I am in here frequently for Door Dash deliveries. The staff is so nice, helpful, working hard, getting orders together in time so many days there is no waiting. Every time I have been here, the restaurant is full of diners and you see a stream of dashers coming and going with orders. Return customers is indicative of great food and outstanding service! Their food looks absolutely delicious!! I am going to try them this month since they are next on my list. I recommend them hands down, any day, any time. The store is clean throughout, and they keep up with the busy workflow making it looks easy. Their teamwork is flawless. Whether you eat at the restaurant or order delivery, you won't be disappointed.

I am a advocate Street Taco lover and I decided to give Little Rosie’s a try from a recommendation. Waste of money I could have used on an authentic Mexican food truck that would have been cheaper as well!! Almost 7 dollars for a single street taco is outrageous and suspicious. And the quantity was so small. I got the combo, it was cold, soggy steak street tacos that lack flavor, rice that taste like I could have made it better, Beans that were cold and dry. If you like a cafeteria tasting taco, afraid your grandma can’t tolerate spices that well, or even got money to spend, this is the place for you!

Little Rosie’s is a must-try for anyone craving delicious, authentic tacos! My husband had the quesadilla, and he couldn’t stop raving about how cheesy and perfectly grilled it was. I went for the breakfast taco, and it was exactly what I was hoping for—fresh, flavorful, and packed with all the right ingredients. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly. Definitely a local favorite, and we’ll be coming back soon!

Came in a few weeks ago and ordered my favorite, chicken lasagna with no veggies. I can't eat peppers and the rest I just don't like. I took my order home thirty minutes away and discovered it packed full of veggies including peppers. I submitted a complaint online but never received a response. I have finally come back and I spoke to the manager with a picture of my receipt and a picture of vegetables that were in my food. He did nothing to rectify the situation. No discount no nothing no apology absolutely nothing.

The Little Rosie's Taqueria on Whitesburg had great food and service as usual. A group of 25 came in right before us, and we still made it through the line in less than 10 minutes. This is an order at the register and pick up your food at a window type restaurant. The Mexican lasagna plate was really good and came with a side salad and chips. The Fajitas plate was also tasty and also came with chips and a self-serve salsa station.

I ordered doordash to the hospital for myself while I'm here with my child, there should be SOME kind of ingredients listed for every food item! I am HIGHLY allergic to avocado and because there were no ingredients listed on doordash or on the website I did not know a Buffalo chicken wrap was going to have Sliced avocados in it! Thankfully for already being at the hospital I was able to get it treated fast but had I of not been it could have been deadly. For the love of God think of people with allergies that need to know the ingredients in your food!

Most of the time we have had good service and good food. We typically order when we get there an then take it to go. Last Friday I decided to be more efficient. I went online around noon to order food for a 4:15 pickup (3 plates and a wrap). I got there just before 4:15 and the food was bagged. I counted the boxes to make sure the count was right. When I got home the food was completely cold. You could hardly get the plastic spoon through the cheese and beans. My crispy taco was anything but. The tortilla had holes in it and was completely limp. I assume the food was assembled around noon and sat on the counter for 4 hours. Learned another lesson; no tips on takeout unless they can request it after performing their functions (like Uber does). The tip is supposed to be for service; they didn't take my order, serve me or have to clean up the table when I was done. The only thing they had to do was prepare the food for pickup at the right time. No such luck this time.

Good food, decent portions. Ordering is like Panera where you order at the counter, get your seat, then pick up at the window when your food is ready. Menu is limited, but you get the same Rosie's quality you expect from its sister restaurants. Get there early, as seating fills up quickly at lunchtime.

Missing part of order, only one bag of chips and one salsa, no sour cream and no extra salsa that were ordered. The enchilada meal was missing the small salad that comes with it. Really, no one checks the order before it is handed out the window.
Very big disappointment. I should not have to open the containers while I sit in the drive through holding up the other people waiting. They weren’t even busy.Have always had better service here. Looks like they are going downhill like other restaurants. Don’t make me pay for something I didn’t get and then I get home and see half of order is missing. 😮

Have I had worse "Mexican food" before? Yes, once. Have I had better Mexican food before. Yes, at literally every other Mexican food restaurant ever.

I should have trusted my initial gut reaction when I walked in, but a recommendation from a local and a the 4.6 star rating convinced me to give it a chance. I regret my decision.

I'm sure this food is enjoyable to some people. I recognize that. But I know there are also people who have tastes akin to mine. It's for these that I rate it so low, so that you won't be persuaded as I was. If anyone looks at this and wonders who could be so debased to rate a local favorite 1 star, it is me, and hopefully I will have saved someone from nacho cheese topped cauliflower and "spicy" beef burritos that taste like junior high home ec. first attempts. Perhaps someone is not looking to have queso Blanco taste like Kraft singles melted in a cup or the tortillas of a taco to taste like dried cornstarch and the steak to taste like charcoal coated, mesquite-flavored dry beef-stick. How do I know all of these tastes? Because I tasted every food option my family members selected.

