We had to try this place after seeing the billboard for it day after day. Great food and fast service. They will serve you salsa and chips upon arriving which was some of the best salsa I’ve had in a while. I had the pollo feliz. Large portion sizes! Our waitress was very friendly and came to check on us frequently to refill waters. There is a cute patio outside with a fountain and some metal sculptures that you can walk around in. Great place for a quick and easy dinner in Huntsville.

Fantastic food, with quick service. My water was refilled plenty and the server was very kind. One of the orders was messed up, but they got it out to my table quickly. The facilities were clean and we were given everything we needed to have a great experience. The food was reasonably priced and a great overall atmosphere with televisions and Mexican themed decorations.

This has always been my wife's favorite date night destination. I can say we finally have tried everything.
We love it all!

You never have to wait long for your food and it is always hot. We've never had a bad experience. I just wish they had street tacos.

Excellent stop for lunch. Service was quick and pleasant. Prices were very reasonable and food was plentiful.
Taste was flavorful and spot on. Nothing overpowering, but definitely not bland.
This will be a visit for sure next time I’m in town.

A very festive place, lots of colorful lights spread throughout the facility, music playing in the background, and attentive servers to take your order. As you can tell by the photographs, the presentation of the dishes was very professional and that usually indicates a Chef that is well trained in the preparation and cooking of food. And of course the dishes were delicious. The dishes are raspberry chipotle salmon and three beef tacos with rice. Casual dress code, pleasant experience, I think this place is worthy of your visit.

Salsa tasted sweet, reminding me of pasta sauce or pizza sauce. No mildly hot or smokey. We ordered beef and chicken enchiladas. Chicken had a creamy sauce on it, smothering the meat. Beef was ground and had a chile con carne sauce that was reminiscent of Chile beans. No hint of smokey-ness. No spice.

Overall, I think I'll keep searching for real mexican cuisine. Good place to have a drink though.

Hit up Rosie's with my 10-year-old daughter yesterday! I went with the tamale plate and OMG, they were *perfect*. So moist and the filling was 👌. Definitely adding this place to our regular rotation.
I had the best dining experience ever! 🤩 Our waitress, Jade, was super attentive and had the warmest smile. Her interaction with my daughter and I made our day. My little one couldn't stop smiling! It's the little things that make a meal memorable.

Menu price was $2 more than website price. Beef enchiladas heavy made of ground beef, pork tamale dry. Ate at bar . Bartender Tim not friendly full of excuses. Did not settle $2 differential on my lunch combo pretty much blew me off. I asked him for management he said he was a manager but didn't take of me. I ordered a Greyhound drink made with Greygoose vodka finished drink then he asked me if I want another but 1st I asked the price. He said it's $10.95. I said no thank you at this price. Then he said everywhere else they are $17. Not friendly at all. Rice was blah. Beans ok. Will not go to Rosies again.

Had eaten here many years ago and it was pretty good. But a group of us decided to stop there for dinner and it was not very good anymore. None of the meals were anything special, and some were actually quite bad. We won't be coming back here.

Food was bland. Always is. The shrimp in the quesadilla was tasteless. The rice needs seasoning. I would recommend the ribeye. That was the best item that I have had there. They did run out this visit and my guest could not have one. Wish that they had a baked potatoes to go with the ribeye instead of the rice or fries though. The queso was also good.
Many seem to love the place but I love seasoning and good food and they are void of both. A little seasoning goes a long way.

Food is always good. Cheese dip is good. Salsa is good. Chips are good. Fresh tortillas are good. Only complaint is the price of cheese dip is a little high. Small bowl is almost $8.

On the other side of the fiery gates that await my eternal damnation is this restaurant serving white-washed mexican cuisine (if you can call it that) and queso that tastes either like nothing or just straight margarine. It would be a displeasure for me to ever return to this chain.

Looks nice. Food is mundane, bland, and overpriced. About as Mexican as Taco Bell. Not even good by Tex-mex standards. Salsa may as well be marinara. Not sure what the draw is other than it’s probably good for kids and people who don’t like/know about Mexican cuisine.

This Rosie's location is one of my favorites in the Huntsville area. Just invite me, and I'll go! :) Food is great and portions are generous. We had leftovers from our lunch orders. I love their cheese dip, perfect consistency. Not everyone can get the cheese dip right. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. I recommend the fajitas and burrito platter. Plentiful space and seating inside.

