Moe's Southwest Grill

I ordered a steak bowl today and used my reward points. It was made very well and the front store worker, Bella, was very polite and made my order to perfection. I highly recommend not only the restaurants food but also Bella’s service. Wonderful job!

The crew did awesome! They really helped me out with my rewards. I got through the line pretty fast and the food was very good and flavorful. Quick plus, the restaurant itself looked great! I will definitely be coming back!

Food is consistently of the same taste and quality. Good mix of seasoned, capable employees and new hires without a clue. Still one of the better quick-serve chains.

This is a nice Southwest Grill. I like their chips and salsa and special bowl for a good meal. The staff is nice and the prices are reasonable. The site feels clean and nice for eat in or take out.

Cool if want a barrioti guess. But not if you want chips and queso and burrito. Now this is my fault for checking. But I orderd a cup of queso and chips online. Had my neice pick it up. This is what I got. Barely any chips and no queso. I expect this from Taco Bell. Thank You.

I spent $40 on 3 bowls yesterday at the Schillinger Rd location and was very disappointed. I'm convinced I was served frozen meat with my bowls. The meat was rubbery and tasteless. The bowls in general needed more flavor. I'll stick with Chipotle henceforth.

I have no problems with everything as a whole.
I just find the burritos too big and would gladly pay and may even come back more often if i could get a smaller burrito size.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE 1 PM CREW TODAY! We came in and we were greeted with a nice, warm WELCOME TO MOES! The service was great from start to finish. The food was spectacular. Everyone was so friendly. The guy in the blue polo was a star! You definitely get more of a bite for your buck! Love my local Moe’s!

MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RUDE, THEY HAVE A SO CALL POLICY TO WHERE YOU CAN NOT CANCEL NOR REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.THEY ALSO STATE THAT THEY DO NOT REMAKE FOOD EVEN IF ITS MADE INCORRECTLY SAYING THAT WE DO NOT WASTE PRODUCT. I love this location. They give you your money's worth and do it kindly. The only problem I have with them is that it takes so so so long to get your food. The lines are bad. There's nothing wrong with waiting, and they have amped up their workers, but you have to find efficiency.

It was my first time trying food from here and it was absolutely amazing. I got the homewrecker burrito and it was better than I expected it to be. Food was made fast and they make it right. Price wasn't bad, very convenient location and it's not a bad place to try especially if you like burritos. 10/10

I rarely give out 5 stars for anything, but this location of Moe's earned it. The servers were cordial, helpful, patient, organized, fast and generous with the portions. The food was great-tasting and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was a wonderful birthday lunch for my wife. We will definitely be back.

Horrible service, taco meat like soup only made with grease. I brought it to the guys attention,he said nothing,and just dipped it on the shells anyway, stale chips, clumpy cold queso.
30.00.
Could've had a burger instead. Would've been better, and cheaper.
This is the schillinger Rd location in mobile.
I don't recommend this place, service, or food.

They were super busy and so it took a little longer than normal but that was expected. The only thing I would have changed was getting the bottom of the rice and the black beans. Other than that we love Moe's and will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I have gotten the Moes burrito combo two Moes Monday’s in a row and they do not disappoint!! The steak is soo GOOD and the cup of cheese ( not side ) is SO worth it for 2 people. 10/10 I would eat this every Monday, such a great deal!!

Great place for any meal. Employees are nice, sometimes traffic can be a problem getting into the parking lot, but overall, a good experience. Just wish they had outlets at at least a few of the tables when your phone is running low

Sub par Southwest food at best, and pricey at that. $17 for three of their tacos with chips and a drink...not worth it. Literally comparable to Taco Bell quality, at twice the price.

I like the food at Moe's, but I wanted to let customers know that the Moe's on Schillinger DOES NOT do curbside. I know the app offers it and that Moe's has a curbside parking spot out front, but I assure you they do not. I've tried it several times now, and they never come out. Once I even called, and still no one came out. I always end up having to go in and get it, and it's always just sitting there with the pickup orders.

I love moes! The best deal if you are feeding 3 or more is the nacho family meal. It's $30 and includes 2 large quesos and all the fixins. If you buy 3 meals (even 2 adults and 1 kids meal) and queso, it will be 30 or more. Moes is delicious plus you get free chips and salsa!

Went to different ones in Florida that were absolutely amazing tasting but went to this one on schillinger it's absolutely disgusting gave me bad diarrhea and looked nasty and was nasty didn't even put sour cream on my stack thing after I asked. Never will be back

Super disappointed in the Schillinger location. My husband and I walked in on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Had about 8 people in front of us. No big deal. We don’t mind waiting. However, staff was incredibly slow. They fulfilled probably 10 to-go orders before helping anyone in line. I watched as new to-go orders printed out and were taken care of before any of the customers inside. After 25 minutes, with 2 people still in front of us, my husband and I left. We would have at least appreciated someone saying “we will be with you shortly” or “sorry about the wait” but none came. The college aged students behind the counter were incredibly slow, not friendly, and didn’t interact with anyone. As someone who worked in the food service industry for 4 years while in college, I understand what it’s like but they were very unprofessional. Disappointed since we had not had Moes in almost 2 years and couldn’t wait to eat it. Probably be another 2 years before we ever go back. Don’t waste your time. Go to Taco Mama instead.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Horrible!!!! Beef crispy tacos were greasy and nothing but mush. Had to use a spoon. Bowl was supposed to be xtra steak got hamburger meat. Just a pile of mush. Tacos not wrapped separately but squished together in foil. No dinner for us adults tonite but at least we salvaged enough for my 5 yr old grand bb. Hence the 1 star.
