Nice quiet restaurant to enjoy company and lunch.
They can't work with celiac dietary restrictions because certain foods my friend wanted are brought in frozen and heated up. Staff seemed to speak very little English and conversation was difficult even with three employees trying to help explain.
The food was good though.

Worst food ever. One our party got an overcooked steak, and another a tostada with a lump of glop on it that was nothing like the menu description. I ordered the chili rellenos and instead got two pepper bowls filled with some kind of cheese soup with a small amount of fried beans in the bottom. It was supposed to come with a side of beans and rice, and it had neither. Half of our group of eight could not finish their meals. I have eaten in hundreds of Mexican restaurants, and this one is an embarrassment. My advice: go somewhere else.

The food was amazing, large portions. The staff was friendly , the inside was beautiful… it was a 10 in our book … it was our first time and we really enjoyed it….

I feel really bad for the poor cow that gave its life for that pointless t-bone steak. Also Stay FAR away from the chili Relleno. I'm pretty sure that marg didn't have alcohol either.

Overall I give it a five. We have rarely had any issues. The price is great, food is great, service is usually great and place is clean. I am not a huge Mexican Food fan but this is the one place my husband and I can agree on. I usually get the Chicken Chimichanga and my husband gets the Fajita Hawaiianos. Guntersville location is cleaner and food is better than the Arab location.

Food was very uninspiring. My son's shrimp was almost room temperature. They said that they ran out of hamburger so we had to have chicken tacos and enchiladas.

It was terrible service, the server wasn’t even good, he kept forgetting what our orders were and didn’t even get one of my family members there plate. My food was dry and there was barely anything on my plate when i got it. The place was terrible, there were flies everywhere and even on my place.

I've eaten here for over 8 years and never have had any issues. We dine in and we order to go. As of today 06/16/2024 we called in a to go order and the food was cold. Don't know what happened today but I can't spend over $50 to eat here and not get hot food.

I have gone here for the past 3 years. Yesterday, Saturday, we got the flaming cheese fiesta, there was only 3 shrimp in each one, not only that they put cheese dip. Like for the chips on both of them instead of cheese. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, the time before this was not correct but we decided to give it another try. Now, we will be looking for a different place to eat. I don't know what happened but it is not as good anymore.

First and last time. There is a reasons my friends say they don't go here. Ordered #5 combo. Instead of a chili relleno I was served a green bell pepper with a runny mix of ground
Beef and seasoned water. Green pepper. They make me sick for one and besides I've never in my 69 years ever been served a bell pepper for a chili relleno. The manager said they " use a different kind of pepper" because the poor waitress had no answer. Don't lie about it! My husbands combo was dry and tasteless. A wasted $31. Not again. Definition from Google.
An authentic chile relleno recipe made from roasted poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, dipped in a fluffy egg batter and fried until golden brown! Which means it is NOT half of a green bell pepper. By the way. The salsa was decent and chips were hot.

First time I ever ate here which was a couple nights ago and more than likely will be the last. The atmosphere was really authentic and seemed to be fairly clean but the food arrived very quickly which was surprising but the taste of the food lead me to believe everything was microwaved. The taste of the hamburger meat was definitely heated in the microwave. Did not like the enchiladas at all. Tacos weren't too bad. The young man that waited on our table was really nice and dida great job. I may go again another evening and give them another chance but before I do I will definitely let them know the bad experience with the food.

This is my favorite go to Mexican restaurant. Everything on the menu I have ever tried is delicious. The staff is friendly. Great chips and salsa. Clean tidy place and the decor is bright and beautiful

My wife stopped by there for take out. When she got home she didn't get what she ordered and I had just a burrito. I'll say that out of all the burritos I have ever had this topped the charts for being the smallest I've ever received. I mean taco bells are bigger. Very disappointing when prices are already up.

We normally go to the location in Albertville but we live closer to the Guntersville location so we went there. Never again. The server was miserable. We had to ask for simple things that a server should provide without being asked. The food wasn't as good and the portions were smaller for some reason. It was hot in the restaurant which made it hard to eat our food. The service and food weren't good. I've actually been nauseous since we ate and I'm finally vomiting. We will stick to the Albertville location. I'm scared to even try the Arab location.

Normally, service is fast as can be, and food is out within minutes. I hadto flag people down several times to get drinks, to get our appetizer that was ordered, and even for refills. The food was excellent as usual. Not sure what happened to the service.

The Spanish Rice here is better than other Mexican restaurants in the area. The chimichangas were also stuffed with meat and generous serving of cheese. I was disappointed with the sopapilla. It was more a fried flat tortilla with chocolate honey and whipped cream rather than a puffy fried dessert filled with honey. They mentioned the flan was very good here but will have to try that next visit.

Service was absolutely horrible. When the server brought out the wrong food he kept insisting that I was wrong even though I told him I didn’t want any peppers, he said that’s what the menu said even when I specifically said no peppers. Our drinks were empty the whole time and we were never brought fresh chips. When he brought out the “correct” food it still had peppers, I just gave up. I could understand if they were busy but it was super slow. Currently eating me a happy meal lmao.

The service was lacking and the chips were stale. After the 3rd request for chips, I went to the hostess. Our waiter was just absent. After our entrée, I ordered flans to celebrate my birthday but he brought us the check instead.

First, the service was consistent and efficient. Ordered the carne asada, it was underwhelming as the ‘steak’ was dry not moist, the meat was tough not tender, and had little to no flavor. If you are accustom to Mexican food prepared southwestern style (good flavor, arguably more authentic and higher quality overall) you’ll likely be disappointed. Recommend skipping any steak dish unless you are generally satisfied with fattier, tougher, and flavorless cuts. We were a party of 4, the other 3 guests enjoyed the dishes they ordered. The unsweet tea had good flavor 👏🏽

I order a torda, something warm & yummy for lunch, but nope that was the worst torda ever, I open it Up took a bite & the chicken meat was cold, cheese was not even melted, mayo was added on the outside of the bun, the bread wasn't even toasted. Definitely nothing warm & yummy able my lunch:(

Service was extremely slow.....waited over 30 min. To have our drink order taken and then waited almost as long to get our drinks. Saw other families that came in after us seated and served their meal before anyone even came around for our order. We won't be back to this location. The one in Albertville is So Very Much Better!

Recently ate tonight, and the food was pretty decent, aside from the Nachos Supremo we ordered. Usually the nachos are superb, but tonight they were indeed a little lackluster, and while me and my friends enjoyed everything else, we inquired about the possibility of having the nachos removed. Sadly, that was an impossibility, as my friend who paid the bill got yelled at by the manager on duty accusing us of trying to get a free meal. We do always try to tip decently and we always pay our bill, and we've been returning customers for years. We also know to treat the staff here with kindness and with respect, as you do anywhere else. That being said, I am appalled by the standards of which my friend was treated tonight, when all we were asking if it was possible to have the nachos removed, and if not we would have indeed paid the bill in full, tip included (of course).

The food was really, really good but the waiter was inattentive...had to get up to get stuff we needed at our table (silverware, napkins). No drink refills either. Wanted to order more cheese dips for our table but never got the opportunity since we couldn't find the waiter
