It's decent enough. It's not my preference, which isn't bad, but I'd eat here again. I've just had better locally, in my opinion. it's definitely worth giving a shot. Staff is nice, and food came out in a decent amount of time.

Truly authentic Mexican food. The tacos and tamales were excellent, s was the queso. The salsa had a kick, bit was delicious. I definitely recommend if you like Mexican food.

Great atmosphere! Authentic Mexican Food. I went for breakfast and odered a breakfast burrito. They were very friendly and accommodating to vegetarian requests without compromising the taste. Great food! I highly recommend! Huge portions so come hungry. 5 star service and food!

Bait n switch for the prices! Menu listed one price and they charge you substantially more when you go to cash out then act like they don’t understand.
Never going back to this place. The service was extremely slow and they didn’t even bring out two orders so we had to have them made to go.
Margaritas were not good at all, couldn’t even taste any tequila in it.
Dead fish floating in the nastiest tank I have ever seen too. Really disappointed after the great reviews I had read prior to coming here

The chicken and steak in my burrito were overcooked, very tough and chewy. Margarita was amazing. Cheese sauce was amazing. And the Pico di Gallo was the best I have ever had

Food was very good I cleared my plate! We had the burrito with rice and beans and fajita nachos. It something we could have made at home but still very good. The salsa was too spicy for me and they were so nice to suggest and bring me salsa Verde instead. The salsa cleared my boyfriends sinuses lol. We tried the Magaritas and those were also good. I got a small and wished I had gotten a large they were so good. There is huge AC that blows really hard so if you don't like being cold like me don't sit in the middle of the restaurant as it blows full force right on you. Customer service was great. We left with happy bellies

La comida es buena . Pero tardan para hacer la comida ayer espere casi 1 hora mi hija ya tenia mucha hambre le dieron arroz y mojarra frita . Y el otro plato nunca llegó me fui me canse de esperar pague 33 dolares por el arroz y mojarra frita y 2 bebidas de horchata . No les recomiendo si van con hambre por que tardan para cocinar

I had shrimp Diablo. Was really tasty, but not large shrimp. My wife had the combination plate and gave it a medium rating. We kid it's not terrible. I'd eat here again if passing through. Loved the painted booths.

Very authentic. Be aware that if you don't speak Spanish, you'll be ordering by pointing and hoping for the best. Very basic restaurant, but clean. Cooked fresh.

Food was very good. Took 40 minutes to get our food. Four of us did the pick 4. ($8ish on menu). SOMEHOW the total cost was $54. Kinda felt robbed.

Food was not very Mexicana more like a try to make Mexicana. Cash only. Had a restaurant gift card was not accepted. Never able to get in touch with management. Went one afternoon sign said closed until 430 came back an hour later it was locked not open and no employees. Food was not worth $30 and salsa was made with large chunks of onion, Cilantro stems and salsa was almost brown in color not tasty at all. They should shut this place down. Far cry from Mexican food.

Food was ok the drink I had had a funny taste like something was going bad. If you happend to end up here I would suggest you order something popular something that's ordered all the time. Not a place to try new things. FYI its a cash only establishment!!

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Montgomery or the Auburn Opelika area. The food is fresh, colorful, flavorful, and every dish has its own distinct taste. It is so refreshing to have Mexican food that everything tastes different. by the way they have one of the best waitresses in Alabama . Get her to help you draw pictures on her notepad.

Amazing food, staff is very nice. I go here at least once a week with coworkers, I've never had anything bad. One time I ordered a chicken quesadilla but got a cheese quesadilla and I didn't even notice, it's that good.

The best authentic Mexican restaurant in the city! If you have only been to Americanized Mexican places, then you probably don't even know what a real chile relleno is. Freshest vegetables I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. Knowing some Spanish wouldn't hurt, as none of the staff I've met are 100% fluent in English

Hands down the best Mexican food I've ever had. I've been coming here since 2015 and have NEVER been disappointed. I think they may have messed up my order once but I didn't care because it was that good.
The owner is super cool, the chips are always hot and the salsa is delicious. Every single person I've introduced to this place has decided it's their favorite Mexican place too.

This was my first experience here and my husband and I were not disappointed at all!! The food was fresh, authentic, delicious and AMAZING. The owner was there when we were dining and he politely came to our table and asked if we were ok. When we informed him that this was our first time in his establishment he was more than gracious as a host and he brought us his special Pico de Gallo. I almost cried it was that good! The salsa was not made from canned tomatoes (they were fresh) and it was wonderful to experience SERIOUSLY good authentic Mexican food for a change. My husband and I already have plans for a second trip back this weekend and I will be ordering a plate for there and a plate to take home!! 5 stars..excellent service..wonderful environment

What excellent food and service! We came during a quick trip to Montgomery on the recommendation of a friend. As soon as we pulled up I realized we were in for a treat. The ambiance was perfect, the food was SO fresh and flavorful, prices were great and service was on-point. I grew up in Dallas, TX and this food was on par with the kind of Mexican food I grew up with. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back any time we are in the area!

This place is a little gem in Montgomery. Having moved to many states, this one is my favorite. Not having the best outdoor appeal, it is what’s inside that counts. One of the few places that has aqua fresca, cantaloupe “water”, (when in season). And, their fresh pico is the BEST!!! Will be sad when we leave Montgomery.

Absolutely delicious! 100% authentic Mexican fare. I ordered the al pastor tacos and my fiance ordered the al pastor burro. Both were large, amazing portions and devoured within minutes. Don't be scared off by the exterior, the folks inside are super nice and know how to cook!
