Was ok. Everything just ok. I had to ask for fresh beans, fresh brisket. Like why wait till it’s gone for me to say “ hey do you got more”. This is in Huntsville. Would rather go to the one in Athens than maybe Madison.The tables was dirty and the chairs. Had to clean off myself.

First picture is the order I received from the university drive restaurant. The second photo is the same order from Clift farms location. When I tried to talk to someone about how to resolve this issue, they left me standing there and ignored me until I pushed for resolution. They were slammed and understaffed, but my order was unacceptable for $18 and I just wanted a refund and get out of their way. There was also no management on site to talk to me.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. Food counter was atrocious… see photo below. Most of the serving stuff was at the bottom of the bin which is unacceptable when you paying the price you are for a decent meal. It can’t be sanitary to have the counter look the way it did. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I had started my bowl, and didn’t want to be “Karen”. But should’ve trusted my gut the food was not good it was cold, I had a few bites and ended up trashing the rest. Employees weren’t the friendliest either. 0/10 experience wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location EVER! The trash cans were overflowing as well so the business was not clean definitely doesn’t make people want to eat there. To add to that I didn’t think it was that busy to handle the small things.

Horrible service. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Then had to continue to stand in the line (whilst they asked what my order was) for 20 minutes. Workers kept walking away, talking to each other, going and speaking to ‘guests’ whilst eating a bag of chips. We stood at the check out area for minimum 5 minutes. Finally, after we took our food and just sat at a table to begin eating, they decided to take our payment. It’s messy. Food everywhere, cup lids, straws, forks. Ridiculous place! Go to another chipotle!

Customer service terrible. The food wasn't fresh, got home to eat and the rice was crunchy. They also was very under portion in the bowl, I know we are dealing with inflation but the amount wasn't right. The cashier that day looked like he was a correctional offer he had this mug that almost made me say nevermind. They were out of sauces etc. I really couldn't believe it. I will be spending my money for my family at another location maybe!

Was possibly the worst Chipotle I've been to, they are obviously understaffed and overworked, this Chipotle feels like their corporate has forgotten about them, the place looks like they never finished the construction, dirty and is being mis managed, I kinda feel bad for the folks that have to work here!

Great customer service the employees were doing their job and half of them were running around with their heads cut off trying to do as many tasks as possible both for the online order section and the in person section I went there multiple times for pick up for doordash the last one was about a half an hour before closing damn near looks like you guys were out of everything after a heavy dinner rush went through

I travel for work, this is the 14th state I’ve lived in, in the past 5 years. I can feel confident when I say this is one of the worst chipotles in the country. Lazy staff, port quality craftsmanship. All around awful.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've tried it a couple of times, hoping I was just a bad day. But no, this location is constantly bad. The rice was severely undercooked and hard. They were completely out of lettuce. The drink area was a mess and all of the trash cans were overflowing. Staff are unprofessional and don't seam to care at all. Don't waste your money, it's worth a farther drive to the other location.

I'm able to understand that food service area can get pretty hectic especially with a lot of customers lining up but, what made it become uncomfortable and also the reason why I will not be coming to this Chipotle again is that a young white female who is a server was getting agitated with me because she had to repeat herself after I had already told her how I would like my food with what remains available... Thankfully the cashier was able to help her to make it easier but that female needs to learn how to adjust her attitude especially when already told multiple times of an order

I eat at Chipolte on my doctor's advice and I like the food. But the University Dr location is often dirty and the bathrooms filthy. The serving area is messy. But the big problem is getting what you ask, it seems like a game for employees to deliberately get your order wrong, or pretend to be deaf. I had to yell tonight to get my order right and I'm not the only one! Please speak to your onsite manager.

What is up with this location in Huntsville??

Store is fantastically dirty on the best days and now today we drive 30 minutes to get lunch and find this sign at the door. Even went in and no one was even facing the door like they were afraid of a customer entering the dining room. 🤮My Chipotle app has not worked since they failed to make the order as requested and I complained (and was awarded a free bowl that I could not claim). The Huntsville location needs to be closed, the workers could care less of the customers, customer interaction, and have failed our family on three separate occasions. This sign on the door boggles the mind especially when Chipotle "prides" itself on being fresh and made in front of you. Don't even try to ask for vegetables, they prepare meat or veggies, have not been able to get both twice. DONE with this location. If you are in Huntsville AL, save yourself the trouble and go to the Madison location. You will not be disappointed and embarrassed for Chipotle, it is obvious the the team in Madison respects themselves.

