Got say overall staff was pretty good and the food was great. The only drawback was the lighting issue , its slight dark don’t know if that is what they are going for but some people might like it.

My husband enjoyed his mixed fajitas
The Flan was great too -- very creamy

The street tacos were really good I ordered an asada taco. I loved their corn tortillas they did not fall apart like others do. I should have stuck to just street tacos, but I wanted to try a lot of things because the prices were reasonable.

I ordered a fish taco because I like to try all the fish tacos and I did not like it. 1st it came in a flour tortilla, this must be a tex mex thing and im not used to it and it turns me off. This is the first place where I've seen that the fish was diced and it was a bit salty. And I liked finely sliced cabbage in the slaw with more lime, they gave me a lime for the street taco but not the fish taco. There was also no sauce on the fish taco.

I also got flautas. I think I need to stop ordering flautas that say it is wrapped with a corn tortilla, (this must also be a tex mex thing) I thought because it was in a corn tortilla it will be more like a rolled taco that I miss so much from CA, but it looked like an enchilada that was deep fried which is what I got at Rosie's. It wasn't bad but not what I wanted. The beans and rice were okay. I feel like I can find rolled tacos and flautas the way I like at the frozen section at the grocery stores here so I get confused why it's so different at restaurants out here.

I also ordered their horchata and it was also okay. Not my favorite in the area.

I'd like to try some of the other items that people liked in their reviews. I love chile verde so I might try that next time.

Yooooo, this place has the bomb Carnitas! I've only ate here once but this hole in the wall Mexican joint has some of the best Mexican food in Huntsville! I will go back more to confirm my findings but damn it's delicious! Good salsa, and a fair amount of food for a great price!

Fantastic Carnitas and Steak Chapala! The Carnitas were flavorful and had the perfect crisp/softness ratio. The steak was tender with mushrooms on top, so good!

I stopped in for an early lunch and had the Chili Colorado because it promised to be spicy and it indeed was. Came with rice, refried beans, and tortillas. They had a good selection of hot sauces on the table too. I also ordered a bottle of Mexican Coca Cola which was delicious. If you have never had one I recommend it.

Man what can I say?! This place has got to be one of the best I've had so far. The atmosphere is great, super kind and friendly staff and very delicious food. I ordered 3 tacos de carnitas (pork) and 3 of their tacos de al pastor (marinated pork). There chips and salsa (free) was delicious fresh hot chips nice little spicy salsa. There tacos had so much flavor not to much or to little of anything just the right amount they come with limes, salsa, cilantro and even some sauted onions on the side. I really do recommend you stop by this place and give it a shot if I could give it 6 stars I would

This is a hidden gem!

My wife got the fajita nachos, that came on a large plate, the chips were arranged neatly. The steak was well seasoned without being over bearing. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy

I ordered the carne asada, which was excellent! It came with 3 warned tortilla shells, a side dish including shredded lettuce, pico, pickled jalapenos, and guacamole.

The salsa served with the chips was excellent, very fresh. Although it had cilantro, we asked for some more to kick it up a notch.

They have delicious ice tea, Sweet and unsweetened. They also have bottles of beer available.

Delish! I walk in for quick take out... I just ask the girls at the front for food, nothing specific, and everytime they order for me it ALWAYS satisfies! Oh, and its fast too! Oh, and they are really nice too! Also, today, she asked me if i liked spicy, and of course I do... but she wasn't kidding it had a kick on it! Very good though.

I went to this little place and was not disappointed. We ordered a gringa, queso fundido, tacos alpastor, and tacos de suadero. Everything was so good. Best tacos I've had in a long time. The salsas and agua frescas were good. I would highly recommend this place if you want some good tacos.

Authentic street tacos. The tortillas were perfect and the fillings were delicious. We had lengua, chorizo with potatoes and al pastor. All were well seasoned and cooked. Also had chili relleno and a tamale which came with a tasty mole sauce.

We went on a Wednesday evening and we were the only customers there. We drove over from Toney because we have recently been disappointed by the Mexican restaurants near us and we read wonderful things about this place online. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful. We will be back.

This place is above average Mexican food for the area. They have all the usual favorites, good chips and salsa, and good margaritas. The staff was good, and everything seemed clean and well organized. The location is convenient and there's plenty of parking. Would go again.

My friend and I had tacos. Mine was the street chicken... so goooood! Hers was the beef soft taco and she enjoyed it. The avocado and green sauces were almost as good as the salsa which is AMAZING. Very authentic food, drinks and atmosphere. Very humble employees and all with beautiful smiles. Nephew is gorgeous... if I were a few years younger *wigglin eyebrow 😉

Best authentic Mexican food in Huntsville.

If you are considering Rosie’s , Los Trojas , El Cazadore, Phil Sandoval, or anything else, come here first.

Those other joints are Tex-Mex or at least most are in Huntsville.

This ran by the owner who works in the kitchen and takes pride in providing authentic Mexican street tacos to the community.

