I like a good burrito and Moe's sells burritos! They give you chips with your order and have a salsa bar. Their food is not always super fresh looking. Other than that I generally like the place and I keep going back.

First time eating at Moe’s, probably the last too. Staff was very friendly, but did not care about the food. My chips were all crumbs and my bowl was drenched in sauce, even after scooping out a significant amount it was still soup. I simply just threw the majority of the food away. I wouldn’t recommend.

They had a gas leak earlier this morning and didn't even let their employees go home. They had them in the building with masks on. The owner and manager clearly don't care about their employees. Sad sad sad.

me and my sister went to moe’s for the first time saturday night!(09/21/24) not only was the food amazing but so was the service. Kaydence went above and beyond! she had such an amazing attitude. the whole staff was so sweet! we will definitely be back soon!

Sorry sorry employees. I walk in and Kadence (employee) acknowledges me with a “welcome to Moe’s” but stands there and looks at me until 2:00 pm rolls around and she clocks out. The assistant manager comes from cleaning the tables to take my order. No steak, no chicken because Kadence didn’t bother to fill the line prior to leaving nor did she leave any meat out to thaw. When confronted by the assistant manager about the situation she threw up a peace ✌️ out sign, smirked and walked out the door. Needless to say I walked out without a meal and if I had been the manager Kadence wouldn’t have a job.

Usually when I go to Moes, I’m always happy and satisfied. Today unfortunately, I was not feeling either. I only got The Stack and added a drink and queso to my order. I paid $16 and then the cashier with the brown ponytail and fake eyelashes charged me again for the queso I had already paid for. I’m not one to get on the internet to complain but even when I got home and opened my box, it just looked like a mound. I’m very dissatisfied and would like my money back.

We arrived and didn’t even receive a greeting for 5 minutes the workers were just talking and then finally after 5 minutes we will be right with you. They were out or low on most all the food. The chips were stale and the drink machine was not working properly

We have ordered ahead twice from here and have it a month or better between just to be fair . Every time we order the orders aren't done at the specified order time and the teenagers that run the restaurant on the weekend are running around and kinda paying attention. The first time I swear they were playing tag. This ti.e there was one person working on a customer's order the other at the register and 3 standing talking and hanging out. When asked about the order they apologized and said they were busy then started the order, there was only4 peoplein the restaurant. The customers in front of us seemed to have to wait for a bit as well. If I was the owner and it affected my customers this way there would be changes but I'm not so I guess I'll start Taking my business to Qdoba instead. Same type of food better service.

Came in ~8 on a Friday, and it looked like the place was closed. The ingredients looked unappetizing, but the staff was friendly. Burrito was ok but not worth the price. I'd go somewhere else.

I'm editing this after a year to update my experiences.
I have issues with ordering in places so I always mobile order. Of the 6+ times I have ordered online, MAYBE half of the time the order is right. When it's wrong, it's way off. Today my husband's meal was close to correct but mine was missing the extra meat, bacon, roasted corn salsa, and grilled veggies. The only reason we even thought it was the same order when we got home was because my husband's was in there. We love a decent distance away so going back isn't really an option. I paid almost $15 for this. It should be correct.

Went to Mo's for the first time, and what a disappointment. Went at 2 pm and we were the only ones there. The 2 young ladies never acknowledged our presents. We looked at the menu then looked at the food. Food looked dry and 1 young lady came towards food counter and still neither of them ever said a word. So disappointed.

Beginning of the experience was good, customer service was good the new employee had a good attitude and was teying to learn. Once we received our food the rice was so hard you couldn't eat your food. This is the 2nd time trying this location and both times had this issue. Employee I spoke to at this visit seemed not to care. I informed her of the issue and she just said ok.... she did not fix the problem so other employees weren't serving it. When I noticed she wasn't going to change it I asked her why she wasn't going to change it, that she was going to waste other people's food, because mine I couldn't eat. Wasted $12.00 on food I could not eat or for them to attempt to correct the issue. Will not be back!! Not to mention because I informed her of the issue she took it personal and not one employee acknowledged us leaving.

The employee attempting to make our food was incredibly rude. He rushed us in ordering and didn't even listen when we told him what we wanted. When I couldn't hear what he asked me he treated me like I was stupid then rudely asked if he could move on to making the next item. He insulted another employee on the line and was told by who I assume was the manager to stop. We left without any food. Disgusting treatment of customers.

It was my first time having Moe's. The chicken bowl was great and so were the chips and salsa are (free with any entree). Only thing that seemed a little disappointing was Friday at 5 PM I was the only one dining in. Hopefully it was just a slow period of time, I'd hate to see someplace with such good food and service go under.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had here. Haven't been in Years and the one night I do go they were EXTREMELY rude to my sister , nephew and I. Had to wait 4-5 minutes just for the "manager" to stop gossiping about what seemed to be coworker drama and was slamming the oven door. Then while ordering was rushed and had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times for something as simple as beans. 0/10 never will go again. Over priced and terrible people.

