Hands down the best Mexican restaurant, they are not stingy, the only one we like going to. Such good food. The chimichanga has always been a classic. The salsa is good not too hot, as someone who doesn't like hot stuff, and good cheese dip. Trust me you won't be sorry coming here especially on a Wednesday.

I wanted to give it zero stars but I couldn’t. I ordered The chimichanga with shrimp. It smelled weird and there was paper stuck to it. Just a mess. Of course I requested A refund and tossed that disgusting looking trash away.

Great spot for authentic mexican food. Tacos were excellent. Servers were friendly. I did see a cockroach crawling on the wall in the booth where I was eating that affected the experience. Overall good time and I appreciated the tribute to Ritchie Valens.

I love Labamba. It's a go-to for me. I eat here allllll the time and the food is always amazing. Hits the spot every time. I like trying different things, and everything is always good of course, but some of my favorite items are the steak quesadilla, flautas, and arroz con pollo. The service is always great as well.

My experience here was a mix of differences. We were seated almost immediately, both our server and greeter was amazing, (I can't remember his name tho). He was very patient, kind and understanding, also super sweet. After our food was brought to the table he continously made sure everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We ordered the fajitas for 2 with an extra fajita. I was not really impressed. The food itself had a really good taste and was seasoned just rite, it was the chicken and steak being to tough to eat, otherwise i would have given 5⭐ all the way!!

Love la bamba food and staff. Quick service. We eat there several times a month. Margaritas are top notch too. Never disappointment. Our favorite is #55 chimiconga. We usually go lunchtime.

This is one of my personal favorite restaurants in dothan. The food is usually very good and quite affordable. The atmosphere is not bad, but there's practically zero natural light. Depending upon the day and time there could be a slight wait to be seated but any wait ive encountered has always been acceptable 5-10 or less. I highly recommend ordering the cheese dip or bean dip for an appetizer, both are fantastic. My usual go to meal here is called "ethan's favorite" which is a chicken and cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. You can also get the quesadilla with ground beef or steak instead of chicken if you prefer.

Typical Mexican American small town restaurant, good salsa, wish they would get white corn tortillas but other than that everything was tasty. Will definitely return, we had the beef burrito and the chicken and rice, both were hot when delivered.

Do not order the tea! It was watered down to nothing. It did not taste like tea at all. Hardly any color. We basically paid for water. Tried to communicate our dissatisfaction with the waiter. He could not understand us, and college Spanish 101 is lost in the recesses of my mind.

This is an older business in Dothan, which we try to support. They stuck thru COVID and the circle, almost shutting down the restaurant for road work The employees are mannerly and our waiter has been with them in Dothan for more than 20 yrs.

Great new spot for me! Cheese dip was good. Flautas were so good and fresh! Salsa was a bit runny, but very flavorfull. Even have mild if you need less heat (I believe it is burrito sauce), it was yum! Steak Fingers taste excellent, but different in an AUsome way!
Prices are very fair in this economy!
Will be back...

The food was delicious, except for the salsa. It looked like watered down tomato juice. Why have all the Mexican restaurants started grinding their salsa down to juice. It is terrible. Service was slow & it was not at a busy time of day.

Most of the food was cold, except for the flaming dish one person ordered. Fish tacos had small, chopped up fish pieces on a flour tortilla. That's all. Not all of the food was delivered to the table. One of the people in the party ordered a steak, enchilada combo. The steak wasn't seasoned, and was old. Tasted rancid. I will say it was brought to the attention of the mgr, who did remove some of the items off of the ticket.

They made me a dish that wasn't on the menu and it was delicious. They were definitely having a hard time dealing with all of their to go orders but when I did get my food I was happy with it.

My absolute favorite place to eat, drink, chill, relax... I grew up eating here and it's always been a great experience ... The labambas employees are as always amazing! Food is 🤌🏻🤤! Drinks are great and very nicely priced! I should bring my VHS 📼 of labamba next time! 💜🖤💃🏼
