If I could give no stars I probably would. Customer service is by far the absolute worst I have ever had at any restaurants. Waiter understands absolutely no English. When speaking with the manager about the food that came out wrong not once but twice she was nonchalant and walked off as if they didn’t care. Sent my food back since they couldn’t see to get it correct and let my kids eat. However my sons chicken nuggets was hard as a brick and my daughters quesadilla was burned. Definitely disappointed and disgusting.

Best food we have had in a while. The street tacos were so overflowing that 2 came with 4 tortillas 😃The fiesta fajita came with a small taco salad shell full of extras. Hot and sizzling, enough for 2 meals. Attentive waiters and nice atmosphere.

Great food after a day of hiking and caving nearby. Server was pleasant and attentive, bringing several beverage refills without us asking. Food was filling and large portion sizes - I was able to take mine home for lunch the next day.

All too often peeps go to Mexican Restaurants for the Margarita’s. While their top shelf was excellent, the food was elevated Mexican food. The owners have stepped up the food recipes. Tasty, hot, original and Massive. The atmosphere is also very enjoyable with the painted booths and chairs. It is also very clean. Let me not forget to mention the service. The waiter was perfect…in getting the order and the kitchen truly sent out the perfect order. They checked back on us often and I will visit again! Try the G’dale location….youll be glad to did.

This has become our new go to Mexican restaurant. The food is great, portions are huge, orders are always correct, and restaurant is super clean, but what sets it apart is the service. It is, by far, the best service we have received from any restaurant in Gardendale, ever. We never have to wait for anything, and our waitress (the same one every time) is so kind and efficient. Definitely give this place a try if you are tired of the shrinking portions and high prices at other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Oh my goodness! The food was FANTASTIC! more than enough! 4 of us eating and all our food was delicious! The meal, salsa, chips, guacamole, queso everything great! Ambience was nice, waiter was the best and nicest and efficient

First time dining here! I ordered a Margarita! Which was water down like kool- aid! I also order nachos Cancun! Which had more veggies than meat!! Won’t be going back to this location! But the one on Crestwood Blvd is the one I usually go to!

The girl that was hosting was absolutely phenomenal she was really sweet and really kind and really personable. All the way back to the Cook and everybody in between. This place was really a great experience for me and everybody was kind and courteous and they helped me out along the way, this is a great place I would suggest anybody go here I can't wait to get back over there!

Ordered via Doordash. Treated to dinner by my son, who ordered the chicken chimichanga for me. It was delicious! Had plenty of cheese and beans. And arrived still warm.

They had a few dishes on special, we ordered the chimichangas and margaritas. The chips were warm and the salsa was refilled quickly. The cocktails were strong! The portions were large and the flavor was delicious. I would say this place met and exceedes all of my expectations for a mexican reaturaunt in Alabama.
Large parking lot. Kid friendly.

March 1, 2024 our last time here. We have given this place SEVERAL chances. Gotten rude service and great service but tonight!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Empty drinks, Luke Warm food and 2 ‘Hey this is on our ticket and we didn’t get/order this.’ When we went to pay we got how was everything?? We said ‘Our service was terrible.’ And we got ‘Sorry we got busy!!’ We (party of 2) were there 2 hours and we shared an entrée!! And had a cheese dip and had to ask for more salsa, chips and drinks!! Take your chances. We won’t be back!!

What a great lunch!!!
Francisco was our waiter and very attentive.
I had the ribeye cheese steak lunch menu w/ grilled onions and cheese sauce. I opted out of beans and rice...asked for guac/sour cream salad instead and Francisco made it happen.
She had speedy Gonzales... Wished the enchilada sauce was a little bit spicier, but she ate it all.
Excellent job on the salsa for the chips!!! Best salsa I've had in a long time.
Thanks again Francisco and Los Arcos Mexican restaurant... We will be back.
Lunch for two=$26...what what!?! Great prices, so be sure to check this place out.

This place is great to go with friends, I have had the food here be average but the service is good and the drinks are nice. I eat here almost every time im im birmingham to see my friends I recommend it.
Go to the Modelo on draft or a mango margarita. Im not sure of the name of the meal I get, but it's chorizo, steak, chicken, and shrimp on top of rice with cheese on top. It normally comes with chips, but I sub the chips for rice.

Loved my shrimp quesadilla and margarita. Hated that we didn't make it for happy hour. Doesn't seem to be a lot of alcohol in the margarita, but I only had one so that might have been the problem. The server was great. Smiled, seemed happy to be there, and was very personable. Will definitely return. The atmosphere is great. Lots of art to look at, very colorful. 10/10

Food was great and they were more than happy to fix my order even though they had already closed and the kitchen was already closed. I was very happy they did so because Casa Fiesta Mexican restaurant in Fultondale had messed up my order and refused to correct it because they claim their kitchen was also closed. Los Arcos will definitely be getting my business from now on. How you treat your customers goes a long way! Thanks again Los Arcos.

Ordered the lunch burrito with chicken. If it had refried beans, as per the description, it was in the burrito and so little you couldn't taste it over the watered-down cheese sause. The burrito was so small, I was able to finish it in 6 average to small bites.
Also supreme enchiladas, which came with 3 enchiladas, the description at least didn't say it came with refried beans, so you got what you ordered. But they where on the small side. Total, we finished lunch in 10 min from getting our order. Definitely not worth $17.32. Definitely not coming back.

My family just moved to Gardendale and this is one of our favorite spots! Good food and the margaritas are made just right. The decor is so cute and bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was great even though we went an hour before closing, food was fresh and flavorful and the service was great. If you’re new to the area like me and my partner and looking for a good Mexican restaurant I highly recommend checking them out!

My husband and I ate here 9/30/22. I had beef taco salad too many beans not very seasoned. My husband had chicken and a beef burrito. Lime margarita and a beer. Later that night we started feeling bad. As the night went on I had diarrhea constantly early morning started vomiting then my husband had stomach cramps and diarrhea we are not feeling our best into the next day. We will not be back. We checked your reviews there were people with the same symptoms that had eaten there. If you would read your own reviews you would know you are poisoning your customers.

We stopped here while on a trip. the food was great and the service was also excellent. It is not a high class place and nothing super special. However, the food felt authentic and the prices were totally reasonable. This is the small Mexican restaurant everyone hopes for when they are looking for a good meal. The children's meal was good, the fried food was crispy, and the flavor was bountiful.

Stopped here for dinner on our way home from Florida on a Saturday night.
Service was good, food was great.
I had the fahita bowl and it was excellent.
It was happy hour so I got the medium frozen margarita which I don't normally drink but it was very good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rude staff and employees! I'm a door dash driver waiting at the front counter with no help. I called out to an employee who HEARD me and BLANTLY IGNORED me while helping the table of guests. Another employee assisted ANOTHER door dash driver who came in AFTER me and IGNORED me. So RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will NEVER door dash this location. Race played a part!! Do BETTER!!!
