Worst Moes I ever ate. My bowl was soup and so salty I couldn’t even eat it. This will be my last trip here there food has really gone down hill but the employees were nice.

Just ordered a burrito charged me for queso didn't even put it in my burrito the most miniscule amount of portions the burrito was smaller than my hand. Disappointed isn't even the word for it after spending over 30 dollars on 2 burritos no drinks or anything 😂 and that worker was absolutely not interested in being there 🫣

Enjoy the food here but I'm disappointed that they have recently upgraded the interior by removing chairs and tables for stationary bar-height stools and tables. This has significantly reduced accessibility for those who are unable to sit in fixed seating due disabilitity or comfortability. Disappointed in this decision as not one single table set was left.

My nephew and I went in to eat. Everything we asked for was responded with “that’ll be extra.” A side of rice for a quesadilla was served in a 1oz. Sauce cup, I asked for a large “that’ll be extra.” The queso was thin and bland. I ordered a large to split. I went back to ask for a cup to divide the queso for sharing and was told I’d have to pay $1 for a medium PAPER cup, all after spending $40+ on the worst meal I’ve ever had. The rice was old and stuck to the serving warmer, the chicken was dry and tough. And both tea brewing stations were missing their lids. I’ve worked food service, I know what it takes. These kids are doing the bare minimum at best and have no idea how to handle the public. We won’t be back.

Rice was uncooked and hard in burrito but they apparently don’t do refunds. Super sad because I love the Moe’s on schillinger! Definitely look at going to one of the other ones instead!

I would rate this a Zero if I could. I just picked up my Steak Nacho takeout from Moes Tillman Corner that was just awful. The complete meal with fixings was completely cold. The steak was tuff and cold as if they had just taken it out of the refrigerator. Will not go back!

01/13/2024 @ 1230 pm. Moes staff today was vibing so well. Great customer service and atmosphere. These young peoole will do well in life. I did not get their names but man they did such q good job. They had me pumped before i left the place. 10/10 today. Keep it up!

Ordered delivery for my staff for lunch today. When we received the order multiple meals were incorrect, one included guacamole that the employee is allergic to. The receipt was attached to the bag and it was even highlighted “no guacamole” one was also highlighted “no rice” but had rice. Called the location and the manager asked if we wanted a refund or remake the food. I’m a healthcare manager over a busy office with sick patients, of course we wanted the food because we weren’t able to take an actual lunch break. One of my employees returned to the location for me (because I am on crutches due to an ankle injury). I I wrote on the receipt the things to be corrected on each meal. The manager kept the original receipt. When the employee returned the meals were still incorrect. I returned to the location and the manager stated “I was told I shouldn’t have remade them for you anyway”. I asked to speak to the manager (at the time I didn’t know it was her). She said she was the manager. So then I asked “who told you you shouldn’t remake the order”. She said another manager at another office. I tried to contact corporate. Tried to contact the district manager. I had the online order showing what we ordered which was not what we got. The manager started completely ignoring me, refused to give me back the original receipt with the highlighted items saying she didn’t have it. Manager refused to give us a refund. I have sent photos of the food, and online order receipt to the BBB. Very sad because, we love Moes and we do lots of catering with them and will not any longer. The other employees were great and trying to assist but the manager offered no resolution.

As a frequent Moe’s enthusiast, I have visited over 50+ stores in multiple states. This is by far the best store I have encountered. From
The cleanliness of the two Coke freestyle machines to the salsa stations. Fresh food and immaculate service. I order the stack. This comes with inherent risks varying from store to store. The moment he cut my stack with the pizza cutter by gently pressing it to prevent ripping the stack, I knew this place was different. My stack was swaddled in tin foil and I shed a tear. This store sets the bar extremely high and I will be back. The manager who floats between stores on the gulf coast with blonde hair who started at the Spanish fort location (I think his name is Jacob?) takes his job very seriously and it does not go unnoticed. 10/10

We have eaten at Moe's in the past, and it's always been good. This time, the staff was more worried about goofing off than serving the customers. The food was dried out and overcooked, and the chips tasted like they were stale. This was not worth the money we spent!!!!

