Food was amazing! Every single thing we ordered was so delicious and you can tell they put a lot of love in it. Their natural drinks are really natural, their tortillas are handmade (not bought in stores), and their prices are great. Nothing goes over $15 and you can get super full with that price. Outstanding! - I really don't understand the bad reviews from this place. SERVICE IS VERY FAST.

We've been eying this place for a while and finally stopped by for a quick bite. We liked it so much that we stopped by again a few days later and enjoyed it just the same. We started out with chips and the ever so tasty in-house guacamole (we ordered another to take home). We had the chicken quesadilla and the steak torta. Both were seasoned differently than the other local Mexican restaurants. Both had a more authentic taste. The meats were chopped instead of lengthy strips. I had the torta fully loaded with refried beans, bell and jalapeño peppers, onions, avacado, etc, and it was excellent! The bun was seasoned and cooked a little longer than most places, and it balanced out well. The quesadilla was loaded with melted cheese. The red and green sauces are both good on flavor, but the red, I used sparingly. To me, it's hot, but not scorching hot. The wait staff are friendly, the food arrives quickly, and the portions are large! Next visit, I will get the torta loaded with all the different meats they offer (recommended by the owner).
The inside of the restaurant is standard diner fair, and we are fine with it. We're there for the food and not the furnishings.
If you're looking for good food, served fast, with friendly service, stop here.

Great food! Atmosphere was a bit dull, but food was great. I recommend the Dolores Gumbo. Just FYI, the green sauce is pretty hot. I learned that the hard way. Highly recommend!

If your looking for good Mexican food, this place is great! Being from New Mexico I’m always looking for great food. The enchiladas had a great sauce, but different cheese. The Tacos were the best in town! Restaurant was very clean and service was great! Will be going back to try more items off the menu.

Wonderful food, pleasant, efficient server, but the guy with the tattoos running the register was very unpleasant, never even spoke to us, much less ask this if we enjoyed the meal or asked us to come back. Will be back anyway in spite of him.

I ordered 3 of their Gordita's, it came served on a bed of salad. I was amazed at the quality and authenticity of their food. Their breading was made from scratch, everything was so fresh and well presented. I will be coming back soon.

I love Mexican food. My family had dinner here OMG! Their service was too bad i never ever had like this service at the restaurant before. Waitress was so rude and even took my sons food while he was still eating. Food was very dry and chewy. Don’t waste your money at this place!!! They should close like this place in town!!!! Don’t go this place!

This place is a gem - the food is absolutely delicious, and they made sure the vegetarians were taken care of too. Possibly the best Enchiladas I've ever had, and the shrimp fajitas were fabulous too.

I want to bet my money that they make hand-made tortillas because they are delicious! Fresh, soft and delicious!

A casual setting with friendly team members and a chill ambiance. Most of the time we come from lunch as soon as it opens at 11am because it gets packed! There are not a lot of good, "authentic" Mexican restaurants in the immediate area so when we found this quaint "hole in the wall" we were very excited.

Our favorite item on the menu is simply the street tacos; chorizo and pastor to be exact. Just enough seasoning on the meat, love the meat to onion/cilantro ratio and there side sauce/salsa is all delicious! We also really like the horchata. They give you such a large glass, my partner and I simply share an order.

There hasn't been much else we tried on the menu but I do have to warn about the "gumbo." It's like a burrito in a bowl with rice, variety of meat, pico de gallo and queso (I'm not a fan of queso). I tried it the first time we went and I promised myself I wouldn't order it again.

Then, stupidly enough, I was craving "soup" the last time we went and forgot about this dish. I ordered it again and asked for NO QUESO. As soon as it was placed in front of me, I immediately regreted it. I have this rule that I will always try something at least "twice" so I saved it and took it home, because we also ordered the street tacos.

Later that afternoon, I had my leftovers for lunch and a few hours later I was sick. I'm not too sure if it was this dish (i.e. the rice maybe, or shrimp) but I was throwing up all night. Suffice to say I haven't been back since.

To recap, I still give it a 4 star because the tacos are really good. The service is nice enough and I like the feeling when we come in for lunch. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back for a while and when/if I do, I definitely will not be ordering the "gumbo" or anything with rice and queso.

This place is very good and it is a Authentic restaurant, so of course they won’t serve you chips and salsa. And for those who are giving them 1 star to the restaurant, this is not an Americanized Mexican restaurant.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered chicken tortilla soup ($9) and the carne asada tacos ($9). I was supposed to receive 3 tacos but only received 1 tiny street taco that was thrown together. AND THEN I LOOK AT MY TORTILLA SOUP and it’s literally a science experiment. Nasty. I called the restaurant to get a refund for AT LEAST the 2 tacos I didn’t receive and the man who answered the phone argued with me for 5 minutes that he only charged me for one taco when I literally have the grubhub charged out of my account. Then he tried to tell me he called me and told me that they didn’t have chicken tortilla soup and that they only had BEEF STEW. First of all, I never spoke to that man before that phone call. Second, he just straight up lied to my face? Very unprofessional service and they will steal your money

Have been there a few times now and it is delicious. Don't let the "look" fool you the staff is friendly and my wife and I ordered a bit load of food for reasonable price.

Great selection of agua frescas. I suggest going with the huarache or the gumbo Dolores. If you a bit shy of going out on a limb and want something a little bit closer to your traditional food go with the quesadilla fajita!

Place is clean. The Campechano tacos were good but way to pricey. Almost $3 per taco. I'd rather to to Antojitos Izcali. They are less expensive and tastier.

This was our second time eating here. I don't know if it was a different cook or close to closing time, but our food was much different than last time (we went at lunch). Our rice and beans sides came out cold and the tortillas for our tacos were not warm either. For 2 people, our bill was $37.00. We had a Quesadilla, 3 Tacos, Rice and Beans for each person and 2 cokes. Our waitress was super nice, but unfortunately, I won't be going back.
