Fiesta Mexicana

Okay so I live very close to this restaurant so I have been here several times, I most often get one of two waiters and they’ve always been amazing. However tonight the lady who helped us who I’ve never had before got so much wrong with me and my friends things, we ordered peach margarita on the rocks with tajin and we got peach….watered down something with a few grains of sugar on the rim…i had also asked for a coke which i never got and then we had to ask for just waters three times, when we ordered she came back at least two times to ask again what all we got and then seemed confused about everything we had asked for. One of my friends ordered a margarita after she had brought out another friends and she seemed very inconvenienced that she had to go get something else again. She asked if we were sure because she wanted to get it all at once yet she couldn’t remember anything we told her the first time. The food was okay. We ordered a large cheese dip to share and got a half full basket of chips that was never refilled so we couldn’t finish our cheese dip. She brought us our checks without us asking and was putting on her jacket to leave as she was. She told us no rush but that obviously wasn’t what she was conveying. She again seemed inconvenienced at how we asked her to split the checks and couldn’t seem to figure it out. This is the first review I have ever left in my life and my friends definitely didn’t want to go back. We had had a very long day at work and just wanted a drink and to talk and relax from the day but unfortunately that’s not what it felt like. I’ve never had issues with other waiters there and the food is how you’d expect it to be. The drinks are questionable and you can hardly taste that there might be alcohol in them at times but it was just crappy at how we seemed to be waited on. I personally will probably go again just hopefully never with that waitress. None of us tipped her which is WAY out of character for us but she didn’t seem to want to be tipped to be honest we were rushed and she ran out the door after throwing our tickets down at us. She asked me to please fill out my ticket so she could finish them because I was apparently taking too long for her. Then after rushing us we were leaving and saw her go back in the store while on her phone. We were also there before 8 pm and they closed at 10 pm. It was really disappointing and I’m not one to leave reviews or complain but I was so disappointed by our experience tonight and part of me wishes I would’ve asked if we could have had someone else wait on us. Every time she left the table she immediately was talking and cutting up with someone so I imagine that might be why she couldn’t remember what we wanted. I’m hoping I’ll never have an experience like that again or I’ll just go Elsewhere.

I literally just made an order at 8:27 for us to go for a taco salad fajita chicken with everything. I called them five minutes ago and asked them what the total was again to make sure it was right and if it was ready because she told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. Manji they took mine first and last name down when I made the order well, of course they didn’t have my order didn’t have anything made for me and nothing was ready while she explained to me that food wasn’t made when you order it which I understand because I like warm and fresh food, but that is absolutely ridiculous when I’ve already called them twice and now they don’t even have my order. I am so upset, I don’t know what is wrong with this fiesta Mexicana I don’t understand why someone that doesn’t even write them down or can’t remember them or just doesn’t turn them into the kitchen. I’m just literally fuming because all I wanted was some Mexican food and didn’t want Taco Bell because I wanted real authentic. Are the best next to authentic I could get around here very upset. Terrible customer service..

Chips were stale. Taco salad was awful. Cheese sauce was lie soup. This restaurant has been here a long time and I've been eating here for 25 years at least. Convenient from where I live and reasonable prices. Their food quality has been getting worse last few times I've been here. I WIll NOT eat here again!

I’ve given this place two chances and both times the service was horrible. Also, the food ranged from just okay to down right gross. Not gonna be returning. Sucks because this place is close to home and our favorite is 20 minutes away. Oh well.

The last 15 times I've called this restaurant I don't get an answer, I get hung up on, or I get put on hold indefinitely. I'm tired of having to drive to seven points to get an order to go. If you can't do something as simple as answer the phone to take an order one single time in a month then I dont trust what happens in the kitchen.

Authentic look, feel and taste of a traditional Mexican restaurant. I've been here for lunch and it is always busy, but the service is fast from being seated to the arrival of the chips and salsa to the wait staff attending to your drink and food order. Never more than 10 minutes from walking in the door to having a beverage and a basmet of chips. The wait staff is friendly and the food is done off the best ice had in the area. They truly care about a fast, friendly and delicious experience for all their customers. Highly recommend it, and I will return multiple times.

You have got to be kidding me. I went in and asked for a guacamole salad. The man said $10.93. When the woman brought it out to me I was surprised and asked if that was my salad. She said yes. I got to my office and found I had a cup of guacamole and chips.

At first I thought that their portions got smaller and their prices went higher, but now I just think they gave us slightly wrong food? The nachos portions were a LOT smaller than I’m used to from here, and the beef was topped randomly with tomato’s even though the chicken didn’t have them and the menu doesn’t say it’s included. Both nachos were also with flour tortillas which we didn’t ask for and weren’t expecting. They were chewy when I came to pick them up within 15 minutes of ordering. I still can’t figure out why our food was $40.