This Moe’s is not good. We have visited on different days, different times, and ordered different food items. The staff is not knowledgeable and does not keep with the traditions that are practiced at other locations. Last time we were there they tried to tell me a kids meal didn’t come with chips!

The food was good but the service was poor. A couple of workers made our quesadillas and a guy got our queso, then they all left, and we were standing there waiting for 7-8 minutes. Even the guy who got my queso gave me the wrong size. A nice guy with good customer service ended up coming back from the kitchens and didn't realize we were waiting there for our food and to check out. He was a good employee, can't remember his name though. He apologized and things were fine. It's not a big deal but was annoying to be forgotten like that, when they were all there helping us a moment before. Can't say anything bad about the food though. They have great queso.

I usually love Moe's and the people there are really nice. The service is usually very quick too. But the speed of service has decreased ten fold. I go in the store at around 12:13 and leave at 12:36. That's pretty unacceptable for a fast food place, especially if someone's on a timed lunch hour. There needs to be more workers or at the very least an actual effort to make the food as quick as possible.

The employees were so rude and didn’t seem to know anything about Moe’s. They also kept talking poorly about each other directly to the customers. On top of that, I asked if adding queso cost extra and they said no, but the cashier charged me for it anyway. Also, the burrito and bowl I ordered had barely any food in it. Waste of my time and my $30.

We observed what seemed to be the manger go outside and smoke the return the wait on customers and never washed her hands. In addition she then went to the bathroom in her apron when she returned to the counter she again did not wash her hands.. her co worker i believe was James washed his hands and changed gloves after every task .. if she is the manager then lead by example.. the kicker is you are forced to tip them no matter what..

I really don’t get this place.. I ask for a rice bowl with chicken. The young man scraped the bottom of the pan for what rice he could get out of it then had maybe 8 small chunks of chicken. The vegetables were all normal portions. Then get it back to work and the rice is so hard you can’t even chew it... this restaurant use to be ok but the last several times it’s just worse and worse... waste of 12$$$

Walked in with only 4 people ahead of me. Spent almost an hour (not exaggerating) from waiting in line to getting my order completed and paying. Had to take it back to work and eat at my desk as I spent my entire lunch break just ordering my food. Food might be good hot but was cold by the time I got back to the office.
Their process is not all that inefficient. The constant talking back and forth about non-work related issues didn’t help. Manager complained and made excuses for the slow lead time to waiting customers but never actually stepped in to help. She just stood there taking payment.
Corp needs to step into this location and make changes or shut it down. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Literally forgot what I ordered when asked at the register. Pretty pathetic managerial situation they got going on. Not only am I leaving this review but I’m contacting the franchise.

I had a free menu item for my birthday. Thought I would share with my child. Manager got upset and refused to honor. Next visit I did qn online order and they locked the doors early and I couldn't get my food.

I just ordered food there. By far it was the worst food I have ever eaten. The young lady preparing the food acted as it was a chore or burden to prepare my food. Which was 3 tacos, 1 burrito, and 1 nacho. I will never eat there again nor will my family. After one bite my family and I literally threw $30.00 of food in the trash.

Food issues:
Chips were stale and as in chewing a piece of rubber.
Food was cold
Lettuce was brown
Beef was literally from a boiled plastic bag.

Employees seemed to be sad to be at work and bothered that we had come in the store. Food area looked unkept. I'm also used to the burritos at any other moes being rather large but at this facility they were tiny. During check out I had to retell my order to the guy who had literally just made my food. Its a good thing I'm an honest person or they would have never known I had extra cheese on most of my food. They also barley put any chips in our to go bags and what chips we did receive seemed to be soaked in day old oil and had been reheated or something. I usually love the green tomatillo sauce they have but unfortunately it tasted old too. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a moes . My family and I will not be back.

You come to Moe's instead of taco bell for the reason of not getting a skimpy burrito. Literally looks like the beefy five layer burrito from taco bell instead of a homewrecker and the stack looks like the crunch wrap and not even the supreme crunch wrap. I paid 20 dollars for something I could of gotten at taco bell for 10.... sometimes I go here and get the big burrito and stack that you should when going Moes but lately it has been like an expensive taco bell. Severely disappointed when you know they can do better.

The employees were unwelcoming and they seemed to move at an intentionally slow pace. One of the kinds of places to make you feel like you’re bothering them by being there. Food was edible, but tasted like leftovers not very ‘fresh’ some of the rice was extremely hard as well. They made it very sad small portions too. I know it’s hard to keep clean when you’re busy, but the area behind the counter looked carelessly strewn around enough that I felt cautious to eat the food... the employees must need some motivation. They’re not getting it here 😕

It's with great disappointment to give this Moes a poor review, because I have enjoyed every other Moes I have been to.

This Moes is another story. The employees here work without purpose. Everytime I come, there is a massive line where you pass the time watching the workers stand aimlessly, unsure of what to do next.

When it's finally your turn the true sadness begins. It's like they expect you to put every single ingredient on your burrito, and are always saving space just in case. Therefore, if you only like a few items, you get left with a deflated nothing.

