Such a cool place and the staff is amazing! Very very friendly and kept coming by to give napkins and clear our tables. Just amazing service.

Food is very good however I was thrown off by the chicken on my salad, it almost looks like fish the way it’s cut and laid on the salad. It was still good though!

Chips are thin and crispy which I loved. Margarita was very refreshing for the hot day it was. We absolutely adored Taco Mama!!

Spencer and his night crew on Sunday evening were amazing. The food is incredible and you have wonderful leftovers. We had ordered something not fully understanding what it was and he took care of us like it were himself. This will definitely be our new spot. Appreciate yall.

Hey so, why doesn’t every place nail service like this one does?

Food is amazing but the staff is more amazing! Every part from opening the door to anticipating needing a high chair outside for our kiddo. Let me go back and say the food is amazing, the chips
Crunch perfectly and the queso is the kind you want to take home and eat more of. The taco crunch also spectacular.

If you like a lot of food that tastes great and isn't a huge ding on your wallet, can't go wrong with Taco Mama. We have been to this one and the one in Jones Valley, and both places have amazing staff. The food tastes great and you get a lot. It's not the best Mexican food, but it is very good especially for the cost vs what you get. Highly recommend Taco Mama.

We visited Taco Mama in the late morning at one location and again in the late afternoon before getting back in the road to Atlanta. They did not disappoint and had the best service, servers, food, and attitude that made the visits pleasant and refreshing. A top rated establishment with great food.

Great food. It's well priced for how big of portions they give you. I often eat half of the meal for lunch the next day. It’s pretty easy to customize what kind of meal you want. I get a customized shredded chicken quesadilla with several toppings (inside). The service is always excellent, and does a great job. I highly recommend eating at Taco Mama for lunch or dinner. Most importantly, great queso.

First time eating at this place and we absolutely LOVED it! We got steak and barbacoa burrito bowls with so much toppings on it. Chips were thin and light and refreshing with many options of salsa dips that comes with the burrito bowl. Flavors of the meat were so good! Not the typical taco place. Come give it a try!

We went there with friends. It was so incredibly loud. We were yelling to be heard. The food was good and so was the service. Do not recommend if you want to have a conversation. Next time we will eat outside.

The food is great and healthy. It will come out very quick after ordering. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for and the customer service is excellent in comparison to anywhere i’ve been. You are asking numerous times for refills and if you need anything while you are eating. Everyone is super friendly and I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

Great mid range Mexican or Tex-Mex place. I appreciate that the staff were attentive to allergies and my friends service dog without causing additional fuss. The interior was crowded and noisy so we sat outside, but the weather was perfect for that. Good food, good people, just lacking a couple of basic accessibility Features like an accessible allergy menu online, and making things a little less crowded to make it easier for Kane users and wheelchair users to navigate. They also did not offer any kind of rail or large print menu. That great place. I had enough food to bring my leftovers home for the next day.

I ordered this, and it was awesome. It was a TON of food. This plate had some weight on it! All of the toppings were free. The service was hospitable, which is rare these days if you ask. Money well spent!

Food is decent, I still prefer chipotle. The prices are way too high here. For just a burrito it's $16...Need more hot sauces & spices. Nothing is hot enough. Too expensive when chipotle is 5-6 less and better.

Their build a taco, burrito, and nachos are amazing. The amount of food they give you is insane. I never can finish. I also order a side of street corn for myself, delicious. I have tried a couple of their drinks, they were all good. You really can't go bad here.

Tried this place for the first time. It was lunch time and packed. Young girl at the door was sweet and talked to me while I waited even got me something to drink.

I ordered a barbacoa burrito and would give it a 8/10 it should have been hotter so the cheese could actually be melted. If they would have put the burrito on a grill after to also give a crunch it would have been a solid 10. It was juicy but that made the wrap soggy.
I would go back though and try something else. Good atmosphere

Got a 2 taco combo . A softshell fried fish taco and an original hard shell ground beef taco. Fried fish taco lacked in fried fish and was overpowered by the avacado and cream sauce. I also feel it didn't have much slaw on it. The ground beef taco was a little bland lacking in seasoning and not enough lettuce for my liking. Nice thin tortilla chips and the salsa was pretty good tasting fresh. Nice place. Fast friendly service.