I love the food and wish I could give five stars. This location really lacks consistency. The food is usually great but the wait times and product availability is all over the place. Ordering ahead helps slightly but the estimated time means almost nothing. Still, for the price, it’s one of the best options around and I’ll remain a loyal customer.

This place is awful. Gave it a 2nd chance from my last bad experience..I don't know If it's management telling them to or what but they always skimp on the meat and rice. They put very small scoop of chicken and rice. When I brought it to their attention that all other chipoltles I have been to make sure the burritos are stiff full I got lips smacking and attitude about so I walked out and canceled oder on the small burrito they made..was not worth 10 bucks. Also the bane looked nasty. There was a wait on alot of stuff. Foods mixed it with others in the stainless bins. My advice is go to any other location but this one

When we walked, there was a line out the door. We were in line for about 8-10 minutes before we made it to the front.

The youngman that was starting the orders was moving the line, but there was a slow down at the register, which was causing the line to back up.

We both ordered the brisket bowl. We tried to order chips and queso, but the young lady at the register told us the chips were reserved for online orders. I said,"If we want chip, we have to order online." She nodded her head, saying yes. That didn't make any sense to me. We would have to make the order online and wait, probably 10-15 more minutes.

The brisket bowls were really good. All that was missing were the chips.

The staff has been consistently rude the couple of times I have been there. I had our to go order stolen and then got lectured by the employee on why it was my fault that someone stole my order because I arrived a few minutes late. I arrived late because we had to wait 15 minutes the last time I had ordered online at this location and was factoring that into my arrival. When she remade the food, she turned her head with an attitude when she thrusted the bag of food at me. The trash cans were overrun and trash on the ground outside. Do yourself a favor and drive to Clift Farms or Town Madison. The overall attitude and vibe of the employees is rudeness. Chipotle corporate needs to step in and reset the standards for this location.

Whew! On Apple Maps their rating was 43%. I figured I’d give it a try since I was in the area. Immediately upon entering I knew why it was 43%. The young lady taking your order and making the beginning plates does NOT want to give you any food. She put a corner of spooned rice and barely any meat. The beef juice was leaking into all the other containers of meat while making my order . The cleanliness is lacking and they’ve only been open for an hour by the time I arrived. They had plenty of people working but the staff does not want to work or be there. A complete overhaul needs to be done to improve this place.

They are consistently out of something, whether it’s the fajita vegetables, honey vinaigrette dressing, or even a protein option. You will most likely not be able to have your complete order at this location. The service is also always lacking. They seem to always be short staffed. There will be one person making the orders and also ringing them up, so it takes entirely too long. Some of the other workers seem to be doing mobile orders while others are just pacing around idly.

I've eaten at a lot of chipotle's and this is not only the first bad experience I've had but one of the worst chain restaurant experiences in general. The service counter was a mess, out of multiple items, reusing food containers instead of replacing, put an absurd amount of sour cream on my bowl, men and women's bathrooms were disgusting and no toilet paper, staff could not have cared less about doing their job.

First visit there. We arrived shortly after they opened for business. All ready busy. Floor dirty. Drink station was unsightly. The containers for lemonade and what ever else was supposed to be there, appeared unwashed, the whole experience left me unable to eat what we purchased. Husband said his tasted good. I'm extremely picky and unfortunately doesn't take much to ruin my appetite.

Honestly I wouldn’t go here unless you physically are going in. Doing take-out 2/10 times order will be dead wrong whether it’s busy or not. This will be the last time I go to this location. Almost every time I order on lunch my order is wrong so I’m not sure what the point of even ordering online is. Too many employees talking and not paying attention. The one in Clift farm is 1000% more reliable and accurate. I said what I said.

My husband and I went to try Chipotle. It was his first time having it. We ordered 6 tacos, 3 steak and 3 chicken. It was busy, which is understandable for a Friday night. However, the food was cold when we went to eat it- from counter to car. The drink machine was out of syrup for each of the options. The lemonade that I got tasted old and moldy and the tea my husband got had a moldy stale taste as well. We will not go to this particular one again after this bad first impression.

This location might need to hire more or better employees. Not sure what is going on??? Walking in a few things were stand out… the dining area was a disaster. The lemonade drinks completely out. Fountain drink machine sprays all over the place. Food all over the floor. Tables dirty. I understand people try their best. However, the employees have long messy hair and facial hair/beards wearing no hairnets with hair directly over food. So that tells me there is really no higher standard in the workplace. Waited in line for at least 20 minutes, only to be told they were out of steak… out of guac… out of chips. Ordered queso but even that was not heated thoroughly and was pretty much just slop. Food line servers were chatting away, moving without a purpose and getting distracted while there’s a line out the door. Need better team management. Felt sick the next day.

