This place is awesome. Food is great, and the wall of beer with unlimited pours is super cool. Just watch out because that bill comes at the end and it will shock you if you drink beer like I do.

The setting in a former high school is really neat, and seeing the stairs and lockers certainly jogs your memories.

Can't wait to come back here and see more of what they have to offer.

Ugh I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate restaurants making money off us customers from the crappy food they sell us. Each time I've eaten here portions have gotten smaller and smaller while prices went higher and higher. Today the food wasn't good at all. My birria tacos were burnt. The rice had no flavor at all and it was cold. The beans tasted like toothpaste or chemicals and they were cold. I don't waste time speaking to managers anymore about crappy food. I leave reviews. I've worked in the restaurant industry long enough to know if the management cared in the first place I would have no complaints 🤷. I'm a cook at a restaurant and I don't send out crappy food.

I ordered dinner with my family and they sat down. The weird thing is, you can't order your alcoholic beverages at the same time as you order your food. So once I had ordered my food, my family went and sat down and I went over to the other bar to order a margarita. It was not busy. It was taking so long to make my margarita that my food had already come to my my table and my teenage daughter was getting mad at me and making hand gestures from the table. While I was still standing at the bar. I had to ask for intercession from management to help make my drink so that I could go back to the table. Meanwhile, my food had already come. Now, my family makes a big deal about saying Grace before we eat. So the food was sitting there getting cold while the manager was making my Margarita that I had to order separately from the food that I had already ordered about 10 minutes ago. Sorry, it put a pretty big damper on the dinner and certainly makes a good review pretty darn near impossible.

TL:DR Don't order alcohol and food at the same time.

Carne Asada Nachos! ($17-ish)

A wall of beer taps! (With ciders too!)

I was initially against their "bracelet system" but have come to love it!

Open a tab (let them check your card and see your I.D.) and they hand you a wrist band.

You just want to sample one beer and you tap your bracelet against the beer tap (which activates the tap) and pour .79 cents worth of beer in a glass and take the bracelet back to the register.

You spent .79 cents
That's it.

You pay for precisely what you pour.
Nothing more.

Also - Tequilas. Even their well liquor is 100% agave tequila. Multiple different reposado and aged tequilas available at this bar.

I recommend a skinny margarita made with Cabo Wabo (a reposado tequila)

And the bar staff are happy to explain and talk you through different grades and ages of tequila while you are there.

Decent, if somewhat expensive food. The real reason to come hear is the ability to sample the beer and cider and pay for what you pour.
They have quite a selection of beer and cider on tap and you can purchase as little or as much as you want and get charged by the ounce.

The location and place are fun, specially the beer taps on the wall. The food was overall ok, but not great. The guac was very bland and tasted better once we added lime and salt. The fuego and Acapulco tacos were good, but the rest were bland and uninspired. The service was decent, though since there was only one circulating staff person, we had to hunt her down for everything we needed. The thing that bothered me most was the significant difference in food prices between their website menu and the actual price. It was almost double than what they have on their website, which is kind of decptive. Overall not bad, but not great.

Over price street food and no originality. When this place first open, it was unique, fun, and the food was good. But lately, it's been a letdown. After paying a high amount for the food, I was just as disappointed with the taste. I had the Ninja Pig and the Yucatan Chicken. The pork was too sweet for my taste, and the chicken was too dried. Then, the portions size was tiny not enough to feel you up on a taco. It's the kind of portion you get at a food truck.

This was a great place to try. The food was very good and fresh, and they have some affordable drink specials on Fridays. The beer wall is also something we've only seen one other time, and it's great to have a big selection and not have to bother staff for refills. They also have an extensive tequila selection and we enjoyed trying a few varieties to learn more what we like (they were all tasty). I enjoyed the beans a lot but found the rice a little bland which is too bad because it looked like it had a lot going on in it.

We did have some tacos get mixed up, unfortunately we didn't look at them closely before diving in and the super spicy chicken was inhaled by someone who normally wouldn't eat it before they realized that something was terribly wrong with the heat level.

Since my visit someone else posted the actual updated menu, but that was not available when I was planning our visit and I went off their website. Those prices are COMPLETELY out of date. I was expecting $13 for a taco trio, but now they start at $17 with different ones costing more. It was quite the shock when online prices seemed so reasonable, and I initially wanted to find somewhere else to eat, but we were starving. We did enjoy our food very much and I would go back again but I hope they update their website to reflect their current pricing.

There's a pool table in there which is usually appealing, but we stink at pool and prefer to not play on one smack dab in the middle of a busy place. If they were to move it off towards the side it might draw more use; we were around that building the next day as well and never saw anyone using it.

Went here today for lunch, I had a carnitas taco and a birria taco, my wife had the "ninja pig" and the "gringo" tacos. We also had a side of the queso dip.

The quality of the meats was fine, but NOTHING was seasoned. The ground beef in the "gringo" taco had no seasoning at all, just plain ground beef. The "carnitas" didn't taste anything like carnitas I've had anywhere else, it was just plain slow-roasted pork, no crispy edges either. The only flavor on the birria taco came from the cheese, and the consomme served alongside as a dipping sauce was pretty flavorless as well. The only reason the Ninja Pig taco had any flavor was from the sauce that comes on it.

