Nice restaurant.
I love the huge bar and decor here. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly.
The food is good. The salsa is some of my favorite.
They give you very large portions or more than I can ever eat anyway.

The street tacos aren't on the menu, but they have them, and they're delicious.

Ate on Sunday afternoon and food was amazing. Salsa and chips were some of the best we’ve had. The food portion was great. We had enough leftover to eat for another meal. Will be back

This place is nice , probably one of the finest Mexican restaurants in the area . Their food is actually good perfect amount of spiciness and perfect amount of rich flavor . And drinks are amazing , we ordered some Martinis they were really good . Now keep in mind their prices and little bit higher then other Mexicans restaurants in the area but ad you sit and and enjoy the environment it will even out . The environment is nice and the staff is friendly . Its cozy inside and the way its setup is good . So if your are Shopping or browsing Florence mall or you are in the area and looking for good Mexican food then defiantly check them out .

We visited for karaoke night and eat supper while there. The entire staff was very friendly and took good care of us. A very nice atmosphere with great decor and the food was very fresh and delicious! Comfortable seats too!

We have been in a few times when we are in Florence, but this was the best. Had Tacos de Birria for one of their lunch specials and with the waitress’s picture, we chose it. Came here to visit some friends that perform every Friday night!
Had a massive margarita, chips with guac, a shrimp chimichanga and a taco salad!

The prices are way more than I would expect for the quality of food you get. The margarita was reasonable given how large it was, but the guac was way too creamy/runny, and the meat on my salad was drenched in queso to the point that I couldn’t taste the chicken.

Next time we will order different items but it was an okay spot to watch out friends and hang out!

My daughter went with friends and was charged $22.66 for a kids chicken nachos and sweet tea.
My husband called and asked for prices and was told one price and when he told her they overcharged my daughter she made out it was because her age.. and hung up on him.
Even if they charge alittle extra for her being over a certain age for kids menu it still shouldn't of been that much...

Terrible enchiladas, it wasn't a true enchilada. Not baked, basically a rolled soft taco with enchilada sauce over it. We used to really love this place. Salsa was really sweet it was weird. Beautiful restaurant though with very clean bathrooms.

Been here multiple times before never really had any problems. This past time we went many problems happened and my entire family got sick. It’s been a very chaotic time. Everyone I know that ate there the same day we did has also gotten sick!

We had a group of 23 people dining here on Sunday, March 24 and while service was okay, 20 of us now have food poisoning.

Altogether, it was a horrible experience. We went with a large group for a party, called ahead, and had reservations. When we arrived, the staff treated us like a nuisance, very rude and unpleasant. When bringing out chips and salsa, the waitress spilled salsa all over someone and never apologized. Later throughout the night, the staff were seen tilting cups towards her in a joking manner. When we received our checks, they were wrong. Now, it's the next day, and 17 out of 23 of us are sick with food poisoning.

Great atmosphere but prices are outrageous for the quality and serving size. $80 for two people. Nothing special ordered just a small cheese dip, 2 cokes and 2 entree's. My advice is if you are hungry for Mexican food other than a snack, go elsewhere.

Of all the gazillion Mexican restaurants in Florence, Las Trojas is a soft 3 stars. The food costs more than Rosie's and tastes worse than Casa Blanca. Not really sure 3 stars is really honest, but whatever. The food isn't bad. It just exists. They do serve a humongous beer if you're into that kind of thing.

Great place and good food. My waiter was great. Didn’t have to ask for anything. He was very tentative to his customer. Try the Fiesta plate. It’s delicious.

We went here for a graduation celebration and the food was EXCELLENT! Everything was prepared fresh and came to the table hot. The pitcher for the margaritas was huge and very tasty 😃. The flour tortillas are made fresh daily and are delicious. Staff members were very friendly. We will definitely be back again and again.

