Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

First of all the customer service is top notch! I wanted Tacos really bad.. Something close to what I would make at home.
Well Salsarita's popped up on Google search and stood out..I went there and the 1st person I met was Keisha. She was so nice and funny. We matched energy! Helped me out on how things flow there and made my food just like I wanted it! The Manager Danita was also there being an excellent manager. Making sure that I was helped along with Keisha. They tagged team. And I was like y'all have made my whole day! I will be coming back here! Josiah was also there making sure that things stayed clean and did the background work with diligence and a smile.
I was so excited about my experience I wanted to bring my boyfriend so that he could see what a great experience that I had.
But we were greeted by two other staff members. Darrelle and Isaiah! Once again wonderful customer service with smiles and help. My boyfriend enjoyed their positive customer service also.

I told them all that I was going to do a review and let them know how great they all were.

Thanks guys for a great experience..I will be coming back.

I always have a good experience here. I have had the burrito bowl, salad, quesadilla and it’s all very good! The people there on weekends are nice.

A "build your own burrito" place. Portions for the price were great! Got full for under $10 with their 3 taco Tuesday special. Good tortillas, meat was decent. Some unique Cholula flavors and mango juice also available. It was very quick, not busy at all.

I came here today and ordered two CHICKEN tacos. I got home and realized they gave me PORK instead. I have certain dietary restrictions that do not allow me to eat red meat and now I'm anxious about the repercussions of eating this even just a few bites. If you are soo stupid and negligent that you do not know the difference between PORK AND CHICKEN then you are in the WRONG BUSINESS!! Needless to say, I will never come back to this establishment. My health and safety are priority!!

I adore the huntsville location so much!! The team is so nice & respectful! Not to mention how great the food taste!!! Im obsessed with the nachos here!! I Mean who wouldn't be?! Just look at this perfection!! 😊😊

We used to come here regularly but after this last visit, we will be avoiding for awhile. My wife and I got burrito bowls. My rice was only half cooked, with almost raw rice mixed in. They left my salsa out. They got my wife’s beans wrong. They got our chip salsas wrong. Little things that when combined make me wonder who is training the employees. The food at this location has gone way downhill.

Ordered the salad in a crispy bowl and all I can say is don’t, just don’t. I don’t know why they call it a salad there was hardly any lettuce and the bowl was soggy. There was liquid literally in the bottom. Next time I will stick with the burrito bowl.

I have Celiac and all the Salsaritas in Chattanooga all know how to handle that and yet this some told me that they couldn’t take the precautions needed. Not only being rude and hateful but also lazy.

A group of us ordered lunch (delivered) on 2-7-23. The orders came on time which was great! However the quality of the food was poor! The chips tasted like they were cooked in very old or spoiled cooking oil! I ordered the quesirito ate three bites and threw it away! The meat was not fresh, the black beans were sour and there was absolutely no flavor to anything including the queso. One coworker had the burrito bowl she said her meat was tough and not fresh neither was the toppings. Another coworker ordered two taco combo and at the bottom of her container was filled with grease or something! Needless to say we were not satisfied, wasted our money and were still hungry! We collectively agreed that Salsaritas is a one and done for us! This was the location in Huntsville.

The last visit I received chips and guacamole dip next to my meal.. It was free.. But now it's extra money.and second, Make sure u tell them what's extra cash, when they make your nacho.. Or I could tell u... What's extra is vegetable and guacamole ,, something they don't tell u.my baby was there, they did not tell me what does your baby want..i had to remind them I have a baby... They told me it will be extra, however she talk to another employee for 15 seconds, and decided my baby gets free meal. According to the sign outside.. Kids eat free on weekends.. I was there on Sunday...

This was my very first time eating at this establishment. The waitress took her time to explain the things on the menu to me Never rushing me and she took her time making my order ensuring that I was satisfied with all the condiments and everything.
I am very big on customer service and the young lady DeShanta went above and beyond. For that Salsarita's will definitely get my business.

Had a weird experience with Doordash not being able to deliver. I called the store to figure out what I should do. Nate was great with helping mw! I stopped by instead and picked up my order. Great customer service. Definitely will come back.

It was our first time here.

I was so pleasantly surprised, I would compare it to.. well another mid texmex place, but it was so much better.

The service and the restaurant were above average, clean and helpful.

The tacos were way above average, the beef was cooked right and not a bunch of filler, the guacamole was really fantastic, and the hot salsa was really fresh and good.

I recommend!!

Really wanted to try out your resturant but it was closed an hour and a half early. There was another couple there to pick up food they ordered online but the door was locked.

Had a bad experience at the Madison location. Todd (Director of operations) reached out to me and gave me 2 free entrees for the Huntsville location for the poor experience. The employees were great here. Thank you for providing a better experience.

Just ate lunch there, very good, chicken was hot, ingredients are fresh. It’s a great quick option for lunch, since I own a business, can get back to my store quick.

Food was cold. Everything. I got a burrito with steak, rice, beans, cheese and salsa, covered with queso. Ate in store. Every single part was cold. Even the side of cheese dip. Kids got pulled pork nachos and ground beef burrito. Both also cold. I don't understand.

Total waste of money, save time and money order elsewhere.
Salsa was trash
Queso and chips trash
Yall would benefit by changing the grease in the fryers more regularly
Taco meat on the beef tacos tasted horrible as did the chicken.
Threw it all in the trash
Lesson learned!

The food was pretty good, it is like Subway but with tacos. But man, the service was really bad. This was my first time going. I went with my family, and while the girls were still looking, I walked up said that I was ready to place my order. I told the lady that I would have the "Number One" and she said, "Could you read to me what "Number One" includes?" and I said, "Oh, are you new here, too?" with a smile and she replied smarmily "No, I've been here three years!". Taken aback, I said, "You've worked here three years and you don't know what the Number One Combo includes?" There are only two Combos. Then she asked me if I wanted to make it a combo, and I replied "It is already a combo" and she argued with me, finally being corrected by her manager. It went downhill from there, with her speaking rapidly under her breath which required me asking her to repeat herself several times (my youngest daughter does this, I know it is a thing). Also, they were out of lettuce (I went here after church, this was like at 12:15pm on Sunday) and she disappeared to the back coming back in a few minutes with some fresh lettuce. By that time, the rest of my family was stacked up waiting for lettuce, too. Also, I then noticed that my daughter had sour cream on her bowl, and since I had already gone through ordering all the sides with my aggressive clerk, I was too intimidated to ask for sour cream. My wife picked up on my reservation, and handed my plate to a different employee and asked them to put sour cream on it for me. Bless her, she is a lot tougher than me. In an emblematic encounter with a different staff member, when I needed a refill on my salsa and when I went to the counter, the employee came up to me and asked "What's wrong?" "Nothing, may I have some more salsa?" It was kind of like that. The food was good, and the manager was great! I hope that there is some additional training opportunities as seniority doesn't seem to guarantee menu knowledge or customer service excellence. If you are thinking about trying this restaurant, please do; just maybe not this location. The food was great, and the seasoning on the chips was delicious.

The place was extremely clean, the service was very good, but the food just didn’t have any real flavor. I had a pork burrito and added all the usual toppings that I enjoy, but it just really fell flat taste wise.

Hubby and I have been awaiting the opening of Salsarita's on the Parkway ever since we saw the first sign! Salsarita's has been a family favorite for many years and to have it come back has done our hearts good.
Food was GREAT and the staff were ready to serve! Yes, we'll be back and we'll bring others with us!!!