Ordered kids grilled chicken quesadilla with rice and beans and some how this guy thinks we wanted a grilled chicken enchilada. We ordered this to go and after arriving home realized they gave us the wrong food. Would not make it up So we ended up going to another Mexican restaurant and getting what we ordered the first time. THIS PLACE SUX & WON’T BE BACK.

I went there Tonight and found out that the menu I was going by online was totally wrongYeah. They have went up on their prices..You need to change your prices online.But,With that being said I got home with my food, and it was well worth the price... My food was delicious..I would recommend this restaurant to everyone..I can't express enough how good it was. I'll be back soon. Thank you Fiesta Mexicana🥂

This last visit we couldn't get our server to bring us the things we asked for. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but they weren't too busy for her to have just been behind or having a bad night. It was more like she just didn't care. 😔

Food wasn’t good at all tbh and the customer service was terrible. They apparently can only serve one table at a time and said they was “busy” but a had a girl standing on her phone doing nothing. And took 20 minutes to even get our drink order.

Food was good. My husband's boss made sure the waiter and cook know that he was allergic to raw onions . The waiter did his job but the cooks failed and sent out raw onions mixed in his food the waiter was very polite and concerned when the situation was explained and done everything very professional

I don't like leaving poor reviews, but the food was not as good as it used to be.
I stopped by and ordered takeout. I had a steak taco salad and a small guacamole.
The steak had a weird taste and the guacamole had no taste.
The only thing that was really good was the taco bowl shell and small salsa they included.
I used to eat here regularly and had much better experiences.
They also seem a lot more expensive than they used to be.

Cheese dip was good. Takes 5 minutes for waitress to bring you a beer with literally nobody else there. The lights strung up are literally hanging in front of the tvs lol smh. Just another tex mex place , its the same restaurant and food you've eaten in every other Mexican restaurant anywhere. Nothing special. But the margaritas were good

The rating is based upon who your server is!
This place can be awesome or horrible. I try to get the same server everytime and understand if I don't get to sit in her area the experience is going to probably not go well.

The food is good. Unfortunately they are changing their plates so the serving size is about half of what it used to be. But the prices haven't changed at all. So you are getting half the food for the same price.

I eat here weekly and if it continues on this trend I'll be finding somewhere else to get my weekly mexican food fix!

Have had multiple problems getting the order correct. Also have had multiple problems being over charged or undercharged and having to go back and get it fixed. I think this time I'm done using them. Cashier literally put my order in as tip as well as payment so they charged me double the amount. Currently waiting on my refund. I'm sick of going through this mess. Take cash don't use a card nobody apparently gets taught anything.

There seems to be a communication gap. I didn't get what I ordered, I think I told the guy three times what I wanted. I have been there several times and usually get what I asked for. I live 20 miles from there and went to a lot of trouble to get this meal. What am I supposed to do, dump everything on the counter to make sure I got what I ordered before I leave.? I don't think so, I think that's what the cashier is supposed to take care of for me. My suggestion would be to pay for good help and make sure they understand English. I paid over $50 for something I couldn't even eat.

Once we were seated we waited over 20 mins on having a waitress cone to our table. Attempted to order 3 children's sweet teas, 1 adult tea & 1 adult dr pepper but she couldn't comprehend English well. After getting mgr to assist we finally got our drinks & waited. Waited. Waited till we asked mgr for assistance. She took our order & we waited. Waited waited then 3 diff ppl brought my food & the kids food but no food fir my husband. We waited a few mins & finally asked manager for husband's food. He said something to waitress & she brought husband's chicken nachos out. He went to start eating & I stopped him because I noticed shrimp in his chicken nachos. Shrimp that would gave killed him since he's highly allergic. The waitress came over when I got her attention & I pointed out the shrimp & she went to pick it out, as if he was to eat it. Needless to say, he didn't want the food & requested her to take it back & remove off ticket. We get the bill uts still on it. Got mgrs attention & he took the ticket & corrected it.
I cant recommend this Fiesta Mexican. Service sucks

Our first time here. We were passing through.. Compared to our usual local Mexican restaurant, the food here was okay. My husband was VERY sick later that evening, something in his dish had to be bad, as no one else was sick, and this was the only food we had eaten that day. We also had a bit of trouble with communicating with our waiter (language barriers)...

We've been eating at Fiesta Mexicana for as long as I can remember and I have never had a bad dish or been given the wrong thing !!! They're extremely nice and eager to help you when you want to try something different !!! LOVE IT!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The owner is always friendly and helpful. One of the best and most authentic places in town for fast friendly service.
Staff is courteous and quick with your drink refills and orders. I try to eat here at least once a week. It's that good and feels like home when you're greeted at the door. 10/10 highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I took my mother there for her birthday last month and our waitress was great! She even took the time to wish my mother Happy Birthday and to give her a "Birthday cake" mexican style! The service was quick and the food was excellent with reasonable prices.
