Great food and nice yet efficient workers. This is my daughter's absolute favorite place to grab lunch, so she took me along this time. I highly recommend the nachos! Trust me, you get plenty for the price! Soda fountain area was clean and well maintained. They have one of the fountain machines that you can choose like a hundred combinations like lemon Coke or strawberry Dr. Pepper. 5☆s

“Welcome to Moe’s” The staff was so very friendly and pretty funny! You can tell they all get along and having fun! Nachos were yummy, steak had flavor! Queso dip was the best part ! It really was spot on! Restaurant was clean and the portion was plenty.

Priced overrated!! Me and my Husband go two steak quesadillas with extra steak , as you can see their isn’t any extra steak ok this quesadilla we spent 32.33 on two things no drinks !! And you see the veggies not worth it you get more at Chipotle to me !! Manager as a nasty attitude always got her mouth turn up

Dirty! There wasn’t a single clean table and the trash cans were overflowing, the one trash can you could get to anyway because the wet floor sign was left on top of the second one. They seemed to be bothered by us and even carelessly tossed our side of queso on our tray/chips.

Food tasted ok. The 3 staff members were not friendly at all. There were only 2 tables in the dining room that did not have food crumbs and were somewhat clean, the drink bar was sticky,and the salsa bar only had spicy available.

I absolutely didn't care for the food at this place for my wife and I it was a complete waste of money. It didn't taste like anything was fresh, and we tried to eat it because our daughter chose the restaurant and we wanted to like it for her but that didn't happen.

This Moe'S has plummeted to almost nasty since the last time I came here. The tables, seats, counters, walls, and floors are all dingy with wiped over crusted on food. The variety coke dispenser wasn't working properly. There was no ice. We had to ask for it and apparently that was annoying to the staff. The guy who finally loaded the ice had no gloves on. I probably won't go back and it used to be a favorite spot.

Showed up at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Tried to order the Moe Meat Moe Cheese burrito. First employee that came up had zero clue what he was doing. Maybe he was new. Called over another man who clearly had experience. Seconds after confirming the burrito I wanted, he went on to make an Edgy Veggie burrito. Clearly was out of his mind. After realizing his mistake, he tried blaming the new employee then went on to curse while starting a new burrito. Seconds later he informed me there was no steak and It would take 10 minutes. I offered them to just put in chicken which is cheaper but he said he couldn’t so I left. Horrible service and attitude for no reason. Store was empty.

Stopped by here after a chiropractic appointment next door. What a great find! Had never been to one before. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Similar to Chipotle but stopped up a notch. I tried the (3) tacos. They had a great selection of meat & toppings. All looked really fresh. I tried the white chicken, adobo chicken & pork. They were super yummy. Got it as a meal and it included Queso side and a large drink. Free chips with everything which is great!!! and your choice of salsas from their self serve salsa bar (the couple mild ones I tried were really good!). And I liked that you could pick your own and how much. Ran about $15 for it but guess that’s in line with about anything anymore. A little steep for a lunch which takes one star off the rating for me. A daily lunch special would be helpful. It was a lot to eat - next time might just get one or two tacos instead. Had leftover chips & salsa for sure. Would definitely goto again!

Typical Moe's food, prepared to order. The men working the line were friendly and efficient. The salsa station and self-service drink machine were clean and well-stocked.
Our only complaint was that it was a cold day and the restaurant was cold inside.

This has to be the worst Moe’s I have ever been to. I order a burrito at 11 online and it’s supposed to be ready at 1120. I show up at 1145 to give them extra time and it still isn’t ready when I get there. Apparently they are incapable of planning ahead and didn’t cook the rice. Avoid this place.

From the moment you open the door there’s an awful smell. And it doesn’t smell like food. It smells like actual hot garbage. We decided to stay anyway because Moe’s is usually really good. For me, I didn’t enjoy my food at all. It wasn’t fresh and barely hot. After leaving I started feeling sick.

Short & sweet review.

Food always cold.
Burrito are put together sloppy.
Clean tables? None!

Went there last Monday to get a burrito & they were out of the wrap. How is it possible for a business that solely sells burritos for the most part be out of the most important ingredient??

Salsa either too watery or thick. Who ever preps the line clearly puts 0% effort. Would not recommend, until they improve

Ordered thru uber and tried calling about a special request. When I got thru to someone they attempted to place me on hold but instead hung up on me. When I called again and got a hold to the same person and inquired about hanging up on me they instead proceeded to argue with me about the issue instead of just saying it was an accident. She ended up hanging up on me again. Never ever have I been treated so poorly. Moe's is stooping so low with their employees that they don't even care about their customers anymore. Don't bother. The employees don't care about you either.