Just went in today to pick up an online order. First the store was trashed, like they haven’t had anyone in there to the clean the lobby the whole day. Food and napkins on every surface. Our quesadillas were hard and crunchy as ever, no cheese in sight. The guacamole was brown, and yes I do understand oxidation, but this was ridiculous. Then one of the employees on the pick up food line caught an attitude with me when I asked for a refund because instead of canceling my order for chips that they claim they ran out of a 7pm (when they close at 11), they proceeded with it and told me to call a 1800 number. Also my burrito I ordered only had about 6 pieces of chicken and the rest filling. It was a sloppy mess. Nothing that we got tonight was edible, and they claim they are unable to refund you on an online order. I will not be back to this location. Get yall employees together. If you do not have good people skills or pride in your work, please stop going in to customer service positions. Simple.

This location has the worst vibes and I’ve been eating at Chipotle since 2011.. I understand all the employees are young but there are so many people looking for jobs they could afford to hire a new staff and have a way better rating.

The man making my order scooped maybe 1/3 cup of rice into my bowl and 4 pieces of vegetables just to look at his coworker who was temping the rice saying it was old.. then was annoyed when I asked for the rest of my toppings on the side.

I got to chipotle because it’s easy macros and I weight my bowl I like that I can have control over what I’m eating. The guac is never consistent it was almost like green paste. I gave the bowl to my dog. It was a waste of $11

Basically every time I do a mobile pickup order, it’s 10+ minutes late. If you walk into this Chipotle at almost any time of day, you’ll see a disorganized crowd of irritated customers milling about in the claustrophobic pickup area. They’re all waiting on their food because the staff is running behind. What’s more, they’re all waiting inside, needlessly, instead of in their car because the staff marks the orders as ready for pickup even though the orders are nowhere near done. I can only assume they do this deliberately to deprive you, as a customer, of any avenue of complaint or recourse with Chipotle’s corporate customer service. For years, this location has been mismanaged. Corporate should close this down and try again.

Wow! Just left the restaurant (8/10/24 4pm)…there is something all over the floor (water? 😳) and the employees just walk around it and left it there. The trash cans were overflowing with trash on the ground all around them. There were two employees sitting right in the middle of it all…the folks that took care of us were very unhappy and not very nice at all.

What happened?! I used to love coming to this place…won’t be back anytime soon. New management maybe? 🤔 it was a bit shocking.

My order was 40 minutes past the promised time because this girl put the meat on 12 orders, put the toppings on 12 orders, wrapped 12 orders, bagged 12 orders, printed 12 labels, put the labels on 12 orders, let them sit for a few minutes, and then put the 12 orders in the shelf at the same time and snapped at all the customers waiting for their orders instead of doing them one at a time.

The food was pretty good. Everything looked and tasted fresh, except for the steak. Normally I get steak for my family but it looked overdone (which is better than underdone, I suppose). I guess my only complaint about the food is that the chips tasted stale. Everything else seemed pretty fresh, which was nice. Even though the carnitas looked dry my son said he liked them.

I was hesitant about ordering because overall the restaurant looked pretty dirty. The tables were dirty, the food service station was dirty, and even the grill was dirty. This was still mid-dinner service, but things were slow. We decided to try it anyway because we were passing through and I guess I was happy with how everything tasted.

Nobody seemed to be wearing any sort of hairnets, but at least the folks handling the food were using gloves. Everyone looked and acted kind of miserable working there so maybe it was just an off-day. They were at least polite and attentive, so maybe my perception of things was just off.

I eat here about once a week, and more than half the time the chicken has a stale texture. It’s hard and almost inedible. The lettuce is also usually old and brown. I’ve frequented a different Chipotle in Illinois where I would get a steak burrito, which was pretty much always excellent, whereas the steak here also feels very old and is almost impossible to chew every bite of it. The bathrooms are disgusting, I was actually surprised. Piss all over the floor, and it’s never cleaned. I wanted to give this Chipotle a good chance and see if I was perhaps getting unlucky but this specific restaurant is just not competent.