When I pointed out the pathetic stature of my burrito and asked for more rice, the young man just looked at me and kept folding. I thought to myself that at least there would be chips to fill up on. However, no one could be bothered to fill up the to go salsa containers, as there was only one left.

Truly a sad day.

We got a Burrito, a Jr Burrito, a big Stack and a Quesada, all of them meals. We were pleased with everything except that I didn't get the salsa or Quesco sides that I had ordered. We didn't eat-in so I didn't catch the mistake till after we got back home. So check over your order

I would rate this location much higher as the food is always good, but the last two times that I have ordered online I arrive to find out my order has not been made yet. I could understand if it was five minutes later but it’s been 25-30 mins later. Each time the employees have seemed surprised that I had submitted an online order. Im not sure what the notification process is for an order but it’s clearly being missed at this location. Kind of disappointed since I never have problems next door at Firehouse Subs and I’m pretty sure it’s the same owners?

On multiple occasions the service has been subpar. Between to-go orders and not being helped by employees when there were issues with ordering food, I have been consistently disappointed by this location. When calling to ask about an issue with an order placed on the app, the employee I spoke to put the phone down to get her manager, and clear as day, heard her insulting my girlfriend and I and complaining about us simply trying to find an answer as to why the app would not let us place a delivery order. Yes, doordash makes the deliveries, but the Moe's app was not letting us confirm a delivery option. This is a failure on both the app, but also the employees and management of the Enterprise Moe's.

Tonight is probably the last time we eat at Moe’s in Enterprise. There was no customary “Welcome to Moe’s.” The restaurant is filthy. The staff is slow and indifferent (an employee with a mask tucked under her chin), and half of the options were unavailable—those that were looked stale or uncooked (both rice bins, raw “grilled” peppers, and chips sopping in grease). Our food was half the serving size normally given; yet, we paid in full.

Worst Moe’s EVER and worst customer service EVER! I’d give them 0 stars if it were an option. We got delivery and half of our order was missing. When my girlfriend called up there to speak to someone about the issue, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and sounded like she failed 3rd grade. I get better customer service at McDonald’s! I’ll never eat at this Moe’s again and I highly recommend anyone do the same!

If you plan on ordering online, keep in mind they absolutely *will not* include salsa or queso on to-go/delivery orders.

Fourth time ordering, drove to the store with my order and asked them 'what do I need to do to have the salsa I ordered put in the bag?'
Guy behind the counter just repeatedly points and tells me 'there's the salsa bar.'
'What's the point of ordering delivery if I have to drive back for it?'
Just runs, grabs a thing of salsa and says 'have a good day.'
Great waste of 20 minutes for cold food, a single cup of salsa and no fix for the issue.

Blah! Moes's used to be freak. Based on this experience I say they jumped the shark. Quidoba is a better option. Moe's is now on 0ar with taco bell but much more expensive. The wait staff was meh. The menu states the food will be served on romaine lettuce but when you.order it is iceberg. I was not impressed with the food nor the service.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time all of the staff was in the lobby and I had to wait for them to finish talking to order my food. And when I finally did get to order the rice was old and dry and it wasn’t enough for what I was ordering I actually had to ask her to get more rice. She attempted to split a spoonful of rice between a burrito and a bowl.. The second time I came in and I could see 3-4 workers behind the counter. I walked in at 525.. I walked out at 550. There was only one customer in line in front of me. They were moving at a snails pace and it’s kind of ridiculous.. I won’t be patronizing this business anymore..

This place has truly gone down hill. First of all how can you make it mandatory for customers to wear a mask and your employees don't have them on. Secondly it looks really nasty and dirty, also the employees act ad if they don't even care.

This place makes me sick every time I eat here. The manager is extremely rude to both her staff and customers. The staff is also not wearing masks while preparing food.

Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! This place has went down hill more and more of late. They are rude and act like your a problem for them to even serve. There was 3 woman ahead of me that the black woman with red in her hair was so rude to they were half way into the order and just said we’re leaving. Then I ordered 3 burritos and I’m not even exaggerating she counted out 5 little blocks of chicken and 3 shreds of lettuce and about 2 tablespoons of rice. The only positive I seen was the young lady with the tattoos on her arm. She was very friendly. The manager Cristina is very nice just need to clean house and hire some good employees and not be so stingy on food portions being there the most expensive lunch in town basically.. I hope someone that cares about there business reads this and gets it fixed... I made a picture of the food I got but couldn’t get it to post..

Saw 3 people working there 1 was serving 1 cleaning and 1 hanging out talking . Stood in line for about 5 minutes till the cleaning employee came to help serve the people who was already being served by the other employee and she never washed her hands before handling their food. Poor service and poor hygiene no thank you I left.

Employee was preparing my order and leaned his shirt into my food not once, not twice but three times. I had to let him know that they needed to redo my order because of it. Employee got an attitude. Customer service was horrible. Food is okay.

Been here a couple times and it's pretty good and staff is really nice. I started asking for no rice though because theres been hard pieces in there that almost hurt me teeth. Not sure if is wasnt cooked or fried to be that hard, but not good.