Great service! Great friendly environment! I’m not sure what part of Mexico this was supposed to represent but it is not what i would consider Mexican food. The queso tasted more like a cheesy soup than queso. 0 spice. It wasn’t bad just not Mexican. The salsa tasted like it had bbq sauce in it and so did the beans. I’m not trying to say it’s a bad place to eat, I’m just saying if you like traditional Mexican this might not be your cup of tea. It’s not mine or my wife’s.

First off, wonderful service and atmosphere here! Our server was great and we enjoyed the decor and family friendly environment. Food wise…. Not awful for Tex Mex found in Alabama … but my boyfriend and I agree they need to up ALL of the spices they use! Garlic, cayenne, habanero, chipotle, paprika, onion powder, gosh even some rotel… We found it quite bland. Their salsa tasted like plain tomato sauce for pasta .. In my opinion, their food needs much more flavor and kick. I think adding flavorful birria, chili Colorado, mole, etc to their menu would be a hit with those of us who love SPICE and FLAVOR … I know we would be repeat customers if things like this were on the menu! :)

I just can’t get enough of this place. And now that I found the online app where I can order ahead and then just pick up in the drive-through it’s gonna be even harder to stay away. I can recommend different foods to try, but I would just say try it all because I have not tasted anything here that has not been absolutely delicious. The service is outstanding, the food is amazing and I love the small family atmosphere.

The service with a smile was exceptional. My glass was rarely empty and the food was quick. I had 3 different drinks total and the prices were fair.
I took the food to go, so take my next statement with that in mind... I returned to the hotel to eat. I ordered one soft taco, one hard taco, and some kind of chicken cheese like a quesadilla. I didn't really care for the spices that were used and thought it was pretty... well bland. (I did ask for things without cilantro. Tastes like plastic to me.) With that said, I still ate it and keep in mind that this was after 3 drinks. So go try it, maybe it's your thing, just wasn't mine.

I've been here twice and both times left pleased with the food I ate and the service I received. The food portions were large and fairly priced. The food came out extremely quick and cooked to order. You can see this restaurant is managed very well. Great atmosphere as well.

The food was excellent! We arrived about 12:30 amid lunch rush. This caused the service to be slow. Also, with a packed house I could not hear the waitress or my wife. The wide open space makes the restaurant extremely noisy!

The best Mexican restaurant around! I have over an hour drive just to get here, and I would make the drive simply for the chips and salsa, let alone the actual menu dishes! Everything has been fresh and wonderful tasting that I have eaten there. It has become a tradition of ours to eat there if we have time! When I am in Huntsville, Rosie's is always on my mind!

This place never disappoints. We had a couple of bumps this visit but our waitress was new and she did okay and she really put a lot of effort in. Overall an excellent experience with the food atmosphere and service.

I had 2 cheese and 1 beef enchilada and they were all loaded. Good beans and rice. Bowl of queso blanco was tasty could've used a little more cilantro. We did not leave hungry and everything very tasty.

First time we've been there in a while. We were there on Thursday early evening. They weren't very busy but we were seated in the very back room where nobody else was. Took the waiter over 15 min to greet us and take our drink/food order. Food came very quick and was good. After our first drink refill, it took a long time before he came back again.

Never sit at the west end of the bar. Terrible service. Never fails, but if you want the best experience sit at the east end as you enter. Always fast and friendly at that side of the bar.

Supper with friends, too much laughing to take photos of food. The management and staff were excellent about working with us to address food allergies. They had to make some accommodations and cook some food in a separate skillet but made the mahi-mahi tacos allium free. That was a huge deal and made the service great.

Rosie's is consistently good at every location. Food, service, cleanliness... Can't complain! It can get a little loud in the dining room because it's so big and a family restaurant, so just be prepared if you have a member of your party who is noise sensitive. I've been here many times, but this time we tried the deluxe queso blanco and I will definitely be getting that again!

My husband and I went to dinner for my birthday celebration last night around 7pm. All around PERFECT experience. We were seated immediately. Jackson was our server and he was very attentive. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Even when Jackson saw he was about to be seated a large party, he asked us if we need anything. That stood out the most to me because so many people don’t think ahead or make the extra effort - he did. The food was delicious and massively portioned. I got 3 meals out of what I ordered. The manager was walking around and took our empty plates. She was very friendly. Once we were done and asked for the ticket, Jackson brought out a comped Sopapilla because my husband told the host it was my birthday when we walked in. That was our first time eating there, after almost 5 years of living in Huntsville, and we will absolutely be returning, and likely even requesting Jackson’s section. Thank you for a great dinner!