I placed an order through the app and was a couple minutes early and it was already waiting for me. Service was friendly and quick and I got exactly what I had ordered. The portions here are good for the price and the quality and taste are great. I don't know why this place doesn't have more customers. If I lived closer, I think I'd go here to eat every other day or so.

This blows chipotle away in my opinion. My husband was having an extremely bad day (several tours in the war and dealing with the va). I don't know the manager's name but she looks like Fiona from Shameless. She was great! I would highly recommend this location. I would drive all the way from Wilmer to eat here.

I am absolutely baffled by the poor quality of this meal - I paid $50 for an order from Moe’s on Uber Eats after a 13 hour drive halfway across country, to receive an order that not only was missing an item, but included those that were cold and too small. The items do not look like the images posted on Uber Eats, arrived cold, and did not include the chips and salsa my partner ordered. I’m unsure how Moe’s is still in business - truly. I hadn’t had it years and wanted to give it a shot, but learned my lesson and will never again. Absolutely terrible. Didn’t include a picture because the only one I took was of the meal in the trash.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Walked in started my order, and as i went there were empty holders. I asked for onions and peppers wish there were none, as well as bacon. They cooked some more and when I got home there was no bacon. Also asked for chicken and they scraped the bowl giving me small old pieces. Season rice was very salty smh come on moes!

Moe's Burrito Bowls are my favorite thing to get when we want something on the go. I can have a real combination of vegetables with black beans, and I choose a small amount of meat with cheese and some sour cream...and don't forget the cilantro! Yummy!
The servers are always friendly and helpful!

The girls was supper sweet but i won’t be going back! I got a veggie bowl n it’s policy that you get half of a scoop of everything that you are wanting (rice & beans together don’t even cover the bottom of the bowl). The bowl they give you should be cut in half because of the portion size they give you unless you pay for a whole scoop.

The food is good! Generally big portions. The staff is nice enough. The chipotle ranch sauce makes everything 50% better tasting. Every order comes with free chips and salsa! Big tip: their mobile app/online ordering is the way to go!! All sorts of promos and cash back if you frequently go to Moe's and my order is always ready in 10 minutes or less

The good first: the food was what you'd expect from Moe's and we got what we paid for. Now for the not so good: As we walked in the door we were not greeted with the typical "Welcome to Moe's!" that is synonymous with entertaining a Moe's. We should have taken the hint and eaten elsewhere. There were 3 staff members in the restaurant and only one person in line being served. We waited at the end of the counter to place our order. After several minutes of waiting, one of the staff stopped chopping vegetables and came over to take our order. She wasn't rude but was obviously bothered to have had to stop what she was doing. Orders placed and food served we found a relatively clean table in the almost deserted restaurant...no obvious trash left on it, but it had not been wiped down in recent history. Then to get our drinks only to find out there was no ice. As we ate no other patrons came in and the staff gathered in a booth to chit chat, rather than filling the ice, cleaning the tables or floors. We won't be back.

My service was horrible my food had hair on the bowl. Then they refused to refund me my money back after I spent $36 for some hair. I will never eat again And Tessa as the manager was not helpful. Nobody has on hair nets working around open food. That’s nasty.

Food on the steam table was not hot and much of it was old and stuck to the pan. The servers looked disgusted and were unaccommodating. Even the chips and salsa tasted funky. Had to throw it out. Won't go back.

Two of the staff were physically touching and making inappropriate comments towards each other…. Not sure if they were dating, but either way I was uncomfortable. Not to mention, the food was cold and had little to no flavor. I won’t be making an appearance back here, and I would warn people with kids do the same.

I went in Moe's at 6:43pm to order a steak bowl. The corn looked old and dry so I asked the young lady did they have some fresh corn she said yes ma'am so another lady walked up and she was serving the veggies so I asked her for some fresh corn she told me that this was All they had. I knew that she was lying. I took my order and went on my Merry way. Moe's train your workers to tell the truth. There are a lot of restaurants in Tillmans corner and I decided to come there.

Every time I order from this place the service is trash my order is wrong and the manager never corrects the issue when addressed. The portions of the food isn't the same as before but the prices have went up! No more "Moe's"

The staff was not friendly. They only lettuce and Pico available for toppings. I waited for them to try and grill bell peppers. They were still raw. I will not return this location. I have now come to this location three times and each time service was horrible.
