I ordered three bowls from Chipotle today off Doordash when I received my food none of the bowls had corn in them like they were SUPPOSED TO. One bowl was almost empty literally barely had any food in it and on top of that they didn’t put my chips in my bag which I paid for and the second bowl was mostly rice.

Service is slow, we waited 20 minutes in line to get to the foodlineto order and it is clearly not clean. It is managed poorly based on the cleanliness. The grill was filthy. Several of the items were out. No one has on hair nets with one lady with braids turned around and her hair went in the food. We love chipotle but we will never be back to this one. I didn't even mention the attitude but I guess I will…If you Dont want to work, stay at home or closed the business!

Go here 1-2x a month. This is the second time we’ve been in here and they run out of veggies when they took our order. Already waited 20 min. When you ask for them to make some, attitude is given. Managed poorly around lunch (first experience of them running out) and 5pm (the second time). Food line isn’t cleaned. I felt bad for the girl today, taking the order bc it wasn’t her, it was people she had to ask to give us customers a good experience that snapped at her. Needless to say, we left. I won’t be back. I will go to Moe’s.

It was really busy but the employees took their name and made sure my order was accurate and prepared correctly. Ordering for 5 people can be hard sometimes. I felt like the only customer that mattered at the time from the first person that started the food to the cashier.
The tables were clean and the food was amazing and the bowl was a generous helping

This location is hidden off from the main hwy but accessible and inviting once you see plenty of parking to choose. The store is well kept with plenty of store help in site 👍

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, unfortunately, Montgomery only has one. I usually go in the evening around 7. Every single time there is a 10 minute wait on food and a long line. The serving counter and restaurant in generally is not clean. We could not even sit down to eat because the tables were dirty. Very disappointed.

I arrived and was told to give them a second while they restocked. I waited for about 20 minutes while the restaurants line filled up till it was outside. When they told me they were ready to take my order i wanted a kids taco for my daughter. They told me they were out of soft taco shells and hard ones. Meaning no quesadilla or tacos so there was no way to order a kids meal. I decided i would stop and get something else for my daughter then I decided to order. They were out of steak, brisket, sofritas, and veggies. What options did I have other than Barbacoa. They said they were cooking more chicken so I couldn’t even order that. This is the worst experience i’ve had at chipotle and I’m a constant customer. I understand they could be out of ingredients but they could have informed the entire line while we waited for 20 minutes. The employees all had an attitude when I complained because I wasted 20 minutes. It was as simple as letting the customers know they were out of basically everything. I will never waste my time coming here again. This location was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting.

Overall, the food is good, but when I went on this past Saturday, the lady that was finishing up making my burrito some of the stuff was inside of my burrito came out and landed on the countertop; and she scooped it up with her hand ( she had her gloves on), and put it back in my burrito. That’s very unsanitary, because I don’t know when the last she changed her gloves and when the countertop was last cleaned.🤢🤢

Today was a great day at one of my favorite spots, Chipotle. The food was absolutely great. I enjoyed the Chicken Burrito Bowl. It was awesome. The shift supervisor Deshawn and his staff noticed I was limping, so they let me sit down and brought my food to me. The food ingredients were fresh and seasoned and very flavorful. I really enjoyed everything. I loved the organic lemonades and the Aqua Fresca juice beverages. Plenty of healthy options at this place and I will definitely dine again...

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Most times, the drink station is utter chaos. The line is 30-40 minutes max no matter the time of day. The food line is constantly messy and there is a new turnover of staff each week. I’ve had to leave this location numerous times because you will wait 20 minutes and be at the same place in line. Unfortunately this is the only location this city so I guess I just won’t eat chipotle. Just awful.

Arrived 5 minutes before they opened. My girlfriend and I were 2nd in line. Once we got to the counter, we were told there was no steak ready and Itd be a 10 minute wait. He asked to me step aside and wait, no problem. About 5 people shortly after me get in line all wanting steak, they step aside with me. After about 15-20 minutes, the steak comes out. Figured now was my time to get my meal. No, he serves all the other people before me. Seeing as the server was black and all the patrons he served before me were also black, I couldn't help but feel that some other alterior method was at play considering my lighter skin tone. Couldn't help but notice both my girlfriend and I had much lower portions as well.

Came to this location around 9:20 pm and they had signs on their doors saying that they were only accepting mobile orders due to being understaffed. We took a few minutes to order and put it to be done at 9:40 pm, the fastest time they had available in the app. We stood in the place for 20 minutes (10 minutes after the order was supposed to have been done) and observed the following:

There were 8 employees that we could see, and both of us being former Chipotle employees, we knew they should’ve sent people home rather than saying they were understaffed.

