Taco Fiesta

Burritos and lengua street tacos were awesome. The red hot sauce was hot and I loved it. They even made my youngest a cheese quesadila which was packed full of cheese. Only improvement could be the bottled drinks were not very cold. Really liked this place.

I stopped by this evening to grab some dinner. I a was a looking for authentic Mexican food. I was so pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. I felt like I was back in Cali. I got both the carne asada burrito and the shredded beef tacos. Hands down the best Mexican food I have had since leaving Cali. So happy that this place is just down the street from me. Definitely going back again and again. Yum!!!!!

The street tacos are out of this world! Absolutely delicious. The steak is flavorful and tender and the barbacoa melts in your mouth! My husband had a burrito and this thing was enormous and loaded with steak, cheese, rice, beans and lettuce. He said it was delicious as well. We were both stuffed when we finished! Same great food as the Foley location, but this location has indoor seating and a/c! The service was great and our food came out really fast. We will be back anytime we are in town!

This place is a great place for fresh authentic street taco type food. Great location super fast service and reasonable prices make a great combination. We ordered take out, but they have nice clean seating inside and outside with plenty of space. The food was excellent, fresh and you can spice it up as you want with hot sauce. We ordered the pork quesadilla, chicken tacos and steak burrito. All three were excellent.

This place was to die for! The food was amazing, cooked to perfection. The staff members were wonderful! We ordered birria tacos, asada, al pastor, carnitas, barbacoa and tongue tacos. They were amazing! It was so good, we had to come back the next day! The barbacoa reminded me of my late mother-in-laws roasted beef. Amazing!

I love the new location! The tacos here are delicious and served in the street taco style of corn tortilla with onion and cilantro with sides of cucumber, radish, and grilled green onion. They also have burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and even grilled whole chickens. Their selection of meats are great, but I love the carnitas, al pastor, and chicharron. My wife loves the asada and pollo, and my kids like the chorizo and barbacoa. So, there is something for everyone! Plus there are an array of traditional drinks like Jarritos and Mexican Coke (made with real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup). The service is always fast and the staff friendly. Plus, the prices are more than fair in this town. They have great outdoor seating as well. An overall great experience. There really is not anything like it in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. This place has filled the taco-shaped void in my heart and I look forward to being a regular patron.

The tacos are refried in a heavy oil, very messy and unhealthy. The plastic cutlery is so cheap it is all bent in different directions. Guacamole is a menu item. No chips are, though. Way ovr priced for what you get.

We are out of towners but come back once a year. Saw Taco Fiesta this year for the first time and had to give it a shot.

We got take out, food came out fast and piping hot. The chicken quesadillas and the shredded/pulled chicken was so soft/tender and juicy! We ordered some quesadillas for the kids too and the room got quiet so you know they were loving it. The salsa had some real spice to it and nice flavor. Not the watered down stuff!

After talking to the guy at the counter, this is a small family owned business and we just love that. We will be back next year buddy, should the Lord tarry! Until then keep smiling and putting up those blessed tacos. 🇲🇽

We came here for vacation and this place was very close to the state park. I’m pretty picky about meat so I went for the chille relleno tacos and they were some of the best tacos I’ve had. My brother had a burrito. We went twice during our trip! Shoutout to the guy behind the counter who was super chill and nice!

My teenage kids ate here last time they came to the beach and kept racing about how good the food is here. Authentic tacos, sandwiches, burrito and my father had the grilled chicken. It was excellent. My kids ordered a cheesy taco with a dipping soup that wasn't on the menu. Not a lot of seating or drink options.

Just left got the Bria tacos and I have not ever had better. We came down from Gadsden and stopped at hammerhead crabs and was disappointed with it so leftand went here and I'm so glad we did. It was little high on price for 2 of us 3 tacos each and 1 rice and 2 drinks was 48 bucks but it is the beach. They don't short u on meat or cheese and they were excellent and fast. Will go back before leaving.