The workers were nice. Thanks, teenagers, for being a courteous group of employees. You were friendly and you're doing a great job helping people who do love this restaurant.

Little Rosie's Taqueria has that cozy hole-in-the-wall feel, with its brick exterior and large windows that bring a warm glow inside. The decor is much like its sister restaurant, Rosie’s, with brightly-colored flags strung from the ceiling and decor that gives it a vintage Tex-Mex vibe. As you enter, you’ll find yourself at the counter, where you place your order at the counter. My favorite part of the decor is, of course, the large ceramic frog perched serenely below the TV.

We were also impressed by the prices. When looking for high-quality ingredients or great prices, we usually expect to sacrifice one for the other, but Little Rosie’s doesn’t skimp in either department. So, what did we eat?

Tacos Plate

I’m a big fan of tacos—chicken or beef, corn or flour, soft or crunchy, there’s no wrong choice! So, I kept it simple with the taco plate, served with beans and rice.

Little Rosie’s doesn’t skimp on the quality anywhere here. The crunchy shells were crisp and still just a little warm, freshly assembled with crunchy lettuce, tomatoes, and quality ground beef. I poured a little of their red salsa on top of mine to add a little more of that fresh tomato taste, which added a little extra moisture without letting the shell crumble.

As much as I enjoyed my tacos, though, the rice and beans definitely stole the show. Their refried beans have a wonderful meaty flavor to them, adding that much more protein to the dish. Little Rosie’s has some meat-free dishes, and for those looking for a little more protein, this side can add a lot to your plate.

Fajitas

My partner ordered the fajitas, which included a portion of meat, grilled peppers and onions, fresh tortillas, and some fresh vegetables. This was one of the freshest and more decadent plates we received. If you’re looking for a filling meal with a substantial plate, they have you covered.

While the best fajita dish, in my humble opinion, is a mix of everything piled onto one over-stuffed tortilla, we sampled the chicken separately, along with the buttery sauce served with it. The chicken, grilled and packed with flavor, was a standout part of the dish.

Of course, no fajita dish is complete without the vegetables. Red and green peppers mixed with onions finish out this dish with just enough seasoning to bring out those fresh, natural flavor. This veggie combination was also grilled just right, soft enough to cut with a fork and fill your tortilla to bursting with flavor.

Little Rosie’s Salsa and Sides

While not a separate meal, Little Rosie’s salsas deserve a moment in the spotlight just as much as their meals. We sampled their traditional red salsa and their salsa verde, and I admit, I did swipe my partner’s guacamole.

The traditional red salsa was exactly what I look for in a good salsa: thick, chunky, scoopable, and full of flavor. No one component stands out, though hints of onion and cilantro ring through. This is a perfect medley, one that had me clearing out my personal basket of chips.

The salsa verde is, in a word, tangy. I could find a few more words to describe it, but this lovely green dip is not quite as thick but every bit as tasty as the other. While it’s perfect for chips, I recommend drizzling this over your entree, specifically chicken dishes, to add a punchy, bright flavor.

And for the guacamole lovers out there? Don’t skip out on this one. It’s creamy, fresh, and absolutely addictive. The salty chips bring out the richness of the avocado and will have you returning again and again for just one scoop (my “just one scoop” turned into “the whole guac cup,” though luckily, I was the only guacamole fan at the table).

Amazing Mexican food. I always get fajitas at Mexican restaurants, and Little Rosie’s is the only one I have found (and trust me, we have tried a few) that doesn’t use too much oil to cook their fajita chicken. In fact, they grill it and it tastes so much more fresh. It also reheats well, which I am picky about. Atmosphere is fun but definitely too loud - could use some sound dampening.

Every component of my burrito was a different level of undercooked. My lukewarm roll of obviously canned chicken and beans was covered in a cold, dead skin of theater grade nacho cheese.
The chicken tacos were 75% shredded cheese and lettuce.
The salsa they let you scoop yourself can only be described as "day hot". The salsa station is in the direct line of the sun that was coming in the windows that were open just enough to make the dining area muggy and filled with flies.
We tossed out food after a few bites.
This place is the pits.
Save yourself the trouble and go to a full size Rosie's.

Great breakfast tacos. Even made them with corn tortillas upon request. Huevos ranchero had good flavor, but whatever that side potato was like warm and therefore unappetizing. The beans were good as well unlike I’ve had elsewhere. Overall good breakfast!

The food was absolutely incredible. We were initially attracted to it because of its cute name and the impressive 4.5 stars. You must come here if in the area. I ordered two beef pocket tacos and enjoyed every bite. It comes with pico de Gallo which you may add to the tacos. I also loved the sauces available near the tables (perfect for spice lovers like myself). Honesty was one of the best foods I have had in a while and perfect portions as well. The service was nothing special but wasn't rude or anything. Detailed Tex Mex themed atmosphere that painted the perfect mood. Nothing more I could say except: I loved it.

The food was great!! Though I do suggest adding an allergy menu because it just makes it easier and less stressful for people with severe allergies. There is kids menu but not really a make your own menu. It's a really nice small restaurant yet very popular 😃.