As for Huntsville, most of the food is meh.. This restaurant however is an exception.
It’s a gem! Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

Excellent food and service! My husband and I were leaving a late appointment at Huntsville Hospital and wanted to get a late lunch. We were promptly seated and the server was very friendly and helpful about answering menu questions. We ordered 4 street tacos with the marinated pork (AL Pastor) and they were so flavorful, well prepared and perfectly portioned. We loved the restaurants atmosphere, service and especially food so much it's become our new go to Mexican restaurant and it's well worth the hour drive to get there. The best part was it only cost us 15$ for our 2 drinks and orders!

Great traditional Mexican food. Not your ordinary run of the mill chain but a owner run, authentic Mexican restaurant. I have had Mexican fare in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and down in Old Mexico and this place is as real as it gets. Highly recommend.

Great staff, great food and an atmosphere unico en el mundo! Try the al Pastor tacos and the Chili Colorado. Those two are my multi-visit choices and why I go there. Beer is cold and the staff makes sure you don't go wanting.

The margaritas tasted like yellow Gatorade, and we're pretty weak. The tacos were okay, but small. The chicharron was just a soggy pork rind. Won't be going back unless they improve.

I have nothing but praises for my visit. The establishment was clean and our waitress was super attentive and nice, not to mention considerate. The food was reasonably priced and, as a connoisseur of Mexican cuisine, I don't say this lightly, the food was on point.

🦐 Shrimp Ceviche (Mexican style) - 9/10, and honestly the only thing I would’ve changed was the use of red onions versus white onions (what was included)! Harsh score because Peruvian Ceviche… just, nothing compares to it!

Portion size, presentation, and taste was great. Would definitely return if I ever had a craving for ceviche.

Nice place to go with your family. We've been twice for the Cinco de Mayo celebration. There was no waiting to be seated. We had an excellent meal and the Margarita was delicious. Service was awesome. We will definitely return.

Found myself here with coworkers for lunch out this week. I don't tend to eat Mexican food that often, but I'd heard great things about this new-ish spot, so when they brought it up as an option, I agreed that I'd be down to try.

Located in the same shopping center as Betty Mae's, Dark Side, and Kim's Diner, there's ample parking. I noticed Los 3 Garcia hours are pretty long - they're open till 10 PM most nights - so it may be a good option if you're looking for a bite at a later hour.

The first thing you see is the cash register when you walk in; I mistakenly thought it was an order at the counter place, but a waitress quickly appeared and found a booth for the three of us. You do pay at the counter when you're done, though. The shape of the restaurant is sort of like one long, kinda thin rectangle, but it's painted a bright, welcoming orange and the booths are comfortable, so overall a nice space.

Service was lovely -- drinks were placed and filled and refilled promptly, they provided extra chips, super accommodating about grabbing my coworker some jalapeños and salt, and our food came out fast, too. All with big smiles! Can't do much better than that.

We were in a rush to make it to a meeting, so I didn't get to look at the menu as closely as I'd ordinarily like. Wound up playing it safe and ordering chicken and rice, at the recommendation of a coworker. They have a great looking veggie quesadilla that I almost nabbed, but chickened out at the last second, lol. This place is very cool in that it seems to balance dishes for more Americanized palates (eg chicken and rice) well with more traditional options (like the availability of lengua and tripa for tacos, if you so choose)!

For me, the salsa had too much cilantro in it. But it tasted really fresh! I just have the anti-cilantro gene, haha. Chips needed a little bit more salt but were fresh and crispy. The queso we shared was awesome - just what I've been craving lately. Not too gloopy, perfectly melted, no complaints here at all! The chicken on my chicken and rice was cooked and seasoned nicely, with more cheese dip (heck yeah) covering most of the dish. The rice had good flavor but was a little mushy. Oh well. There was more than enough to take a serving home in a box, so I got two meals out of my lunch. Score!

All in all, I enjoyed my visit and would return to get my same order again or to try something new. The lovely service was a real star here.

First true Mexican street food I've found in Huntsville. I got classic Carne Asada tacos that were super fresh and brought me straight back to the baja coast. They also have good salsa verde with a little kick. I'll be back to try their Tortas for sure!

We went in on a Saturday night at dinner time and nobody else was there the entire time we sat there. The margaritas were good, but the taco meat was a weird mush, still pink in spots. The queso was watery, and the chips seemed like they were out of a store-bought bag. My fiance's Fajitas were good but that's the only part of the food that was good.

Excellent little restaurant. Very clean. Great food. Only warning to give is the Chili Colorado says it is hot and it is hot.

Great food, authentic, and fresh. You see the fresh cilantro in their homemade salsa. It's not even pricey for the quality. If you're going to spend more than $4 anyway, go here. The last time I preferred another place for the $8-10 range was in the Southwest.

You have got to try this place!! I had authentic street tacos with cilantro and onion. All the sauces are delicious and everything is so fresh!!

Very authentic and made with pride. It's a lot different than the large local chain Mexican restaurants. Even real sugar Mexican Coke and drinks! You should try it. You won't be disappointed!

I have found my new go-to for authentic Mexican in Huntsville - great flavors and not covered with tons of cheeses and sauces. Highly recommend the Al Pastor burrito (hold the rice & beans for me) and fajitas are really good. My favorite is the Torta Especial - the bread is unbelievable. Portions are large and prices very reasonable.

And if you want the full authentic they do carry Tacos de Lengua.
