Pretty great food and decent service.

The queso is one of the best I've had, with a nice touch of spice and just the right consistency. The lunch special burrito with spicy chicken is very filling but perhaps a bit too cheesy. Very simple but yummy. The pork tamale was pretty good; the meat was very flavorful but the sauce didn't have much impact. Previously, I've also tried and loved their chicken taco salads. They're one of the few restaurants I've seen to put refried beans on it and the ingredients always taste fresh and delicious together!

The only thing I haven't liked from here would be the veggie quesadilla. It was bland and more soggy than I'd like. As far as the atmosphere, it's not authentic Mexican (which is to be expected). There's hardly Mexican artists on the playlist and no mole on the menu. But overall, you'll find food you like, decent customer service, and a clean restaurant.

We were there 11.26.24 for dinner. We unfortunately did not catch our server’s name, but he was excellent. He provided above and beyond service to our table of four, asking if we needed refills before we had a chance to ask him ourselves (drinks, cheese sauce, chips). I truly have not had this good of service in years. The only way I know to identify him is there was something about his sister working at this restaurant before him. Kudos to this young man with the dimpled smile!

If you come here ask for Chad. He's an A1 server. The restaurant was slow so there was a lot of idle time for the staff. While others conversed among themselves, Chad made it a point to converse with his guests. This level of service seems to disappear the further into the future we go. Great job Chad!

Went there on recommendations and was very disappointed. The service was fine but the food was horribly cooked. I had the Chicken Fajita, the chicken breast was bland and dried out, while the vegetables were soggy and massively overcooked. The most similar quality i could compare it to was a hospital cafeteria i went to which used frozen and precooked fajita veggies. Cheese was the taco mix you get at walmart, and the guacamole was also horribly bland. More like straight avocado than a dip with spices. If you are planning a tex-mex night I’d suggest finding a different restaurant.

Rosie's is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've been to since moving from Colorado. The food is fresh and flavorfull portions are generous, and the service is fabulous! The hour drive from Stantonville TN is worth it... I tell everyone Rosie's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Tennessee...in Alabama :) Ask for Grady or Sage...they are fabulous servers!

Seriously you need to eat here, IDK what the owners have done here but everyone is very nice helpful and friendly and seem to be loyal and long term employees. Oh and the food is fantastic also, very very good, you will not be disappointed.

Really disappointed. We’ve loved Rosie’s for so long. We ordered takeout, and when we got home, the sizes have shrunk tremendously. Prices have stayed the same and yet the sizes of things have almost been cut in half. Disappointing and will not be going back.

Our double beef chicken and shrimp fajita was VERY small for the price, the beef DID NOT taste like beef, the shrimp didn't taste done, there were no vegetables, Cheese dip tasted like garlic and the sweet tea wasn't sweet. Our waitress was the best thing about the experience. Cheaper and a hell of a lot better at Fiesta Mexicana

Rosie's has been my favorite place to enjoy Mexican food for years. I had eaten at one of their Huntsville locations years ago and was very pleased with them, so I was very excited to see them come to Florence. I have never been disappointed with either the quantity or quality of the food or the service. My personal favorites are the Mexican ribeye, the Mexican Lasagna, and the fajitas, but everything else has been great also. My wife and I love the cheese dip also with their fresh chips. Finally, free ice cream to top everything off!

My food was uneatable. When I told the waitress she insisted it was my pallet that was the problem. I feel very cheated and don’t know if I’ll be back. I worked in the hospitality department for quite some time and you can usually tell the difference between someone trying to get free food and someone genuinely very dissatisfied with their food. I’m a single disabled mom and can’t afford to go out to eat often. I just don’t understand not being willing to correct a wrong like that. If I go back and have a good experience I’ll do a different review. Tonight I’m sad, feeling queasy to my stomach, still hungry and very disappointed!