The service was fine, I didn't try any of the beer because the bill for our lunch was already $47 for the two of us (before the tip). I don't know what they're doing in the kitchen but I've had more thoughtfully seasoned tacos from the taco trucks in town. The prices are way too high for what you're getting, and I should note to anyone looking at their menu on the website, those prices are not correct. The actual restaurant prices are currently about 30% higher than the prices listed on the website menu.

I’ve really tried giving this place a chance on multiple occasions, but it just fails to. A good concept, but lacking in execution for the price you pay. Paid 15 dollars for two lackluster tacos (the carne asada was bone dry, and the meat in the Yucatán chicken tasted like it was from frozen) and cold, hard flavorless queso dip. The cool thing (in theory) about this place however is the beer wall, which does have an impressive number of taps (45) but about 20% of them at any given time are either out, broken, or “coming soon”. Then of the working taps, a somewhat large number of them are cheap domestics. This place needs some new life breathed into it and quality control measures put into place and until it does I won’t be back.

Oh where do I begin. First off, the atmosphere of the building is nice(?). The staff though is not the best. I don’t eat pork due to being Jewish and I was getting the fries but can’t have meat with dairy, so I asked for no meat on my fries. Which has never been an issue, yet today not only did the cashier start laughing at me and grilling about my choice this other guy (shift lead? Manager?) started to laugh as well. Then suggested bacon for my fries. If I requested no meat what makes you think I’ll want to add another meat to it? Then, the food comes pretty fast so no complaints there. However, not only did I find one hair in my food I found two hairs. Then the guac has green food colouring in it to make it look fresh yet while eating I ending biting into a rotten mushy brown piece of the avocado. I’ve never felt so embarrassed for simply trying this place again after a great experience and then being met by this. It’s awful.

Quac is extremely bland. We ordered 3 dip trios. Everyone we added lime juice and salt to make it edible. The food just isn’t worth the wax paper they serve it on. But!!!! The real kicker. You order a margarita with Patron. The lady charged $28! For a margarita (that sucked) and when asked why is it $28? The response was $14 for a well margarita and another $14 for patron. I asked if we keep the well liquor then? She states no. So I get $14 of sweet and sour and you keep your well liquors then you add another $14 margarita to charge for the Patron??? So I pay for two margaritas and you keep the alcohol in one? She clearly states yes would you like to ask my manager? No. As a past bartender myself I clearly just don’t need to ask anyone anything else in this establishment. 9 of us left and we will never recommend this place to anyone. Not even worth the stop. $28 maybe in Miami for a really good craft drink but not Huntsvegas. Good luck.

The street corn was just a few spoonfuls of corn from a can in a cream maybe some queso crumble on top. Overly sweet no char or smoke flavor and cold and insanely overpriced for what it is. The chorizo taco and quesadilla both were also bland with very little spice but they did get an okay flavor from the cheese and it was crispy. Shrimp at least was large and the pork actually was the star in a quesadilla it was crispy without being too dry and had a nice BBQ flavor. The Guac was not memorable. Much better food for cheaper can be found just up the road at Bandito Burrito. Of course you are probably here for the beer and the selection is ample. Plenty of lagers, pils, and IPA. A couple of stouts and wheat's to round things out and they have a small bar. So solid choice to bring a group of friends with varied taste. It is nice that they're kid friendly with high chairs but don't expect help from staff, its order at the counter and they stay busy with that. They do bus the tables. Nice patio area and the campus has plenty of parking.

Very generous portions. I ordered a burrito with the spicy option and it was huge and pretty spicy. They also have a set of fill it yourself beer taps with over 20 choices, including a few hard cider options. The atmosphere is very casual. You queue up at the register to order your food and find your own table. The food was brought to our table pretty fast. The room is a large open space, which makes it a bit on the noisy side, but not too bad.

Such a great idea to have all of the taps built into the wall and all you have to do is use your bracelet to activate them. I love that!

Great concept! Unfortunately half of the beers on the wall were tapped, so I don't really feel we got what we paid for as far as options go. The vibe was fun, plenty of games for the whole fam to play during our daytime visit.

This Mexican joint is insane! They've got a crazy amount of taco variations and the portions are super generous. I loved the juicy and flavorful meat, fresh veggies, and chewy tortillas. The variety of toppings and sauces took it to the next level. Great beer and atmosphere too. If you're a taco lover, this place is a winner.

Food was good. Service was good... but I did notice I got charged for more beer than what actually came out of the tap. The beer I had chosen must have been close to being empty. I got charged $15 dollars for not even a full glass. Be aware of this.

2.5 stars rounded to 3. That was not $17 quesadilla.

There's really nothing special about this place. I guess if you're a beer drinker then this is the place for you. Food was basic, basic and flavorless. The beans looked like poop with some sprinkled parmesan cheese on it. The rice was dry and hard, the meat, definitely no flavor. Then again if you are a beer person, then your taste buds are basic so therefore this food is for you. Not worth the $44 for two meals and two drinks with the Mexican corn.
