea we poured it in the sink and there were baby roaches it was absolutely disgusting don't eat here

This place has just the right lighting and atmosphere to really make it feel like you are in Mexico. The staff are great the fresh in house made chips and Salas will keep you wanting more and the prices are fantastic I would recommend highly to anyone.

I have bumped down a star cause service seems to have really fallen off the food is still great but the service is pretty bad.

First time in Decatur AL. I was looking for authentic Mexican food and decided to give this place a try. I was sadly disappointed. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that uses liquid cheese on their quesadillas. It was like a runny cheese whiz and steak quesadilla. The refried beans were super runny too. So runny that the beans leveled out on my plate and soaked into all of the other food. Their salsa and cheese dip was also terrible. The staff was great, super friendly, but the food is terrible.

Not sure why this place has a 4.2 star rating. Salsa is great, the white sauce is amazing. The steak in my burrito was seasoned so perfectly and the price for what you get is great. I've found my new favorite restaurant in Decatur.

I ordered salmon with rice and steamed veggies add tomatoes and mushrooms. I only received a piece of salmon and fajita mix. I called back to tell them, and was only asked if I wanted to come back and get the rice. Ummmm HELL to the NO! I will never do business here and I'm making sure to do a bad review. I hate spending money and not getting what I ordered. How hard is it to read a freaking order off of a ticket.
