The people were extremely patient with me as I called my girlfriend for clarification on her order. I also received plenty of help with what is in the food. Lastly, the food smelled heavenly and looks just like the picture! If you want a delicious, authentic experience come here

I was at packard antiques around lunchtime and thought I’d give this place a try. I had tacos dorados and it was great! Well worth a visit (to both)!

Menu had a range of options for price. My tacos were about $10.50 and total with drink and tax was about $13.

Nice new taco place (just opened a few weeks ago). They make their corn tortillas from scratch, and the food was all very good. There was a little misunderstanding when I ordered my food, but they were very understanding and even offered to make me a whole new sandwich. I ordered the Hawaiian and got the regular Cuban, so I just asked for some pineapple and guacamole on the side to make the Cuban into a Hawaiian. (Highly recommended by the way, the pineapple was hot, juicy, and delicious - really added to the flavor.) There is some nice seating next to the truck, and I imagine the lights will create a nice atmosphere at night. They take credit cards, Apple Pay, etc. which you can't say for several other food trucks in the area. We got the Jamaica and Horchata, and bother were good. The Jamaica was a bit watered down, but still refreshing. We will definitely be back at some point!

Fantastic food truck in SW Huntsville - the service is friendly (no need to worry about any language barriers) and the food comes out fast! We had a torta al pastor and pastor “garbage fries”. Can’t wait to try the pambazos and some of the other meats. Unlike many other local food trucks that are cash-only, Taco King accepts cards, and you can even order online for pickup.

Very please with our experience, fresh hand made tortillas , the tacos were close bite to what you can get in the streets in Mexico , friendly and fast service , I definitely recommend it as they have a array of food to please most everyone they can also accommodate dietary needs upon request .

Got the Torta al Gusto with AL Pastor, some of each mild/hot sauce, not disappointed! So good! The horchata is awesome too 😀 very reminiscent of tortas in Juarez, but bigger (half of it was eaten before the picture 😅 )
Thought we'd be waiting awhile, but everything was ready fast; OH and nice small touch was added, they tape the straw to your beverage cup for easy travel. No crushed or bent straw :)

I’ve been here twice now. I’ve tried their tacos dorados and now their quesadillas. Food comes out quick food is fresh and authentic and a good portion. Staff are friendly. I’m so happy there’s another authentic Mexican truck in town. You will not regret your visit here.

Very fast service. The food was delicious. I'm glad they moved to South Parkway because now it's convenient for us. We needed something new in the area. We will be visiting frequently to try other things.

Was driving by, noticed the food truck for the first time, turned around, and gave it a shot. Glad I tried it. It was yummy, and reasonably priced for the size of the meal.

Very disappointed after ordering what had become my favorite al Pastors, only to discover unfamiliar ingredients/substitutions making the tacos appear even bigger than usual. Fruit pieces and excessive amount of fat/pork skin. Although, I'd visiting a couple of times prior. I had a sense that I'd been singled out for this bait and switch scheme. $30 for 4 tacos including a 15% tip. Customers Beware.
I'll never return or recommend.😔

Was excited to try this food truck with all the good reviews. But sad to say will not get food from them again. We got two taco salads. The shells were delicious, but that’s where it ends. The fixings were typical of any other place. But the meat was terrible. The chicken was very tough, ended up throwing that out and putting some chicken I had at home with it. And the steak meat was very tough as well as chewy. So unfortunately we will not try it again. 5 stars for the shells, but zero stars for the meat.

I've been trying out different items on the menu and everything has been good but tonight I had the birria tacos and my goodness. Now thats the best thing I've had in a long time from ANYWHERE. Bravo!

First off the food was the greatest thing I've ever had in my life (I got the street tacos 2 with asada and 2 with chorizo)
The man in the truck was the NICEST guy ever and just super polite
And it's just a nice little place and that man put his soul into my food and I can tell cause these things are making me cry at how good they are

I'd give 6 star, everything is incredible, street tacos are so on point! Burrito Supreme is my favorite so far, only 3 stops so far and will probably be there 2 times a week if I can. Our whole shop loves it, maybe we will use them as a catering soon if offered even.

That one star review is out of line, they do cut the steak very fine so it gets better seasoning, you can taste its steak! Big props to owner offering a meal to her, hope he goes and changes to 5 star as it should be!

I would select zero stars if possible. WARNING for anyone ordering azada (steak) tacos, it is not steak but ground beef. My husband ordered 8 tacos in total (6 azada, 2 pork) and when I saw the azada tacos weren't steak I returned to the food truck where 3 guys working insisted that is was steak and not ground beef and shut the window on me.
