We went on a very slow night, food was great and had huge portions. The ladies restroom was the cleanest public restroom I’ve ever been in! I had to take my 3 year old granddaughter to the restroom and was relieved that it was so clean.

Searching for good Tex-Mex with good margaritas? Come to Cozumel’s!! (We are former Texans) We have been to Cozumel‘s in OWA four times now every time is superb! Prices are affordable!
Ask for the spicy salsa in photo, so full of flavor and fresh tomatoes and peppers. The regular salsa that bring the table is for those that don’t like spicy… A.k.a. my hubs.
The fajitas are my favorite so far. Great portions, steak was soft and chicken is juicy! The hot and spicy burrito is huge but not too spicy. Yum. Crispy tacos are full of meat. Guacamole is fresh, not the frozen yuck.
Best of all the margaritas are on point! We keep ordering the sangria frozen. Not too sweet, has a good kick! One of my favorites on the island.
But most importantly, for any restaurant the service is top-notch!! Dinora and Juan make us feel like family.
This is a staple in our restaurant weekly rotation. We are local foodies.
Someday we have to try the salsa dance night on Saturday night

Absolutely amazing ! We are season pass holders at OWA & we’ve been to this restaurant when it was different owners. It was not good! I give it a 10/10 now. Drinks were top notch and the birria tacos & fajitas were some of the best we’ve had . I would rate this the best restaurant in OWA! Sorry I wish I had pics of my food but I did get the margs 🍹

Had a good meal at this new restaurant (they told us they had been open about a month when we were there mid January 2024). Friendly service. Fajitas were good. Great atmosphere with all the murals. Drink presentation was nice.

Service, dinner food, and atmosphere are great. Excellent Margaritas! My only thing is the salsa. It tastes like italian marinara, not salsa. Could be a bit more peppery instead of oregano.

10/10!! food is amazing. atmosphere is AMAZING! Child's play area, outdoor seating, two bars and a dance floor!! everything on the menu is delicious! definitely a local favorite!

Premium authentic food. Even took special orders to leave onion out of stuff. Our waitress Ms Nancy was awesome there when we needed. She is so friendly and did a great job with our service. Got veteran discount and our huge lunch was very reasonable. Definitely a revisit for our lunch. Try it you will like this place. Hands down there's not many Mexican restaurants I have found that are of this caliber.

Nasty, from the stray hair in my food, to the stray corn and burnt steak that wasn't mentioned on the menu. I ordered the Hot and Spicy Burrito. There were no spiciness or heat to this Burrito. The red sauce was burnt. The sour cream was off tasting that was drizzled on top of the burrito. The beef was scarce, while the rice and beans in the Burrito were abundant. The cheese dip was watered down. Even after hours in my refrigerator it never thickened up.It did have a good taste though and was the best part of the meal. My friend paid for the meal so I think this Burrito was either $13 or $15 Definitely not worth it. My friends meal was maybe worse than mine. He ordered the Truckers Burrito, which had burnt steak, dry leathery chicken and shrimp that tasted off. Questionable on the freshness. The grilled peppers and onions were barely steamed and still very raw. Needless to say, you couldn't pay me to go back there.

We had a party of 20 kids and 17 adults and our experience was amazing. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and the food was delicious. We love the back patio!!

Found hair in my salsa sauce. Manager took a bottle with hair put another bottle That was it .no excuse no moral compensation plus I got casadila no rice no bins but paid 9.99 instead 6.95 Auful never come back and tell my friends about the situation plus they took tips .For what? For hair?

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the friendly staff. Some of the best
food I've ever eaten. Our meal was served hot, well seasoned and made with fresh ingredients. The carna asada was spectacular. Portion sizes are huge. Relatively inexpensive. I would highly recommend the Cozumel Bar and Grill.

Stopped by on a whim during a shopping outing. Curb appeal was awesome, staff was friendly, but let’s talk about the food. It was all good- authentic tacos, drinks were priced right…. But, Holy Jose’…. I’m a grown ass man, and the kid’s meal French fries blew my maracas off. Recommend!

We are visiting from out of town. After a long day at tropic falls we decided to eat here. It was my mom’s birthday and we had the sweetest waitress that we have had since in Alabama. Her name started with a N maybe Nancy sorry I forgot. Overall the service was great very clean place, great atmosphere, positive attitudes and yummy fresh food highly recommend

Food was amazing, the restaurants is clean and nice. Kids had a blast at the Arcade. Our waiter Marcel was really nice and was very good with handling our big group (a whole soccer team and their parents) had all the orders out correctly and quick. We will for sure come back.

My friends and I went for dinner for the first time..Our host was Ms. Nancy..she was fun, pleasant, gave great recommendations on the food. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we wanted for nothing..The food was great and the specialty drinks are a must try..

