There were about 3 young men working in here during my visit and they were amazing! They greeted us when we walked in, made our bowls exactly the way asked, and ended with smile. Great customer service here.

I enjoy Moe's but this location is the worst. I can't wait for the new Chipotle down the road to open and put this sad Moe's out of business. I regularly get small portions, there's always something going on with their register. Gift cards, coupons, rewards points etc always seem to shove a banana up their tailpipes. The manager (?) seems like he hates his life.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at Moes over the course of my life. I adore Moes. However, this Moes left me sad, frustrated and hungry. The portions are incredibly stingy on everything. I think I maybe had half a tablespoon of guacamole (which you pay extra for) on my salad. So, save yourself some trouble and if you’re in the area and craving Moes visit the Columbus Park Crossing location.

Ordering on the app was a breeze and our meal was promptly prepared. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with pleasant employees. We'll happily eat there again.

It is advertised online that they close at 9pm. I arrive at 8:20 to an empty, light turn off and close store. I am disappointed they have been closing way earlier than the time that is listed. 0/10z

Moe’s is slowly turning into Chipotle and inheriting all its problems, such as the tiny portion sizes and asking for extra only to get a sprinkle more and having to pay double for said sprinkle. Shame that Moe’s is going out like this, too.

I came here 3 days in a row after work at 745 or 8pm and they always closed. The hours say they open until 9pm so why are they closed so early. I use to work in restaurants I understand wanting to leave but change your hours if ya close at 8pm, pregnant women can't have her moes damm

It's always a pleasure to visit this Moe's location. I ordered two bowls yesterday around 5:30. The atmosphere was welcoming. I did a pickup online order. Soon as I walked in the door, the young gentleman smiled and walked my food around the counter, and told me I was ready, and thanked me for coming. I noticed I didn't ordered the 2nd bag of chips to go with one of my bowls, he assured me he would take of it.

Guy was super rude to people in front. Food was undercooked, hardly anything on it, only a handful of ships for 2 meals... they closed 30 min early and just stared when asked through a closed door for at least a refund. Definitely won't be back to this one.

Rude at check out. No change for cash payment, didn't care that they had no change to give back. Stated I dont have change and turned away.

My first visit...My food was good and I especially liked that it was made fresh right in front of me...the prices were not bad either. Got dinner for two for 25.00...and I had leftovers. The serve staff had drive thru personas even though they are not a drive thru establishment...but they were efficient about getting you in and out😉😀

Ordered dinner for the family on website. It wouldn't let me select the steak & potatoes burrito because they were out of potatoes. I called the restaurant and the employee said they were out of bacon not potatoes and gave me specific directions on how to order it anyway since I didnt want bacon to begin with. HOW did they still get my order wrong?? The young man that gave me the directions claim to also be the one making my food and still got it wrong. I had to drive back, request a new one, drive back home, and guess what...it was still wrong, but this time, no queso!! I gave up. This is normally a really good location and they were not busy (4 customers total).

A little disappointed in this last visit. Only one person was actively working and another employee came out of the kitchen, scratched his face then put gloves on to prepare our food. I try not to be “that person” but I don’t want to see someone scratch their face before fixing my food. Please wash your hands!

Every single experience at this particular location is just not great. Every single time something is wrong. It’s not an occasional experience, it’s a constant one. We just ordered nachos and there is no chips at all what so ever. Not even with the other item where we opted for chips on the side as well. Proceeded to call and see if we can at least get a refund partial or if I can have the order redone and I will come get it. Of course the phone call rings twice and hangs up. I understand food business is not not an easy job. However there is a difference between accidentally making a few mistakes and constantly giving zero effort in what you are doing.

This is a place that we usually visit after church on Wednesday and we have a pleasant experience each time. The place is kept clean and the entrees are as great as you make them with your topping choices. I will agree with others that the chips can be stale at times, though.

Second time we’ve ordered from here. Last time it was late. This time they cancelled the order without letting us know. Here we are waiting at 9:17 for our order and called the store and it is closed. Uber said it had been canceled by the store. If you can’t keep up with the demand then let people know, and know ahead of time. SMH. Wont be back there.