First time I ever went my chips were insanely stale. I let it go. My 2nd time which was tonight my tacos were insanely dry and there was almost no meat. To top it off my queso was half hard. Manager was sweet and had it fixed. Then I decide to order a burrito for my dad. I asked for the bbq sauce to be on the side not on the burrito and put queso on the burrito. Neither was done. The ONLY reason I put 2 stars instead of one is because that manager has amazing customer service. But I wasn’t about to go back a 3rd time to have them fix my dads order

Perfect place to grab some Tex mex! I always build my own salad here, and I’m never disappointed. Fresh ingredients and big portion sizes. Their tofu is marinated perfectly and absolutely DELICIOUS - well worth a try even if you’re not a vegetarian! Their barbacoa is delicious too!

Food was great not enough seating the staff tried their best to accommodate but the location is just small for the lunch traffic in downtown with the hospital and Publix all the construction going on around. Overall great food longer than wanted standing in line to order.

Confusing place. No one and no signs saying to take a seat or wait to be seated or how to place an order. You pay for your food before you get it AND it's not cool that you are expected to pay the tip before you are serviced. Food was brought to the table very quickly (less than 5 mins) after it was ordered and was room temperature. The cheese dip was as thin as water & taste like it had soap or some type of chemical that didn't belong in it. There were no eating utensils, no napkins and no drinks brought to table. When asked where our water was the man pointed at the place where you get sodas. Four employees standing behind and beside counter socializing with each other. No one came and asked how the food was. Had to get up and go ask for a to go box and stood there for a long time at the counter and was completely ignored by the 4 employees standing around socializing with each other. I finally interrupted them and asked for the to go box. EXPENSIVE for what you get. I won't be back.

My favorite thing is the build your own bowl with all the toppings you want! I get the steak for meat and try the cilantro lime vinaigrette with it! And I load it up with the extra toppings. 😍

Spontaneously found this place on a whim visiting someone in the Huntsville Hospital and I’m so glad we stopped in. We were starving and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the food. Massive portions at a great price with tasty margaritas and a trendy atmosphere. If we are ever back in the area, we will be coming back and will recommend to anyone we know visiting. I got two tacos and my partner had a burrito. My tacos were okay, a bit unflavored. I soaked them in hot sauce to make up for it. My partners burrito was horrid though, flavorless and falling apart. It was a destroyed soggy mess.

But the service was so amazing, everyone is so nice and the food comes out very quick!

Outstanding service! My company had a catering order for 40 people from another restaurant fall through due to car issues with the delivery driver, and Taco Mama came in to save the day with a super quick turn around! I called hoping they could throw something together and they ended up going above and beyond and having a 40-person taco bar ready to pick up in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Taco Mama.

This taco mama has indoor and outdoor seating and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The weather was perfect today so we got an outside table. The road is lightly trafficked which made it quite pleasant. Sitting indoors can be a bit loud when busy, but still worth the experience.

Excellent as always, Taco Mama did not fail to deliver. I got their Taco Basket with the Sizzler Taco and the Mama’s Chorizo taco, with Quedo as my side of choice. Food was out within only minutes of ordering and everything was fresh and hot. The chorizo taco is full of flavor and the sizzler’s steak was good and was tender enough to be bitten apart unlike most steak I’ve had at other Mexican restaurants. My only complaint is the size of the hard tacos which ends up with you getting almost half the amount of filling as its soft-taco counterpart.

Great food, always fast! Only complaint is the overly attentive staff can get a little overwhelming. Every time I’ve been here for lunch I am approached a minimum of 5 times at my table by an employee asking if I need anything. I get they’re trying to be nice and do their job but it feels very excessive when I’m trying to enjoy a quiet lunch. If I wanted that attentive of service I would go to a restaurant with table service and not fast casual but I appreciate the thought behind it