DO NOT SIT OUTSIDE AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! My family OF FOUR ended up getting a table outside due to us having our pet dog. We called ahead of time to verify if they were pet friendly & we was okay with sitting outside. That's where it all went backwards from there. We waited 30 minutes before the waitress came to our table to order our drinks. The waitress said no one told her we was outside. It took another 30 minutes for us to get our drinks. Inside the restaurant, it looked like it was maybe four tables max inside and a bar. It also appeared to me that the waitress was serving the whole restaurant, & probably minus the bar. We ended up ordering an appetizer that came within 15 minutes. After a while of waiting on our food, we started noticing people LEAVING the restaurant that got to the restaurant after us. The waitress came by to check on us, and I told her "we gonna get the food to go." So we waited and waited until I couldn't wait anymore. After waiting over TWO hours total for our food, I went inside the restaurant to pay for our drinks and appetizer and told the hostess that we were leaving. When I first walked in, I noticed a party of maybe 10-15 people that definitely got there way after we did. They had their food and was DONE EATING!!! THEY WERE ALL SITTING AT THE TABLE, TALKING WITH EMPTY PLATES!! While I was waiting on the ticket to pay for the APPETIZER and our drinks, the waitress came with our food. I told her we no longer want the food. After getting the ticket, I had to double & triple check that ticket. The hostess said the reason why the party of 10-15 people had their food first was because they had called in & PRE OREDERED their food!!! I don't know who he thought I was, but was NOT that!!! I was NOT born yesterday, nor do I look like boo boo the fool. We was trying to celebrate my daughters' 23rd birthday and something like this happens, which has NEVER happened to us b4!!! So by the time we left the restaurant, it was almost 10pm & most restaurants of Orange Beach was closed. SO AGAIN, DO NOT EAT OUTSIDE...

Drinks were fine, but service was extremely slow for not being busy (3 tables in restaurant total). Salsa tastes like tomato paste at best. All food that we had was lacking in flavor. Ribeye is not ribeye at all but maybe round steak and was dry and overcooked.
Best thing we had was the kids chicken fingers and fries.

Always friendly staff and good Tex Mex food. New food entry is their Birria Tacos...beef cooked long and slowly, seasoned and shredded, my family loved them. I love their Grilled Quesadilla a la carte, it's a large serving (and free chips too) but not too heavy or expensive. Lunch menus save you quite a bit.

Really disappointed with the meal. It wasn't seasoned and they completely overcharged for a watered down margarita. The meal was not worth $51 but our server was super nice and the atmosphere was great for us vacationing there. But food and drinks big disappointment.

I don’t know if they are understaffed. It took 15 minutes to order after sitting down. I was going to order queso but no one came by for over 20 minutes. Then it took me an hour just to get my check.

Food was good, went to get fried ice cream was a little disappointed. It was a fried tortilla shell with 2 scoops of ice cream with some corn flakes rolled on. Wasn’t bad but not a true fried ice cream.

If you like Mexican food, then look no further. Cozumel Bar & Grill is authentic Mexican food! We had a party of 20, and we all loved the food, absolutely scrumptious! Margaritas are the best! Service is top-notch! Atmosphere is phenomenal with water views if you want to sit inside, as we did. Or the outdoor covered patio is beautiful right by the water. The manager Juan came to check on us, and he's absolutely the best! Thank you Juan for making sure our dining experience was wonderful! A+++ experience!

The food was good and great portion sizes for the price. Honestly the salsa at first was not good it tasted almost like unseasoned tomato sauce but we asked for a spicier salsa and it was a lot better! Other than that the rest of the food tasted great and the margaritas were huge!

The food here is horrible!! When the salsa is not even good, that’s an indicator the rest is going to be downhill!! The salsa was nasty.. yes, nasty. When I can’t eat salsa, it must be bad!! The quacomole was tasteless. The fajitas were like a frozen meal that they just heated up. Only thing ok was the rice and beans. Would not recommend. Don’t know how they earned a 4.6 rating. Maybe because of their margaritas.

Great food and portion size, venue very nice, clean, and open. My now favorite Mexican restaurant in Foley area. I just had google add Cozumel to maps! Enjoy! Helpful hint? Trust me, fajitas for 1 is in reality fajitas for 2. Amazing!

Nice atmosphere,there was probably only 3 families dinning,there were about 4 servers sitting around. Our service, besides the initial order was non existent.Now to the food...The salsa,out of a jar for sure.The guacamole,I sent back,did not taste like avocado.The beans and rice...beans had no seasoning and the rice was like minute rice.The ground beef(,they don't offer shredded beef)not sure what sauce the have it drowned in is awful.And the chili relleno you need a saw to cut through it.Definatly not fresh,frozen.It was like Mexican food at a cafeteria .Save your money.This place will not last a year.It was my Birthday dinner,so disappointed.And I'm not a picky person.Its a shame.

We first learned of Cozumel Mexican Restaurant in Loxley . It earned a 5 star from us there. So happy we have one in Foley now. Stopped in last night had a margarita & shared nachos with my husband. We were not disappointed !
