Los Arcos

We love Los Arcos! The BEST margaritas and cheese dip in town and the food is delicious. We go just about every week and have had over half the menu and have enjoyed everything. It's all so good I have settled on just one meal. The street tacos are also pretty amazing.
The service is also on point and the prices are hard to beat!

Our party of five plus one child tried Los Arcos for the first time for dinner tonight. We had barely sat down when someone was there with chips and salsa and asking for drink orders! They arrived soon and were nice! The child serving of cheese quesadilla was jumped on right away and mostly eaten. The entrees had large portions and were tasty except for a lack of seasonings. My steak fajita quesadilla was loaded with steak, onions and peppers and came with sides to enhance it. But there really was no seasoning in the steak, and the beef felt low budget and kind of mealy. This is always my “go to” dish when dining at this type restaurant and I’m not sure how I feel. Others in the group enjoyed their meal, but it seemed it could have all been seasoned more. Just a few shakes of some spices could have elevated this meal! And please revisit the steak you are using. Would rather pay more to get a good cut as this felt like something raided from a Banquet frozen beef entree! The service was excellent, the place colorful and clean, but the food needs to be rethought in some areas!

The overall decor is GORGEOUS and very fun to look at, each seat unique and cozy. The wait time was average with the wait on fresh food (they were attentive to refills as we waited) and the menu is so vast, with the prices extremely well for as much food as you get. I got the burrito texana and it HUGE stuffed with meat and smothered with cheese. Definitely became a new spot to eat at! Staff was very sweet and very efficient!

Not bad. I hade the flaming cheese veggie it was good but a little greasy. Service was good and the lunch prices were reasonable. Place has been completely redone and looks fun and festive. Would like to come back at night for margaritas

The restaurant looks nice inside. The service was good. But the food is different story. Soggy tacos, no flavor at all. The chips was good, but the "salsa " was not salsa. It was marinara sauce, like straight from the jar. Really disappointed, definitely not going there again. We have plenty other options around.

Service was prompt upon entering. I got a combo plate Chile Relleno and Beef Enchilada with Rice and Beans. The food was extremely hot and fresh tasting. The chile relleno almost tasted like a bell pepper rather than a pablano pepper...the way they did the chile relleno was pretty good. Every place does it differently, but it was rather fine.... The atmosphere was fine. The tables and seating were very nice. However, I would have preferred a little less lighting in the restaurant, at least for nighttime. Service was friendly and prompt. The prices were good. Overall, it was a good experience.

We went by for lunch and everything was enjoyable. We were sat immediately and chips and salsa were brought out as soon as we sat down. Found this place on DoorDash and tried it even tho it’s a little further away than I’d like but the chicken nachos are so good and they give you a lot of meat.

We tried Los Arcos for the first time and we were blown away with the fast and attentive service. The food was amazing, and the staff here are beyond accommodating. We haven’t been treated this superbly at a restaurant in a long time! We will be coming back!

My husband and I eat here often. It is without a doubt the best Mexican place in Helena. The food is always fresh, and they have excellent prices. They also have the best happy hour around! If you haven’t been, you really need to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Drinks, food, and salsa were all bad. Service was OK. Prices were higher than I expected. This place won't last long unless some changes are made.

The margs are entirely to sour. I fought off flys during my entire experience. The tattoo covered convict of a bus boy darts of out of the kitchen every few minutes making everyone nervous. The food was ok but I’ve throw up twice since I ate there this afternoon. Stay away

Our first visit in the first week of operation was a little unsteady, but we have been back a few times since and have enjoyed it each time. We mostly go for dinner, but have enjoyed the Pollo Loco (w/red sauce), Chicken Fajita Nachos, Carne Asada Street Tacos, Pollo Hawaiian and Grilled chicken tacos. It was wonderful to see a couple of familiar faces from when this establishment was San Antonio Grill, too!! The lighting/natural light is on point and the colors of the chairs and tables are vibrant! There is a clean look and feel to the establishment. Definitely recommend!

Food was very greasy. 🙁 After forgetting part of our order and having to drive back when they didn’t realize. VERY disappointed. Don’t waste your time on dessert. Fried ice cream was just plain vanilla with syrup on top. One of the worst I’ve ever had. Very mediocre fare here.

Got cheese dip and it was sour. They brought us a new cheese dip and it was even worse. Even are food tasted sour me and my family all got sick after eating here.

The grilled chicken taco and grilled chicken quesadilla was not good, it was so bland, no flavor. The cook needs to learn to grill the chicken as it looks in the pictures. Ours looked and tasted boiled with minimal seasoning. The service was great and my son loved his kids pizza. Hope we can try them again when they get a better cook as they are still new.

I’m sure you’re here for the same reason I was - someone suggested let’s try the new place, you’re hesitant of trying something new, and you’re curious if there’s any reviews of it yet.

Well, worry not, it is actually extremely good. For starters, they’ve opened it up a ton, added a lot of light colors, increased the lighting, and have really done a great job with the ambience. But you’re not here for ambience, you’re here to know if it’s good or not. On our visit we had an enchilada and taco meal, a steak quesadilla, and a taco salad, and everything tasted excellent. No worries if that’s not your preferred cuisine as there were plenty of other great looking options. The food came quick, it tasted great, and best of all, it was actually a reasonable price. Even after just 1 visit, it’s already won us over as our preferred option, and we’ll certainly be going back.