Walked into Moes in Opelika to get a burrito this afternoon. I have been shopping all day and I took my mask off because, well, I’m going into a restaurant to eat. When I walked in and was about to place my order, the lady standing at the register yelled at me, and yes, yelled across the entire restaurant that I must have a mask on. If you have been in Moes, you order on the complete opposite side of the register. As I look around at all these tables of people without mask. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out. I think there still needs to be customer service in place. I do not mind putting a mask on, and if I would have been approached politely, I would have went back to my car to get my mask. I eat at Moes almost every weekend but they lost my service today.

Of all of the Moe's I have been to in the past several years, this has to be my worst experience. Unlike the Moe's that I am used to, there was no friendly greeting. I had to ask the employees to put their masks on before handling my food. The young lady who was preparing the chips caught a funky attitude when I asked her to please wear her mask. I think it is pretty pathetic that I have to remind people to use food safety guidelines during a pandemic. Also, my food did not taste fresh. Good luck staying in business with this quality of service!

I went there at 8:14pm on a Monday (29JUN2020) and they had already locked their doors. Their hours say 11am-9pm. The employees watched me attempt to open their doors. I will do my best to let everyone know that this Moe’s location doesn’t deserve to be in service.

We had Moe’s cater (at our home) for my daughter’s birthday and it was perfect! Food was so fresh and everyone raved how good it was. We usually cook out for gatherings but this was definitely the way to go as we were able to enjoy the day without all the work and clean up. The fella who delivered and set up was very professional and did a great job! Love we have a Moe’s not far from our home!

When I saw that Moes was delivering free for the week, I got so excited. Then I realized it was through door dash and grub hub when I called the store to check the status of the order because it had been an hour. Next thing I knew, the general manager offered to bring me my food himself seeing that I was 5 mins down the road. You're the real MVP seeing that I'm stuck here without a vehicle today.

Moe's used to have pulled pork. THAT was THE BEST and most delicious meat product on their menu. Then, they stopped serving pulled pork and replaced it with some terrible version of pork. I no longer go to Moe's, except when the wife insists on going. BRING BACK THE PULLED PORK AT ALL MOE'S!!!!!

My 3rd visit. Not impressed. I had high hopes.Chipotle gives 2 times the food for a good price. It is sad to have to go to Columbus when I live close to this store. The servers must be instructed to give these little servings by management. They all act like it hurts to give a spoonful. I do mean a small spoon.

Fresh Mexican style food with some good choices. I like the salad with chicken and black beans then add all my veggies. Take it easy on cheese and sour cream and you have a healthy meal. Tomatillo is my favorite sauce but they have a lot to choose from. Good service, clean restaurant, good prices and helpful staff. Definitely one of the top five best restaurants to eat at in Phenix City Alabama.

This restaurant is way too expensive for such mediocre taste and service. I say this as someone who did the first 100 free burritos for a year. I've redeemed maybe 5. Barberitos is my choice and even Chipotle at least tastes like something. I've tried several things for free and even when they get my order right I'm still disappointed.

The moes near me in phenix city AL needs to have a team retraining. They are charging customers for what is included in the bowls I got a earmuffs bowl and it’s supposed to come with guacamole but the girl tried to charge me for it, I was just there Monday was not charged for it.

We lived in Atlanta for a decade we moved to Phenix City / Ladonia, Alabama.
We missed our Moe's, the one off of Morrow , GA and then we heard y'all were coming and here you are, YEAH! we missed the grand opening because we overslept. I would love to have eaten MOE'S for a year. I had the HOMEWRECKER it was still DELICIOUS as Ever. Kuddos to the Gang today 9-10-19

The food was ok. Not what I am used to in a Moe's. No one called a greeting. They do some of the meals on a sandwich press instead of the grill.(grill tastes better). Seating is limited. The front glass definately needs blinds. The ladies room was out of toilet paper.