Everybody was moving in slow motion. Even the person cleaning up the lobby wasn’t doing it in a timely manner. They stood around and talked with the other employees and called out a few names to where nobody could understand.

When we got our food, all that was in our bowls were 3 items each. Rice, protein, and 1 of the toppings we each requested. No signs were up and the person we talked to about our order didn’t say anything about the things they were out of.

I am beyond appalled at the work of this Chipotle. We have had a sub par experience from them multiple times, but this takes the cake. If there was a single manager inside, they need to be fired. Almost no work was being done with there being 8 people working in the establishment.

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. I should’ve cancelled the order and gotten my money back like my boyfriend wanted, but I had hope the food would still be good despite the wait. But alas, I was wrong. We had to add on stuff we had at home to make our bowls even feel and look full.

Just like most other locations in Montgomery the staff has to be held at gunpoint to do half of their job. Which is to say 'cleaning'. I don't blame them however, they are simply allowed to get away with this behavior. I blame management. The dining area is putrid at all times of the day, any day of the week and the owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves. Every customer that needs to sit down has to first clean their own table off and kick food scraps away from the tables. If this is the best they can do for the front of house, imagine how disgusting their back of house practices must be. Hope that something gets done.

Is it me or is Chipotle food going down? I haven't been in awhile so maybe my taste buds are off. I ended up throwing the majority of my food away. I ordered chicken bowl with cilantro lime rice with fajita veggies. Along with a side of their famous vinaigrette. I also a side of roasted chili corn salsa. Everything looked good. After checking out, I went to get a fork for my meal since I was going to work to eat my food. No forks. Why? But I did get a spoon. This is going to be good. No flavor to the chicken. Added my vinaigrette to my bowl and was basically spitting out my food. Who in the hell changed the vinaigrette to this sweet crap. My roasted chili corn salsa was some frozen yellow corn kernels that never saw a grill or any heat what so ever. Chipotle is passing off this horrible crap as food. Money down the crapper for this crap. I can now sell my shares because this ship has been grounded.

Food was fine. Service was terrible. I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have to wait. When I walked in my order was all ready (as in made and ready to go) but there was only 1 employee in the place that could verify my order. That employee decided to make 6 more burritos while I stood there waiting. That's the whole reason I order on the app...so I don't have to wait while the employees make 6 other burritos. I asked another employee to help me and he said that's not my job. Not the cleanest Chipolte I have been in as there was food on the floor and tables.

My girlfriend and I went to chipotle at 9:00 the to go station was broken down and everyone and their food was on top of each others. I came here for the first time this week. The portion sizes were good if you ask for double meat, but I kind of felt like the burrito artist did not give very good portions. I got a double steak burrito and my wife got a double chicken salad. The workers moved the line quickly and we were eating quickly. I wish there was an option to not have cilantro in my rice as I am one of the soap people.

I also wish that the burritos weren't so expensive. I feel like I can get the same thing at a similar place for less money with more meat.

I have definitely not been impressed with this Chipotle location the past two visits. The first incident was getting my order wrong and not being able to get anyone on the phone at the location to correct it. The second incident was yesterday when I tried to use a QR code for my previously messed up order. I couldn't use it and the cashier was very rude about it. Okay so I must say chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants to eat from but my last experience wit this one in Eastchase was bad . I got home thinking I was about to get comfortable and eat. And 2 maybe 3 minutes into digging in the bowl. It was a string of hair in my food so my bf was maybe it’s your I was like it can’t be I have braids. So at that point my appetite was literally gon so I put it up and the next day I decided to rewarm my food so be4 eating I just kinda took my folk and was going though the food be4 taking a bit. A there it was more hair. I almost vomit everywhere. Just nasty but they never have hair nets on so I see why it was hair in my food. And the area where they fix the customers food is nasty it be food everywhere they don’t wipe it down. It be food all over the bottom of the bowls and the tops that they put on the bowl. Just disgusting they really need to do better. I haven’t been back in there since all the hair was in my food nd probably want be bck in there.

Loved coming here before today. It seems if you eat here it's a hit or miss .. and it depend which time you go . Every single time I go after 7 pm there is a problem . Wrong order after I put in on the app. There been a few times I went in person and they didn't have items..also a few times I went to go inside and the door is locked and they are only taking online orders. I don't want to do an online order if I am not sure they are out of something for me to wait around 15 mins just to be told oh no sour cream or no white rice. A month ago they didn't even make my order or call I got there for the guy to be like sorry we didn't make it because we are out of sour cream rice queso and chicken .so I said you have the number on the order and you could have just called . To say that before people get in the car and waste time and gas.

