This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area by a long shot. It’s cheaper than eating at home or eating fast food, and yet the quality is still impeccable. I could eat here every day if I never wanted to cook again. Their lunch special options are great. The viva nachos always leave me with leftovers

I’ve been there three times. I have never been disappointed. I’m visually impaired almost blind. Very accommodating. I had my daughter’s baby shower there it was truly an amazing event. Brandon is running an amazing restaurant. For date night, grabbing a drink, hanging out with friends or celebrating an event.

Always a good experience fast and good. If you want great Mexican come here. Just don't come when I'm there because I'm always on lunch break and I need to get in and out I don't need this place to be crowded lol

Horrible Service. Been here quite a few times because the prices are good and the food is good too. My issue is with the Manager who couldn’t even remake my order because the cup of queso had leaked out of the cup all inside my bag. It was a mess. Couldn’t get a refund but he did give me another cup of queso. I just felt like anytime I’ve had an issue at another restaurant the staff was very friendly and understanding and have always taken care of me. Will not going back.

Funky little place in a strip Plaza.
Absolutely excellent service every time we've come. Food is solid (mass-Mexican) and plentiful. Good margaritas and they don't skimp on the ingredients. See pic for their daily specials. We will come here more often.

I recently dined at Viva La Vida and ordered the Camarones a la Diabla (#59) and Enchiladas Verdes (#110). I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal😁 The Camarones a la Diabla had the perfect amount of heat, and the Enchiladas Verdes were packed with flavor👍

What's even better is the affordability, especially with their lunch specials😊 If you visit during the week, you'll find that the prices are even more budget-friendly. Great food, great value – I'll definitely be returning for more delicious Mexican cuisine!

Cute restaurant- good Happy Hour Margarita, good chips and salsa. Food was good. Fast friendly service and fair prices. I ordered 1 small happy hour margarita and a dinner special and it was less than $15.

The alcoholic drinks were horrible. Barely any alcohol in them. Food was ok. The waiter got several orders wrong. Prices changed from menu prices on receipts. It's a first and last for me. The margaritas flights is a 👎

I went here with family. The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and our server was amazing. I'll definitely go back and try more items. The steak street tacos were delicious and everyone that was with us enjoyed their food and drinks too

I've tried coming here on more that one occasion around 8:30 pm because the internet states they close at 9:30!! I tried to go in a I was told that they are closed when there was an open sign lit up on the window!!

I never want to talk bad about a local place. But come on. Me and my friends have tried this place several times and we get the worst service. I’m not sure what all the positive reviews are about to be honest. Food is ok. Service sucks. We won’t be back.

Food was pretty fresh. Maybe I don’t know the average Mexican restaurants set up their prices, but I felt the price was pretty expensive side compared to other ones in town. 3 street tacos $15…radish is missing in tacos. Only onions and cilantro…
Also a big bummer was they charged “Non cash fee” using a credit card. 🤷‍♀️(see photos)

The service was lukewarm. Apparently, the air conditioner wasn't working, and our frozen margaritas were watery. The floors were slippery in the dining area and restroom. The good thing was that the ground beef was seasoned well. The second visit is highly unlikely. Our waiter was preoccupied watching sports.

I think we got somebody that was new to being a waiter. But overall definitely a good experience. A family of 8th and everybody was satisfied with what they ordered.

The chicken fajitas were excellent. They add other veggies other than peppers and onions. We will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

Visited this location for Cinco De Mayo! It was a great vibe and the food was GREAT & the drinks! Excellent cute waiter, very attentive! They sent free shots around for the special celebration, it was really nice! Due to past experiences elsewhere on this holiday ppl can’t control their liquor..So, Thank you to this establishment for having armed security on the premises, I felt extra secure dining in. That was a plus for me! 😊

Great dining experience(but of course the company had a lot to do with that😁)We had a large party but the service was great...our server was very attentive. We had outside seating which was really nice. The inside dining room appeared to be small but the restrooms were clean(I like that). The prices were comparable and portion size was definitely more than enough for more than one serving(the beef nachos were huge). I ordered a side of Spanish rice and beans...that was good also. They were really busy so I am really impressed how they handled our large party...they only lost one credit card for a brief moment😅). Other than that, it is definitely a go-to for Mexican food whenever I am in the area.👍🏾
