Fast-food chain offering Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos & bowls.
Did a pick up order, where there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. Fine, until I open my bowl and it’s not even mine. I go back in, the lady who acknowledged me seemed annoyed at first that I wanted it remade, but still offered and seemed less annoyed at the end. It was still wrong the second time, but more correct than the first. The rest of the staff seemed stressed and the line was to the door. Also, a huge price increase on even a veggie bowl, which now costs 10.35 after tax. Between the food issues and whatever parking lot design that mess was, you’re better off skipping this one. And probably just Chipotle in general anymore.

We went through the line quickly. While getting our drinks, a crew member came out to where the napkins were, grabbed a couple and blew his nose. Without washing his hands, he grabbed a sauce bowl or cup, and get something to drink from the fountain. Least to say he didn't wash his hands after he blew his nose and that was disgusting and disturbing because what are they doing that we can't see? Most of the tables weren't clean, and there was only a few customers. Managers better get a grip on this place quick before it goes down hill.

My experience was disturbing at this Chipotle. I’ve been to chipotle before and this is definitely not typical service. Even McDonald’s service was better than this and I’ve had bad service there. But they’ve always been polite and listened to my issue and resolved it. The African American lady, I can not name because she didn’t have her name badge on, who served me at the Digital Pick-Up line was rude, condescending, and impatient. She appeared to have an attitude with me as soon as she opened the window. She brushed off my question about a QR code that should’ve been answered in a polite manner instead, she just quickly snapped at me repeatedly “we don’t scan QR codes at this window. “ Then she handed me my bag and walked away to start another order. I left, and didn’t receive my drink, and didn’t remember I didn’t receive them until I got home. I drove back, and the lady was at the window again. She continued to be rude and condescending, and states “oh well I don’t have a order for that”, and wouldn’t let me tell her I have my receipt and I just came through the line. Instead she tells me, “ well it’s going to be awhile” and walks off and starts another order. Then she comes back and I was allowed to state my drink and size and she restates “I don’t have a ticket for that” and I inform her I can show her my receipt and drink. She brushes this off and does not look at the receipt and then goes to make the drinks. But she makes regular size drinks but I ordered large sizes for both watermelon limeade. And I inform her of this. I then try to show her a receipt again and she walks off. Then comes back with the drinks. And I give her a tip she should be less rude to her customers. As a nurse, I’ve been put in ton of situations where I was stressed and I continued to give my best customer service voice and face. Unacceptable to spend $55 for food and receive this type of service. I’m glad I did not tip the team member on the app beforehand. Please reeducate this individual on the proper way to greet and interact with customers. Some interpersonal skill training is needed. She is a middle aged African American woman with a elongated mouth, with broad shoulders and back.

It doesn't matter what restaurant you put in this city, it's the people running that are the problem. How are you going to tell your line to serve smaller portions because you are running out of meat? I didn't see you offering a discount to customers for giving them smaller portions. This place is already in need of management change.

Idk I think I will just go to Macon rd or whittlesey. I went yesterday, around 3pm everything was gone no (chicken, lettuce, corn, or sour cream) I had to wait 5-7 mins for them to refill everything. In my opinion this should already be prepped. Guacamole didn’t taste the same, Maybe I’ll give it another try soon. FRENDLY workers!

Everything was good except the Chips. I got it to go so I didn’t know they were stale until I got home. So I paid for a large bag of chips that I am not eating.
