No long wait, server was great, food was delicious! The Nachos are a must try & they have $5 On the Rocks Margarita specials! The restaurant has a pleasant environment. The manager came over to check on us (which is a plus) to make sure everything was going well. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean!

It was our first time eating there. I noticed we weren't greeted when we entered. So kinda just stood there waiting. Then they took us directly to a booth in the bar, and I thought they should've at least asked if that'd be ok. I had my 9 yr. Old with me. Then the booth was so tall, I felt like I needed a booster seat!! Our server was awesome, the food was amazing. But the bathroom was rediculous. The drinks were overpriced because after one huge one, you should at least feel it. But our server made up for all the negative stuff. He was great!

We went here on Taco Tuesday and it was a pretty good deal. The lunch special with enchiladas was around $10 and they had buy one get one tacos ($3 each). The food was tasty. The tacos were more fresh and loaded than what I expected for the price. The rice and beans were average. The enchiladas were savory. The chicken was very moist. The host who sat us was friendly. Their chips and salsa are basic.

I wish I could give them 100 stars. The vibe is absolutely AMAZING from the moment you walk in. I loved the decor and how much it is inspired by their heritage. The hostess was so sweet and her vibe is so welcoming and friendly. She was smiling before we even walked in and if you read this, I loved your sparkly glamorous pink headband. The seating was comfortable and perfect for our family of five. Often times we go places and because it's 5 people, we don't tend to get comfortable seating options. Our waiter was equally as nice, friendly, and accommodating. He explained things on the menu and was nice to us and our kids. He checked on our table often and he took our order perfectly. Our food was soooooo good!! Literally my number one place for Mexican food now. The salsa, cheese dip, and all of our dishes were awesome 👌🏾 I loved that they actually used mini shrimp and chopped shrimp in my fajita quesadilla! Most places just just giant shrimp but not here. The flavors made me wish I could teleport to a Mexican beach to enjoy the meal and my drink which was also amazing! I am excited to visit this place again!! The food was Literally as good as it looked and then some!!

Literally the worst customer service and dining experience I've had in a while.

This was my 5th time at this establishment and the 4 other times weren't nearly as bad as the experience I had yesterday

Someone else dropped chips off.

We waited almost 10 minutes for our drink order. I had to go to the front to see what was going on

The waitress finally got our drink and lunch orders.

We had finished the platter of chips and she asked if we wanted more and I said yes please. Then she brings out another platter of chips and just lays it on top of the old chips instead of just replacing it..

Then the food came out. I asked for extra vegetables which I did not receive. I also asked for one of those big roasted peppers and did not get that either.

For some reason, we were not given 3 silverware so I asked for silverware when she dropped the food off and did not get it so I had to use my toddler's fork who then couldn't eat her food.

At this time, I also reminded her I ordered extra vegetables.

Mind you, we have a 3 month old baby and a toddler with us so we don't go out to eat very often.

After basically already finishing my shrimp fajita, she realized I was still waiting for the vegetables and she told me it's cooking.. not sure if she forgot to place the order or not.

She brings my extra veggies and I'm already finished so I ask for two to go boxes for myself and my toddler.

From the moment we sat down to paying, this was not a pleasant dining experience.

We will not be returning.

We were seated quickly but otherwise service during this lunch hour was slow. Our server was competent,nothing exceptional and lacked pers onality. My order of nachos was HUGE and priced reasonably. Chips were crispy and meat was plentiful and spiced just right. My husband enjoyed his taco sald commenting on how good the shell/bowl was. Yes we'd visit again...and hope for a friendlier face!

As good as the food was, the service was completely atrocious and would not want to experience that again. First, my girlfriend and I were seated fairly quickly. So we’re thinking this would be a great experience, not too many people were there so quick and quality service. First five minutes, no one came by. Next five minutes, a number of waitresses walked by multiple times without acknowledging us and the alleged manager even walked by before coming back by to ask for our drink choice. Another guy came and brought the chips and salsa, then the manager causally brought our drinks. Maybe 20 minutes being there, a waitress finally came to take our order. Seemed as if she didn’t want to take it, she was reluctant to take it; afterwards, it took another 20 minutes for the food to come out (taking into consideration that it had to be cooked and prepared). While we’re eating, only checked on us one time for a refill and it took an additional 20 minutes to get our check and to go boxes. If the service was not horrible I would’ve given it a better rating, but it ruined the experience for me.

They are a little pricey for dinner but the food was awesome, so I can't complain. I had never tried their Mexican street corn (appetizer), so I had that and an enchilada. It was delicious. That bowl of corn is huge and delicious. My daughter had the tilapia and it was delicious as well.

this place really went downhill since we've been here last. the server didn't note anything down and one of our dishes was wrong even after the server had asked which protein he wanted. the second wasn't even what I ordered. I may have said the wrong thing (but also, I probably didn't) but I very clearly described the dish I wanted. both drinks were gross. the only one satisfied with their food was my ten month old. server ignored us for the rest of the meal while our drinks sat empty. it was brought to the managers attention that we had an issue and wanted our check when he walked by, and when he asked the server what happened it was brushed off again. 60$ for half of a correct meal!

I didn't go all out and give them the 5⭐ treatment because the food was just too expensive this time. I would say at least 20% more expensive than the last time I ate there 4-5 months ago. Overall I would go back but I'll have to pay a little more attention to the prices.

We went looking for good guacamole and margaritas and found it! Our server was fantastic!! We were there for Happy Hour on Friday Night and had $5 margaritas on the rocks. The cheese dip and guacamole were great! We did the guacamole that they make table side and what was nice about it was they asked how much of each item you wanted. I am not a bit fan of cilantro so only out in a touch but put in a lot of tomato and onion. My husband and son got entrees which were go as well. My son had the hot and spicy which wasn’t spicy but it was good. My daughter is gluten free and there were several things I. The menu she could eat. We would definitely go back.

I my previous post about this restaurant I gave it a low rating. Maybe it was an off night for them, or maybe because I had take out but the last two times I have eaten inside the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and well seasoned. I had their chicken fajita, and it was so amazing!! The waiter was so sweet, and she was trying her best to make sure that we needed our drinks filled up again along with asking us if we needed anything else. I would definitely come back again for sure.

Beef nachos were horrible it's like they took about 2 pieces of slice mozzarella and melt it on top and I asked for jalapeños and I didn't get them on my nachos and I asked for extra cheese and they gave me a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese never again will I choose El Patron for nachos
