La Pachanga means party I think. It feels like a younger owned restaurant, with loud music and even a dancefloor. I enjoyed the vibe though. Duritos instead of chips and salsa. Frijoles charros instead of refried beans. Both choices I endorse. Every restaurant shouldn't do the exact same thing. I liked the cucumber lemonade. If you go for dinner early they are usually a little understaffed and I have had some great dinners and some not great meals.

We tried this place tonight. We'd been talking about trying it for a while since it's close to home.
At 5:45 on a Friday night we walked into a completely empty restaurant. We were greeted an seated. They brought freshly made duros. Very surprised but definitely very Mexican. Very authentic.
I ordered the Molcajete Mixta with a side of beans and rice. It was HUGE! It was still steaming and boiling.
My bf had 4 tacos beans and rice. Pollo, carnitas, asada y chorizo. We were pleasantly surprised to see them served on two corn tortillas as they should be. Sliced lime and chopped onion and cilantro. The only thing it was missing were the radishes. A red and a green salsa were also included.
We both really enjoyed our meals. The only thing that made me rate the food a 4 is the beans and the rice tasted a bit odd. Otherwise, very good and nice portions, too.
We will definitely be back.

This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. Hubby and I were looking for a light lunch and with them being new, we HAD to try it out. We ordered one plate and split it (big dinner planned for tonight). We ordered a pound of Mexican Ribs with Ensalada De Nopal and Papas Mexicana for the sides. Beef ribs were nicely seasoned and smoked. Did not need any dipping sauce or anything, just delicious! The sides were new to us where I had to google Nopal. The taste resembled a lot like green beans to me and I love my veggies. Never had cactus before… I’m a fan now! Papas Mexicana is a twist to potatoes. Only a slight bit of heat with the jalapeños but not overbearing or scorching hot. We plan on going back to try the tacos and quesadillas. 😀

I want to give this a higher rating, however this new business hasn't quite gotten everything down yet. The food is good and the service is decent. Some of the pricing and the menu are all over the place. The indoor decor, atmosphere, and table space need some work though.
Overall I would say anyone needs to give them a try and see for themselves. They do have a lot of authentic Mexican food, but will miss the mark on your traditional experience.

Arrived for lunch around noon. Was hoping to see the buffet they advertised on FB. Very, very little food on the buffet, most of it looking like it had been out for days. So we opted to order off then menu. There were about 4-5 other customers when we arrived but we were the only ones there after about 10 minutes. Took a while to get the chicken quesadillas we ordered. Chicken was cold and tough, cheese was hard (no longer melted), and all had very little flavor. No salsa, no guacamole, no nachos. Not much of a Mexican restaurant.
A simple lunch for 2 was over $30, even ordering off the lunch menu. Service was terrible, expensive fountains drink was watered down. Will not go back and do not recommend.

I have been meaning to try this restaurant for months. I tried it today. My food was very good. The sauces that were brought to my table were liquid fire. I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food. A lot of times, mild salsa is too spicy for me. Hopefully they will be able to remain open long enough to establish clientele. I will eat lunch there again with hopes to talk with the beautiful woman working there again. Hopefully they will develop a tomato salsa and tortilla chips. I am not sure what those things were that were brought to my table when I sat down. My chicken fajita tortilla was very delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and the salad was appealing. Yes, I do recommend this restaurant. It is different from the chain Mexican restaurants in a good way.

It’s not my go to for Mexican food because I’ve had better. I got the chicken fajitas they gave me more pepper and onions than meat. They really don’t explain the menu foreal, and the sides are diabolical… come at your own risk 🤷🏽♀️

Went with friends last night. The food was delicious and service was excellent. The owner even taught us a little salsa dancing 💃.

Not too bad. I got the grilled chicken and a bean soup. Came with about 5 corn tortillas so I made a few paupusas.

Had the pork ribs, rice and beans. My partner had the pork fajitas. So absolutely wonderful. Delicious. The waiter was super nice and answered our questions thoughtfully.

This was pretty poor for a Mexican restaurant. Serving what looked like orange slices with vinegar is not what I feel is appetizing. The service was good but the food was very over priced I don’t recommend going here if you have other options.

Very good food. Not your typical Mexican American food. Beef short ribs were very tasty but a tad tough. The fajitas with corn tortillas were delicious. There are many sides to choose from but the Mexican fries, beans and corn are excellent. Will definitely go back.