This location was incredibly dirty, the night I picked up Togo. If I had been trying to eat in the restaurant there wouldn’t have been a clean place to sit, all tables had food on them and floors were equally messy with food.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my entire life. Every single time I make an online order, I get the we're running behind message. Every. Single. Time. This time, I got the we're running behind message and it was ready. So I sat in the store for 20 minutes because they couldn't be bothered to say that it was ready. Because they didn't touch the button to say that they had finished my order. I keep going back to the Chipotle because I like the food, but the service is absolutely horrendous. I have never gotten service this bad anywhere else, not even at McDonald's, and that's saying something.

Finally, after we took our food and just sat at a table to begin eating, they decided to take our payment. It’s messy. Food everywhere, cup lids, straws, forks. Ridiculous place! Go to another chipotle!

Awful customer service. I watched an employee avoid looking at my elementary age son who went up to the cash register to ask for a to-go box. My son finally walked away after saying “excuse me” and slowly moving closer to the counter until he was directly in front of the employee. Naturally, the employee spoke loudly to teenage girls in line without an issue. There were no napkins and the tables and floors were filthy. We won’t be back.

Brown lettuce is a food safety hazard. Don't eat here. They have lazy, entitled, incompetent workers and managers. Stay away. Food cross-contamination is a big issue as well. More people need to report them to the health department.

One of the sorriest Chipotle's you'll ever go to. Dirty restaurant. Trash cans are overflowing. Sometimes they're not even there and you'll see bowls just thrown on the ground where the trash can should be.

Every Chipotle is gonna skimp on food. It is what it is. Be sure to place an online order if you're using a promo code though. The workers here have no idea how to put them in at the register, so you're gonna have to pay for the double protein that you thought you are getting for free.

Not to mention there have been 2 occasions where I've gone to the chipotle and it was just randomly closed. You walk up to the restaurant and you get a sign that says they can't take any orders or a worker standing outside telling you. Both occasions were between 11am and 2 pm on a week day.

This location needs a change of management, or needs to be shut down and replace with a more competent establishment.

It's like the employees are deliberately trying to give as little as physically possible. Barely half a spoon of steak and the 'extra cheese' was less than I got normally.

I do not recommend coming here.

This chipotle seems to disappoint me almost every time I come. There is always long lines, and from the looks of it they seem fully staffed. I see lots of the workers talking or on their phones. This is usually the night crew. I see the same people working at night doing the same stuff. I have recently seen one of the workers leave from the food area to go eat something from the back and proceeds to lick his fingers in front of the customers without washing his hands. Everytime it is busy there is no sense of urgency. They also always say that the vinaigrette dressing is out. I am not sure if it’s because they don’t want to make anymore up front or if there isn’t any. Every other chipotle I go to in town has great customer service. It is always this one that disappoints me which sucks because this is the one closer to me. The others are far. They also never answer the phone. I am extremely disappointed!

The same way we walked in today around 9pm, we walked out. Music was very loud. The bar was disgusting. Food everywhere. You could tell it had not been cleaned for hours. Definitely not what we're used to when we go to Chipotle and not to mention nobody was at the counter when we arrived and stood there for a few second before deciding to leave.

The food was meh, not bad not amazing. The quality was substandard. I had to wait a bit over the estimated time frame, the workers were just playing around and not really paying attention to anyone coming or going. For a bit of time it wad myself and another customer were the only souls in the front , which is crazy. I get being young and having fun, but I would say at least understand and do better on maturity, out burst and horse playing when at ones place of employment.

I just went to chipotle because I thought they were working on the portion sizes and I was so disappointed with how little food came although I for more, they said it would be double meat when they only gave me a scoop of meat that wasn’t even full and then dropped two little pieces of chicken when I brought it to their attention.

Showed up here at lunchtime. Was met at the door by an employee telling me they weren’t taking anymore orders. Judging by other reviews, it is not uncommon for the service at this location to be less than good.

Food was good but the line and service were crazy. It’s not unusual for Chipotle to have a long line so that was fine but the workers were talking inappropriately and laughing rather than waiting on people in an efficient manner. And the cleanliness was shocking. There was food all over the place and not one person wiped it down or attempted to clean up.

I want to speak to the owner. It seems like every other night they are out stuff. Doing a re review on this place because the people who work here currently have been standing about talking while people in the line are visibly frustrated from the line not moving. Customers are standing in line waiting to get their order taken while the workers are grouped up around the cash register talking to someone.

No sour cream, cheese, or rice, and they would not give me a refund on my app order. Alexis, the manager, does not have control of her employees. The restaurant was very nasty! One female employee saw me take a picture of the trash on the floor followed us outside questioning my minor son the the cook with a long braided beard (not wearing a net) came out harassing us...I had to tell them not to speak to my minor child then they starting verbally harassing me. They should channel their energy into taking better pride in themselves and the place they work. Way to go, Chipotle, you hire amazing people... NOT!