The Foley, Alabama location is the original for these folks, but this is a good addition to the Gulf Shores food scene. In the interest of honesty, I have to say the Steak & Chorizo Tacos I got were just too salty. Perhaps a preparation error. I felt like they had a good flavor in there somewhere, but it was difficult to get past the overpowering salt.
My wife got the Tacos Carnitas (pork), and she was pretty disappointed that most of the meat in them was just pork fat.
Knowing the original location pretty well, we'll give this place another shot sometime soon. I'm sure they'll find the right balance before long.

The food here is delicious, the portions are plentiful, the prices are very fair and reasonable.
The health score was a 98 when I was there; and that says alot considering the BK up the street which is a corporate owned and managed company has a constant 86 give or take a few points. I quit eating there because of this. Fiesta Taco in Gulf Shores is exactly what you are looking for when you crave authentic Mexican food.

Best barria tacos in baldwin County. Their carnitas and campuchana burrito are straight 🔥. They also imported in mexican Coca-Cola, which is made with real sugar cane very delicious. On Friday and Saturdays, they make homemade tamales, which are very delicious. If you are in Gulf Shores and want traditional street tacos like if you were in mexico, stop here.

Authentic Mexican food wins my vote every time! My favorite thing to order is the vegetarian burrito (minus the cheese). It's perfectly grilled and full of delicious veggies, beans, guacamole, and rice. My kids order the quesadillas. They love them! Our food is cooked perfectly and has the best flavors.

You want taco truck tacos at the beach? This is the place! I was turned on to this business when it's parent store opened in Foley and when I saw that one was opening in my town...well I can't begin to describe my level of excitement. I might have a problem. Everything on the menu is authentic. The hot sauces are perfect. The service is what you would want. Quick in and out and then on with your work day. For the tourists, it's parked right next to Matt's Ice Cream which is serendipitous for those who accidentally put too much red or green sauce on their meal. We need more food like this and far less of the seafood that absolutely covers the island in mediocre seafood fare. Give this business your time and money and you won't regret the experience. I recommend the carnita tacos but you can't go wrong picking an item at random either.

We picked up dinner tonight. Food was incredible. The steak tacos were as good as it gets. Everything tastes fresh and has tons of flavor. I've been to Nicaragua and had homemade tortillas and theirs were just as good. Also got the steak burrito and it was perfectly cooked. It's also huge by the way.
Both sauces were full of flavor. They definitely had some heat but not the kind that hangs around on your lips forever. I'm not sure how anyone could give this less than 5 stars. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A Flavorful Triumph Tainted by One Shortcoming

Oh, how I adore Mexican-style tacos! Upon visiting this new spot, I was immediately taken by the exceptional flavors on offer. Each bite celebrates their culinary expertise, promising a tantalizing experience for the taste buds.

However, amidst this gustatory delight, there lies a stumbling block: the taco shells. Evidently not freshly made, they seem to be taken straight from a bag and perhaps warmed in a microwave. This gives them a slightly off-putting texture, somewhat reminiscent of plastic. Such a letdown, especially juxtaposed against the impeccable seasoning of the meat.

To the management: a humble plea. Reconsider your choice of taco shells. A small tweak here could transform your eatery from memorable to truly outstanding.

All the yum of a taco truck with the convenience of an indoor, sit down AIR CONDITIONED facility. They have all the stuff you don't find on your traditional Mexican Restaurant menus. Plus, they LOAD your tacos with meat and cheese. Recommend the birria tacos!!!!

We are in town for softball nationals, and we thought we would give this place a try. I had the birria tacos. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla, and my husband had a steak quesadilla. The food was delicious!! The man who took our order was so friendly and inviting! I would highly recommend you make this a stop for lunch or dinner!

We arrived at taco fiesta a couple of minutes early and when the staff saw us outside with our baby they unlocked the doors and let us in early so we didn’t have to wait in the hot sun. They immediately served us which was so kind since it was still a little early. The tacos were fantastic and the pico de gallo was the BEST I’ve ever had in my life. It was delicious!! I told my husband I wish we had a taco fiesta near our home because I would go weekly. The salsa verde was also so good- the perfect flavor and heat. And don’t skip the guacamole!! Everything was just so good. We will definitely be back next time we come to the beach. Thank you for your excellent service and delicious food!!