My second experience with Chipotle left much to be desired, despite opting for online ordering and delivery. Unfortunately, my bowl was not prepared according to my specifications, containing ingredients I explicitly omitted. This oversight is particularly concerning as it poses risks for individuals with food allergies.
Ensuring accurate food preparation is crucial to avoid disappointing experiences like mine and to retain customer loyalty. I urge the company to strengthen their employee training and adherence to instructions.

I normally do not post negative reviews but yesterday was such a huge frustration that I decided to put everything in writing. Last night, I decided to grab dinner from Chipotle (East Chase, Montgomery) around 8:10 pm, expecting a quick service despite noticing a fairly long queue upon arrival. With 7-10 employees behind the counter, one would assume efficiency, but that was far from what I experienced. The line barely moved for the first 10-15 minutes, a result of an oversight in protein preparation; both steak and chicken were unavailable, causing noticeable frustration among customers.

As the wait continued, the queue grew longer, and the staff’s communication did little to ease the situation, informing us of further shortages including corn, among other items, despite it only being 8 pm with their doors open till late. Not only was the service slow, but the cleanliness of the premises was also the poorest I’ve seen at any Chipotle, further diminishing the dining experience.

When I finally received my order after a 30-minute wait, the steak was undercooked, having a chewy and rubber-like texture. Most of the employees seemed disengaged, spending more time conversing among themselves than attending to customers.

This experience was a huge letdown for me as a loyal patron of the chain. The issues observed suggest a management problem at this location, with a clear lack of essential customer service skills. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in standards from a brand I’ve always enjoyed.

We went around 10 on Friday as a pit stop while traveling. The line was long, so it took a while for us to get food. No complaints about the food. It tasted like standard chipotle. It was warm, and nothing tasted burnt which has happened to me at another location in the past. I was glad that they weren’t out of anything that I wanted close to closing, but they were out of corn. They had already put up some of the chairs, but after working in food service, I understand.

Pitiful! One of the ABSOLUTE WORST locations for this chain. I have ordered from here quite a few times via the app, and EVEY single time I have been given consistently poor chipotle bowls. The chicken has no flavor, and they ABSOLUTELY FAIL at assembling the bowl correctly. It's always some half filled MEDIOCRITY that looks as tho it's been thrown together, which ALWAYS has something left out of the bowl, in this particular instance, my grilled veggies are NOWHERE IN SIGHT, they EVEN skimped on the Lettuce... Chipotle count your days…this happened on Friday March 22 when my coworkers ordered lunch. I just order chips and some guacamole which cost $4.50. All this time I’m just dipping my chips and eating my guacamole then something said look closely, boom there it is a hull with the sticker on it from the avocado. Just gross because are you all even cleaning the product. So I called to get compensated and the manager Samone offered some more guacamole or my money back but I had to bring the food back plus my receipt of purchased. Mind you I was back at work and I wasn’t about to drive back over there after I just left there. So that’s why I’m just going to go to Moe’s at least I don’t have to pay for chips there, lol!!

Friendly staff, but I was confused about sides for my tacos. The chicken was cooked with spices that were too much for me. Prices were higher than I thought warranted. The restaurant did need attention: trash, drink area, tables and floor.

The food was so good. Super fresh. Staff was very friendly. Only issue is that a small fountain drink is 3. And some change. That's too dang high. But other than that food itself is reasonable and delicious. And good for you. 9/10 and that's only due to the drink price.

Thank you for a great lunch! Our order for 6 people was fresh, hot, yummy, and perfectly accurate. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Stopped on our way for lunch during a road trip through I85.
The food was delicious and healthy. We got a kids quesadilla with carne asada and a veggie bowl with guac. Total cost was $15 and we couldn't finish the food between two people.
The line moved quickly even during lunch hour, and the employees were nice. The establishment was clean, but the knives and spoons were switched.
As other mentioned, the carne asada was a bit undercooked, but not too bad.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was clean, but the minimal environment is not inviting, and the seats are hard and uncomfortable. The food tasted good but for the amount the prices are too high even for the convenience of pick up.

Every dang time they are out of fajita veggies. It never fails. Why have something on the menu if you can’t keep the product in stock!? Better yet when I come pickup my order why not say you are out? I’d wait just to have it added to my bowl. Not to mention we get multiple bowls. So aggravating. DO BETTER!