Don't go here, they are the most greedy moes I've been to. Used the Moe's app to order for pickup. Not only was the food smashed it was half of what you get when you order in person.
So they were out of lids to use on the bowls, rather than using one bowl to cover the other, they chose to use plastic wrap and stack one meal on top of the other.
Ordered a large queso, chips with that were half of what I normally received. Very disappointed with today's experience.

Dirty tables, drink machine and salsa area was sticky everywhere, no queso or black beans ready, both heating up, but the place was a ghost town. Poorly or not trained employees that struggle to make the food. Not likely to go back.

This is the worst location of Moe’s Southwest Grill I have ever visited, and I have visited several!! It was disgustingly FILTHY. It all began as I opened the door to a horrible smell and not one of the servers gave the traditional, “welcome to Moe’s!” Every table, every counter top, all food prep surfaces, the drink station, the floors, and the men’s room(ladies room out of order) were all in need of cleaning. If the front of this restaurant looked this bad, I can only imagine what it looked like in the back. The Health Department needs to shut this one down for deep cleaning and new management.

I usually like Moe's but after our last experience idk how much more I'll be going back. When building my burrito I was looking at all the options through the glass and every since one looked like they were dried out and had not been used all day. We also got a Jr Burrito and a regular Burrito and spent $30... I didn't question it because there was only two staff members working and they were very overwhelmed but that just seemed insane to me.

My 1st and last visit. Walking in the smell made my daughter sick. Once I sat down and looked around everything felt sorry and I suddenly lost my appetite. The chips were so old and steal. The burrito wasn't good at all. Too many other great options in town so no I wouldn't waste my money here again.

I was in Dothan AL and the staff had a terrible attitude, they were completely out of tofu, which is one of the reasons I go to Moes, the chips were greasy and cold, they had no forks to eat with. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had so far but I’ve found that at every location I’ve been to in the past 4-5 years has not been the greatest experience.

Slow service at dinner time. It honestly seemed like the employees weren't expecting anyone to come. The staff were uncoordinated and had to yell across the kitchen multiple times and still didn't get things done that needed to get done. It took almost 10 minutes for them so get a small amount of steak made so we were just standing in line waiting. One employee asked several times for extra queso for my bowl and no one responded so she scraped at the bottom for a while. Once they rang be up, another employee reached behind where the lady was and grabbed a bag of queso, easily filling the container.
Tl;dr, service was lacking and it wasn't really worth the wait for the sub-par food. Won't be returning.

Nasty environment...tables were not clean, and staff used same gloves for all orders. A staff member wiped a cutting knife on his apron and proceeded to cut my burrito with the same knife. Needless to say , i demanded him to make another one. Won’t be back!

This was my second time eating at a Moe's (other was a different location) overall I was very satisfied with the food. Mostly everything seemed fresh and ready. The only negative thing I had was the salsa bar had only 2 out of the (I think) 5 salsas stoked. I really was looking forward to some hot salsa to put in my chicken bowl. Other than that the service and food was very good. I would definetly come again.

I come here frequently, & sent my husband in for dinner pickup tonight. He took forever & a day
Come to find out, there was a new employee that that had messed up his order, which was NOT a problem with him nor I. We have both been there. What upsets me the most is how the manager dealt with it. Yelling at her new employee right in-front of customers and saying hateful things like “he’s got to get it together if he’s going to work here”
Coming from a family business, that is NOT how you handle things. Childish & not management material. Put yourself in that new employee’s shoes!
Not every customer is going to get mad at a new employee learning the ropes. Give the guy a break.
Don’t go all bad and boujee because you manage a Moe’s, ma’am. That is all. Bless his heart.

Disclaimer: We came on a Monday night so that could have been a factor. This was our first time to Moe's and we were not impressed. The rice was undercooked, food was barely warm, chips were stale, the guac was already brown, and the overall freshness was disappointing. The serving containers should have been swapped out. We left without finishing half our food. Hope these things can be improved for future guests.

If I owned this franchise, I’d fire every single employee in here. They are rude, immature, and down right lazy. I would be embarrassed to call this my Moe’s. The staff is so genuinely uninterested, unmotivated and just snobby little children. And this is nothing new to this particular Moe’s I quit eating here a few years back. Then it got a little better.
