Taqueria 5 de mayo authentic Mexican food

I literally go here every weekend at this point, the people that work there are amazing and the food has always been on point. I recommend this place to anyone that will listen at this point.

Salsa is frickin amazing and Birria tacos are dang spot on man! I scarfed the food down so quick! I’m coming back for sure 👍

Tastes like Mexico, and has exceptional food, and good prices. I used to go to Mexico for work all the time and this tastes authentic.

I can't go negative stars.
Start with the location...
Ugly with no restroom to wash up.
Bad attitude on the girl serving us.
Tang. "Orange water"
Vanilla " orchata"
And to top my burrito off a short curly Hair on the plate....
Wish I would have taken a picture.
N I was charge for my returned meal as I can't eat with "that hair"
Praying I don't get sick.

Pleasantly surprised with the food!! Chips and salsa were amazing. Carne asada street tacos packed with flavor! Service was not amazing & they were out of quite a few menu items. Overall, great place to eat!

The food was nice but the beans tasted bad. Maybe it was just that day. We had chicken a la parrilla and it was ok but the plates are small. Super small for dinner. If ur looking for a place with large plates this may not be it. The rice was good and the girl tending is fast and friendly!