We are here on Christmas one because they were about the only restaurant open to google review said it was the best in Florence Alabama but this place looks nice it’s bougie, but the food is awful. It is salty greasy it was like salt block in your mouth in trying to eat, and This was on the chicken Tacos were had enough grease in them to grease in dam engine.

Very good food and service. It's been a long time since we have ate somewhere that the food and servers were all good.
The food was amazing, pre COVID quality.
Portions were good and seasoned to perfection.
There was a live band playing Hill siblings, I couldn't hear the name of the group but they were also great.

We ordered the taco lunch specials the flour tortillas had hard edges and the hard shell taco was stale. We ordered a chicken taco salad and they brought out beef. The table next tours didn’t get cleared for about 20 minutes after the guests had left and took about that long to get our food. And no, they were not busy as it was between lunch and dinner.

Food was great and the atmosphere is very nice. Prices are a little higher than most Mexican restaurants but the food is well prepared and tastes more traditional than most Mexican food in the area. Service was quick to take your order and get the food but a little slow on refills and billing. I will definitely add it to my list to revisit.

I didn't give a 5* because of the seats. My seat was very uncomfortable in my booth, it was sunk in a few inches. I felt like a child stuck in a booster seat. Friendly staff and great food but the seats need new upholstery 💯

Get ready to be in the wrong. My food wasn't done and when I told the waitress she went to get another girl that could understand me. This girl just kept telling me that it was done. I told her that I had ordered it before and she just kept giving different reasons that it was right. Finally I just said I'm not going to sit here and argue with you when I'm sitting here looking at it. She never offered to redo it, offer me to get something else or anything to make it right just walked off... I will not be back

Went for my birthday, the waiter barely had a clue what was going on the entire time, everyone’s check was screwed up even after multiple corrections, not even close to worth the money, food was mediocre.

Nothing fresh sadly. Couldn't stomach it. From soupy beans to greasy rice to unedible corn tortillas and over cooked dry greasy fajita meat. Even the avocado dip had some strange filler. Plus cost 103$ for 4 people including tip ( 3 waters and one soda no alcohol) my son and his wife even shared fajita nachos.

Being a single mature guy, I sit at the bar. I make sure to have dinner, drinks and good company 2-3 times every two weeks at Las Trojans as long as Alex is working. He is genuine, has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to this place. I respect that! Plus the food is great.

I placed a Togo order over the phone just a few minutes ago. I wasn’t given a price over the phone, just told that it would be 10-15 minutes. When i go to pick up my food I was told that it was $28-ish but the worker forgot to put on the small cheese dip I ordered. That’s no biggie. But then the total goes to $41 for two dinner specials and a small cheese dip? The menu they have posted on their Facebook says the dinner specials are $11.95 so I’m not sure how it ended up being that expensive. Also when I told the worker never-mind I wasn’t interested in my order he told me to be careful because they have to throw out the food. This used to be such a great place to eat but now it’s so expensive for no reason. Also maybe make sure you tell people their price when they order and you wouldn’t have to throw away food lmao

One star is being somewhat nice. It deserves no stars. By far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been too and I've gone to a lot. The service was bad. With in two minutes of sitting down the waiter wanted to know what we where going to eat even before taking our drink order. Never checked on us. Ran out of our drinks. The worst part of it all was the food was horrible. My three year old son wouldn't eat it and he eats everything. The beef was horrible. The taco salad was dry and had not beens on the bottom. The Mexican pizza my son had was all meat no cheese nothing it was two pieces of tortilla and meat in the middle. Nothing was good. Will not come back and will discourage others to make the same mistakes we did by eating at this place.

I love this restaurant.

They got everything right.

The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. The music volume was not too loud but loud enough to enjoy when not talking.

The host was pleasant and helpful.

I ate alone that night. Coming in after a long day on my feet at work.

When I admired the decor I was told that much of it was imported from Mexico.

My meal arrived quickly and at a great temperature. The rice was flavorful and my margaritas was delicious.

I drank the whole thing which I do not recommend if you are driving. I had to take a nap before getting on the road home. Safety first!