Rice was under cooked. When preparing orders, they were not letting the beans or meats dry before putting them in their vessel, causing your food to be wet. Sitting area was dirty. Trash was piled up because the 3 bins were full.

Walking in with one person in front of me which said he had been waiting a while. Eventually a crew member notice an open burrito on the line that was unfinished, it was a customers order that waited so long that they just walked out. Very messy behind the counter, very unprofessional, no ice. Went to get my drink and the Diet Coke ran clear so I just threw my cup away because I knew I’d be waiting a while for both ice and the drink to be fixed. Cashier kept taking chips from the to-go stand (which, whatever, but why aren’t they stocked in both areas when the to-go had already been paid for). I haven’t gotten to my hotel yet so even see how the food taste or how it’s cooked but I’m honestly scared to try it. Who is running this place. Where’s the communication? Cmon guys. Talk to each other, figure out what needs to be done in the lobby or made behind the counter and work together. I’m out of town for work but I know for a fact I’ll never eat here again. Period.

I try not to write negative reviews because I know sometimes experiences aren’t always great and I try to give places the benefit of the doubt. However, this chipotle has been consistently awful! the restaurant stays dirty, Tables are hardly ever wiped down, trash overflowing, the condiment and drink area is always disheveled and dirty, no silverware, and you’re lucky if there is ice in the drink fountain. They are also always out of certain items. I’d understand if was coming in at like 20 minutes til closing but if you’re out of proteins, rice, salsas, veggies, at like 7 with no restock insight, there’s an issue with not prepping. It’s not like they’re understaffed. There’s plenty of employees but they stand around, they talk, and when someone asks for something (because forks aren’t out, napkins aren’t out, there’s no ice..etc) it seems like we’re inconveniencing them. The few workers who are restocking the line and the one who is able to finally step away and wipe tables I appreciate but it’s a mess. It’s a management issue. No one is keeping them on task. It’s a shame cause I really do like chipotle, and I don’t have one close by so when I drive 30 minutes out of my way only to have consistent disappointing experiences it really leaves a sour taste.

Been to a ton of chipotles around the US and this one by far was the worst! I arrived around an hour before closing time and the tables were absolutely filthy. Literally couldn't find a place to sit. Decided to wipe down the table myself. Employees were also yelling and laughing uncontrollably, hurlingobscenities around.. Felt like i was in a high school boys locker room. Food was terrible as well. Chicken was cold, beans were lukewarm. Decided to go home and to heat up my bowl and eat in peace. Never. Again.

this hands down the worst chipotle I have EVER been to. It’s unfortunate because it is located right next to my gym, but I will be driving to madison from now on. usually I let things slide when I come because they are constantly short staffed. Today whoever the girl on to go was, was completely unprofessional. My order had been stolen by someone else, she said she would remake it but I would have to wait because she had to make the next pick ups. I get that, at the same time I only had a bowl so I asked how long it would be, she got an attitude and said she didn’t know and left it at that. after waiting for a while I asked the cashier if I could just get a refund because I had to go and it was 30 minutes after my original time. my order was made and sitting waiting to be bagged apparently while the girl making it restocked the line for her next orders. she never told me she was making it or it was ready. then proceeded to tell the cashier or manager or whoever the nice one was how she wouldn’t help me now because I was “rushing her with an attitude” when the entire time she was completely out of pocket with me and I was trying to be nice. As a server I have a lot of grace but I could never imagine acting this way on the clock

This location skimps on portions. They have small petite workers making bowls, and they barely put a half a spoons worth of rice, chicken, steak, or anything in that bowl. If it weren't for the workers being so kind and giving great customer service I would've given only 1 star. Those infant portions aren't feeding anything.

Yes I came on 4/16 to get food and because I don’t talk loud enough the Caucasian lady that work the line want to have an attitude cause she heard incorrect. So I told her to make one of my bowls again she got even more mad. Then she had the nerve to try to pick the salasa off by the trash can 🤮. Then she made another one but had ab attitude. This place get to much business for poor customer service.. will start going to Madison for all of this.

This is by FAR the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Super dirty, employees were very distracted and didn't even care that there was a line to the door, it got so bad I just walked out without getting food and went to another Chipotle down the street that is MUCH better…

The management at this place is a joke and should definitely wake up to all the poor responses they’re getting. I'll make sure I never step foot in this location ever again.