The quantity’s are inconsistent from one bowl to the next. I asked for more chicken and they charged me $4 for “extra” it ended up being only a normal serving of my other bowl. The manager seemed to be in a rush to push me through and everything was sloppy! Really turned me off of the place, overall I’d say drive to Prattville where the service is better.

The worst customer service, I just ordered online and when I went to pick up, terrible service. The meal wasn't ready on time, and when I approached to inquire, the girl yelled at me, instructing me to wait elsewhere. It's disappointing when people have a bad day and project it onto others.

The food was good and plentiful. However, the place was filthy. The countertops and serving areas need to be wiped up regularly. The person taking the order acted like she didn't want to be there working. She was not friendly or kind.

Customer service is extremely poor. The food line had no ingredients from steak to rice. Had to wait approximately 13 additional mins for rice only to still be disappointed the food was over priced and not appetizing at all. This is the worst Chipotle location EVER!!!! It doesn't matter when I go or order online they ALWAYS SAY they are out of chips!!! On a few occasions I have ordered an entree' which comes with chips and I will order chips with salsa on the side. Well, in doing so I am charged for everything but won't recieve the chips or salsa. Then when I call to ask for the charges to be removed they tell me I need to call customer service for that. The workers I have come in contact with don't care and it shows. At the end of a 12-16 hour shift one of my few comforts is a hot meal made correctly and with a smile but not here. I'm glad I don't treat my patients the way they do customers.

Customer service was horrible. I waited for chicken to cook . When the chicken was ready there waa no brown rice or cheese. I was told if I wanted brown rice I would have to wait forty minutes. Employees acted as if they didn't care . They were standing around laughing and talking as if everything was okay. I will never go to that location again . I will drive to Prattville instead for now on.

came around 9:30 to be told they were completely out of both types of rice AND tortillas, and that rice would be a 45 minute wait minimum. saw an entire team pull up in a bus and they were all turned away as well. super disappointing. went in to check on rice 15 minutes later for them to say they wouldn’t be making rice due to “it being too close to closing.”

9 people in line 45 minutes before they close and the staff is out of white rice, steak, fajitas, and the grill is already completely off and cleaned! I worked at Chipotle for 3 straight years, and I personally know it takes 45 minutes to an hour to clean the grill properly. That means they started closing and stopped making food almost 2 hours before 11 pm. What are these instore and Area managers doing!? Pre-closing is not the same thing as laziness and a lack of effort! This is bad service at its slowest!

The food is good but the service pissed me off. I stood at the front counter, in front of the register for a good 6 minutes while the employees stood there chit chatting, not even acknowledging me. Some of them even looked directly at me and continued talking amongst themselves. Finally, a girl came up to me and acknowledged me. I wouldn’t have mind if they were actually doing their job and I had to wait but no, they weren’t. I was standing in line behind a young man and when he grabbed his order and left the girl dashed away from the register and went to laugh about something with another employee, as if I wasn’t even there. It was rude.

The chicken is good but it isn't that good for the drive or standing in long lines. They refuse to give you plain white rice. Don't speak barely acknowledge you. The register is always glitching. Raised prices but not putting that profit to improve the food or equipment

Have tried to contact chipotle 3 times regarding my order that I placed online and have been unsuccessful. Was given white rice instead of brown rice, no pinto beans, and no chicken was on the bowl. I got essentially rice, cheese, sour cream. You literally have to go stand in front of them to make sure it's done right.

When Chipotle first came to this area it was one of my go to place , my last few visits I have noticed they serve potions smaller and giving less meat even more , my family and I ordered 2 bowls and a burrito all chicken so I watched them finished the bowls were so skimpy so at they register I told them I didn't want mines , reason being I'm sick of standing and watching people rob me of money by not giving the proper serving amount give me what I'm paying for ,if you do this all day to everyone you serve , you are saving your company tons of dollars, but cheating your customers. Be fair or be gone, less for for more money please how is that great or even good customers service. $22.00 for chicken burrito and chicken bowl . Don't mind paying for what I want but want what I pay for.

I placed a mobile order at 5:58 for 6:10. I arrived at 6:08, and our food wasn’t ready, which is completely understandable. At 6:10, we were told they were waiting on the steak to be chopped. We finally received our food at 6:38. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to expedite the to go/ counter service process. We never received an apology for our wait and the employees did not have a sense of urgency. The restaurant was fully staffed as well.
