Food is underwhelming. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the queso but the chips had an excessive amount of salt on them. The staff was extremely unplesant, especially my server. This was my first and last experience here as I won’t be returning when I’m visiting the area.

Friendly staff, great service and good food. Not a fan of the queso, but my husband liked it. The salsa was delicious, but the chips were too salty. Definitely would go back though!

Had an amazing catering experience! We had the taco/fajita buffet combo. The toppings were fresh and delicious, the cheese dip was gone by the end of the event and the chocolate chip cookies were fresh and delicious. Jill helped with the setup making it a breeze for us to feed several family members and friends without the stress. Thank you La Paz team and Jill!

Honestly surprised by how good the street tacos were! Wasn't expecting that in Ross Bridge of all places.

In the middle of the Ross Bridge neighborhood, it's convenient if you live there or close to there. There were only 4 tables total when we went for lunch and what looked like 1 server and 1 manager. The server was friendly and kept busy since she was handling the tables mostly on her own.

The chips were not thin like Chuy's. The salsas were okay. We order the enchilada and the fish taco from the lunch menu. I didn't like their enchilada at all. Ate less than half and tossed the rest. The rice was nothing special. The bean....was sour? I actually asked about it, and the server doesn't know why it's sour, but she assured me it's not because it has gone bad. I wasn't really reassured. The fish taco was decent, and likely we would order it again should we come back. However, whether we would go back is pretty debatable with all the better options in town.

Went to this place for Dinco de Mayo and while it’s a nice place with friendly waitresses and there was a two man band who covered several musical genres and they brought water with my beer which was cold the food was overrated. My chicken burrito didn’t have a lot of chicken and the cheese was bland.Seems like upper class white folks attempting to cook Mexican food or the cooks are lousy. The rice and black beans were good but that’s about it.

2nd visit here.
First visit we had taco soup and a burrito. Honestly it was some of the worst Mexican I’ve ever had. I had to send the soup back as the chef must have gotten a big order of limes he needed to get rid of. It was like lime soup. The replacement burrito also had quite the essence of lime.
The 2nd time we sat outside with our dog. We only intended to order drinks as the first visit wasn’t too great food wise. The hostess sat the 2 of us at a six top table that she had to wipe clean of dust and dirt. When I suggested we just sit at a smaller clean table right next to it we were told we couldn’t. Fine. 5 minutes later she comes out and asks us to move as a table of 6 people arrived. To the exact table I wanted in the first place. It was super unprofessional. Then as we sat-the new party arrived for the 6 top. The waitress then proceeded to go to that table and start taking drink orders. Then she passed by our table and didn’t even acknowledge we were there (nonetheless before the other party). We aren’t about poor service or preferential treatment so we got up and left. We won’t waste our time again.

Our server Rachel was fantastic. Other staff were very friendly. Food was predictable Mexican-American. Fish taco was good. Street Corn wasn't what I expected, I had my heart set on roasted corn and it was steamed or boiled. And this item was what I was looking forward to the most when visiting. Which probably tints this review. Now the sauce on the Street Corn was a wonderful spicy mayo. Frozen Planters Punch was amazing if you drink alcohol & like orange. Atmosphere at this location feels more like a modern style Cafe, clean & airy but with very little Mexican influence. I know this might seem weird but a lot brighter than I was expecting. Maybe because I'm use to booths with high backs that gives more privacy at Mexican restaurants.

The food & customer service were excellent. First time here & the vibe was very chill & friendly. The patio area was nice for hanging out with friends & they had live music on Friday night when we visited.

The food is not worth the visit if you don’t live around the corner. This has to be my 5th time ordering here, take out or dining in the food is always cold and not really tasty. Even the takeout queso is practically chilly. And I live literally around the corner. Sadly my hubby will probably make me eat this again.

La Paz Ross Bridge never disappoints. The Texas Margarita was just as good as my waitress said it would be. So good in fact, I had 2 large ones. The Gorda was so fresh and delicious. La Paz is my go to restaurant for Mexican food. I am so happy that this location is open close to home. You all should give them a try. Thanks again La Paz!

The tables are tiny and wobbly. This is Caucasian washed Mexican food that serves quesadillas for 15$ +, the salsa tastes like it’s made out of ragoo tomato paste. It’s set up like a fast food restaurant. Not a pleasant sit down place. Gives more of a desire to order to go.

Service was great and so was dinner! Arrive early to get a seat because it is more cafe style setting and you will have to wait! Pitcher of margarita worth the cost vs by the glass. No need to drive to crestline, definitely visit this location! We will be returning!
