New location. This Taqueira Los Arrieros food truck was located off of Wall Triana in an empty lot. Looks like they setup new location. It’s right before Pine Grove and just a little bit after Wall Triana Animal Hospital.

The food was excellent. I had their tacos and it was packed with meat and lots of flavor. I’ll be coming back for sure.

A solid option for tacos in an area of Madison with slightly less dense traffic -- not bad!

This truck is a dark orange color and parks in a corner of a gas station, though I can't remember the specific brand of gas station as that didn't stand out to me much.

I had sopes with chicken for lunch, while boyfriend opted for chicken tacos. I've heard that you can get two meats on your taco orders, but that wasn't offered to us and I'm too shy to ask, haha. So chicken it was.

Food was out fairly quickly, despite there being two orders ahead of mine. I would say that it was good, but not remarkable. Bear in mind that I don't typically eat much Mexican food, though, so my tastes are far from expert.

That being said, I don't see this food as being too different in taste, ingredients, or presentation than the food from the popular El Cazador trucks and restaurants that are more populous in the Huntsville area. Perhaps the sopes from this place went a little bit heavier on the toppings -- more lettuce, more beans, and a bit more chicken. I would also say that the salsas are a bit hotter here. Ultimately, however, I prefer El Cazador. I like the seasoning they use on the chicken a little bit more, but mostly I feel like the masa rounds from El Cazador have crispier edges and softer insides, which I personally prefer. Boyfriend said his tacos were good.

This place is worth your consideration if you're in the area!

The food is very authentic and absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the asada meat was tender and juicy. The service is friendly and the food came out fast and hot. I will definitely be back for my Mexican food craving fix!

Para empezar fuimos con mucha hambre a probar algo nuevo (food truck) y pedimos 3 ordenes de 4 tacos de birria y una torta, 1 horchata que sabia a agua con canela ningun sabor, pagamos $50 y tanto. Tida la orden salio en 3 o 4 minutos para mi sorpresa, Al llegar a la casa los tacos sin sabor y de la cantidad de carne ni hablar, la torta era solo unas tiritas de carne y lechuga. For years, this magnificent food truck has delivered consistent quality: fat, well seasoned burritos with exceptional red and green hot sauces to accompany them. Highly recommend! We had the Pollo Asado, enchiladas (beef), and bean/cheese burritos. Everything was fresh and delicious. Much better than the brick and mortar Mexican restaurants in the area.

When I want street tacos or burritos this is the only place I go to. I’ve tasted so many different places and Their the best in Alabama and Tennessee! Their burritos are well balanced always. You know how when you get a burrito and some may put too much rice or beans and and it throws off the whole taste, in all the times I’ve gotten the burritos here they’ve always been perfect.

My favorite taco truck in the area! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017! Their elote (corn in a cup) is better than a lot of places’ elotes. I love their sopes - I’ve only ever tried them at this place. They’re usually quick and nice. Everyone has had to raise their prices because of the pandemic and inflation unfortunately. However, they were really cheap before, so I think they’re still definitely worth it now. I love their red salsa - has an actual kick to it which is great!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Ended up coming for lunch, and dinner. The food was incredible. Tacos, Burrito, and Quesadilla were all phenomenal, and all the different meats we tried were mouthwatering. There was a mix-up with my order, which resulted in them making more food than I wanted. The man running the truck was nice about it, and ended up giving me the extra food they prepared free of charge.

I was in Madison for a work trip and just happen to see this truck. Steak burrito was very good. Enjoyed the pickled veggies, and the sauces they provided were great also. I'll swing by anytime I'm in Madison.

I don’t throw the word “best” around very often. But these were the best street tacos I’ve personally ever eaten and I’ve eaten a lot of them. Why have I never been here? I had 2 carnitas, 1 chicken, and 1 pastor. I can’t decide which one was best. The red and green salsas paired perfectly. The flavor and tenderness of the meat were awesome. I’ll be back…a lot.

Absolute, hands down, best Mexican food in all of Madison and maybe the surrounding area as well. A co-worker took me here for the 1st time several months ago and I was extremely skeptical because most Mexican food I've had in the Madison/Huntsville area over the last 11 years has been in the mediocre to horrible range. This place was just amazing and has renewed my faith in humanity. When my California and Arizona family come to visit this is where I will be taking them, no question.

Best Mexican food in Madison. I have pulled up at 9 on a weeknight and seen five or six cars picking up to-go orders. Not for those who think Mexican food requires chips and salsa and a bowl of queso. Everything on the menu rocks, but I go for the burritos.

Where do I start? All these years I have been just passing this hidden gem and now I am utterly ruined! I had the beef steak tacos and they were everything that I was craving. They taste better than the tres tacos I had at Top Golf. I was not disappointed and the customer service is excellent.

I have eaten here for many years and the food has always been good! However when l ordered today l was very disappointed with my food and service. I wanted chicken plate with bone-in chicken and rice not some kind of diced up chicken it was not what l wanted and it did not taste good at all. What a waste of time and money.

We come here about once a week and honestly cannot stay away. Service is always quick and consistent. The tacos are simple but PACKED with flavor! My personal favorite meat is the cabeza because it is so tender. A must-try if you're in Madison!

This was so delicious! Really authentic good Mexican food. If we were to compare the taco trucks in Huntsville I’d say this is the best one I’ve eaten at. Beats Taqueria Cazador which WAS my go to but not anymore 😍

Great quality of food that some would consider a lil pricey (~8 dollars for the tacos), but the ability to any meat in any dish expands the menu exponentially.