The food is really good, but they are known for their Chipotle honey vinaigrette dressing, and they NEVER have any. I have been to this location on University Dr across from the old Madison Sq Mall at least 10 times, and every time, they say they are out of the dressing!

My wife and I were in the mood for burritos and wanted to try Chipotle for the first time, and didn't quite know what to expect. The line wasn't too long and moved quickly. We ordered our food and my wife went with our 2 year old son to find a table. None of the empty tables were clean, and the entire lobby was mess. I happened to find high chairs tucked away behind a small wall next to the register. These need to be out in the open at the front lobby as you walk in. As I was waiting to pay, the customer in front of me locked up the CC machine and we had to wait for the whole system to reboot. Meh it happens, and didn't take long to fix. Didn't have any problem with the staff, everyone seemed nice, and all our food was correct. I believe the girl running the register was training, because she appeared to be overwhelmed. After I paid, I got our drinks. The syrup in the Sprite was completely out and it tasted awful. I brought this to the attention to someone at the counter. Did anyone change it out? I have no idea. Our food portions were great and tasted amazing. No issues there. Overall, we'll probably come back again, maybe not during lunch time, and considering this location is the highest rated one in the Huntsville area, but that isn't saying much.

Crazy busy, twice they have messed up online orders. Another time, it was delivered to wrong address. So once we ordered for pick up, and someone mistakenly took our order or stole it. So had to have it made again and the whole time I was trying to explain that my order is not at the pick up station. They look at me like I am trying to scam them. Maybe not have the pick up so open that just anyone can grab anything with out showing proof it is their's. I personally don't eat there anymore. My wife and daughter still insist eating there.

This is the most unorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. The line is out the door and they are out of chicken. The managers solution to the issue is to turn the music up so loud that the ppl fixing the food can't hear the customers. When the guy working and the customers ask her to turn it down, she hollers at the guy and the customers. Ppl that don't even work there are running in and put of the kitchen. I will never be back to this location. It's a mess!

I normally never leave reviews but I hope leaving this review will help spark some changes at this location because I genuinely love Chipotle. I frequent this location often and without fail almost every time I go in they are out of something or I’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for something to be cooked. Today no fajita mix, green salsa, or shredded cheese. It’s frustrating because there is also no signage indicating what they are out of. Imagine waiting in line then finally able to order only to find out they’re out of Tex Mex staples.

One of the best Chipotles I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to some in Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma and this one had to be one of the tops. First of all, I was in and out in less than 8 minutes during NOON RUSH HOUR. Secondly, this is the first time I’ve ever gotten my money’s worth in regards to the amount of food I received. Usually if I want to fill my bowl I have to ask for extras, but each of the gals were so reasonable with their scoop sizes that I didn’t have to. The only thing disappointing was they didn’t have any lemon slices. :( I always use lemon to kinda calm the flavor of the hot salsa, but there was enough sour cream and queso in it that it wasn’t too bad.

Disgraceful. Ordered doordash from here and not only was my food gross and unappealing my dasher said they kept trying to see her confirm pickup on the order before receiving it. She texted me and told me that they were running behind (even though it was 1130am and it was placed at 1045pm so they had plenty of time to get this order ready) yes I know they open at 11. Also when my dasher wouldn't confirm it she was refusing to make it. Finally my dasher said that someone else made the order and watched her mark confirm as it was done.

I've never been to a Chipotle and the dinning room was clean. They are always busy, but not staffed enough to keep the dinning room clean. They food is always good, though.

Came here on Saturday night by for a little takeout date night- haven’t had chipotle in forever!
Chipotle ALWAYS slaps, the food was just like I remember but service was SLOW (especially on the cold toppings part of the line), the poor girl was piled up because the guy handling the hot side was speedy speedy!!
For a chipotle it was pretty good overall, definitely coming here again, we always forget about it because it’s a little tucked away but it made for a great quick meal for movie night!!

We just went to get food from this location and the service was awful. The woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at us and was very rude and the cashier forgot our chips and was also rude to us. The bowls are only half full and don’t look great either. There needs to be a serious change cause this has happened multiple times at this location.

Whoever working the front register needs a new job asap!!! She had the nastiest attitude and I watched her slam a customers cup don the counter because she forgot to give it to her…I asked if I could sub my guacamole birthday reward for Queso and she said no. But a nice lady on the side line heard me and did it…it was really appreciated…I also visited chipotle a lot like weekly to all locations. This location is my least favorite
