Munoz Mexican Grill

Passing through, so we stopped in at Munoz. Has a Mexican restaurant/sports bar feel to it. The salsa comes out in a little jar to pour out as needed and has a great flavor. Our waiter was fantastic. Very friendly, and took very good care of us. We got the Fajita quesadilla and Nachos supreme. The quesadilla was very good. The nachos were ok, but a little heavy on the lettuce. Still good, but would have preferred maybe half the amount of lettuce. If you're in the area, stop in and give them a try. I believe you will be glad you did

Munoz Mexican Grill is an excellent place to eat! It has the ease of a fast food restaurant but is definitively quality food! It is my comfort food and I am very good phobic and nothing has ever made me feel bad ❤️. Highly recommend

I ordered dinner tonight to go. When I got home the cheese was all over our food containers. The 16 oz cheese wasn't closed the nachos I ordered they gave me fajita nachos after she asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes which I didn't get the only thing I got that was right was the salsa and chips I asked if I could have some and she said oh you want chips with it. I spent 50 dollars for nothing I called the guy who answered laughter at me when I called and let them know. Now I have to go back and hope they will get it right. Never had so many problems getting what I ordered. Yes the food is great if you get what you order. I can tell now respect is a thing of the PAST.

Not my first choice for Mexican but it's close and Guero is always a great server. Never have to wait for refills and food arrives promptly with HOT plates. 10 years ago I would give Munoz 5 stars. Management and cooks were much better then.

Francisco is an amazing server, I always request him. The food is delicious. Steak fajita chimichanga is my go to order and its fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend!

Waiters are very very involved with customers and make you have a great experience. Highly recommend! Food is above average, but the experience is the most at this Mexican restaurant.

i used to go to El Cazador, until they changed their food taste, still fine for some but not this true Tex-Mex food connoisseur. Muñoz is the real deal done right. Beef enchiladas with jutst rice, melts in ur mouth! everything is excellent. thank you!

I use to really like this place... went in tonight to order take out... Cindy took my order... not a very welcoming person... placed my order and paid... was told there would be a little wait... so I walked in 2 of the stores in the same shopping center... 35 minutes after paying for my order I asked could we check its status... Cindy walked away mumbling under her breathe... I could see her walk all the way to the kitchen... as she walked into the kitchen she threw her hands up... came back and said they were working on it...
My question is... why be so rude to a paying customer?? I get it was a little busy... but shouldn't that be a good thing?? Being irritated is one thing... letting the customer see it is completely different...

Just left for lunch and it was AWFUL! My cheese was frozen everything else was cold. The waiter knew it was bad too. Then when asked how it was by the cashier and I told her how bad it was she basically went back and forth with me about how it couldn’t have been. Never returning to this establishment and I went once a week for years

Would not recommend. I dined in and got a taco salad, the meat was not fresh it was cold. After getting home I became very sick and determined I had food poisoning. Never again will I eat here.

Tonight was my first time going. It looks like your typical Mexican place but the FOOD!!! They gave me so much steak in my tacos, I couldn't roll it up! After I finished, I had enough meat left for another 2 tacos! They give you a DEEP cheese dip bowl VS the Lil shallow one most people use and it's LESS than $5; that's rare too! The servers were shaking hands and passing out hugs to the regulars, they treat you like family. I felt left OUT being the newbie😄 about the only person that DIDN'T get a hug. Shortly after I arrived, all the tables were full; the community loves this place. And I can see why! I'll be back!!!

I went in for lunch at the pinson location..I asked for the sauce to come on the side.. the girl doing take out INSISTED that they don't do that.. what? That makes no sense. I'm diabetic and can not eat that much at one time..I wanted sauce on the side to save my $15 lunch(after tip) from being a soggy mess. I'm still dumbfounded over this. Btw,,I walked out. I just can't fathom how this makes sense to them.

mediocore to tasteless cheese enchalada, beans, rice. Where was the enchalada sauce, or the spiceness in the rice? Chips were the best thing on the order, the dip was ok..not great however. I can bet no Mexicans come here to eat.

Ordered takeout, when I arrived 15 mins later still had to wait an additional 25 mins. My order was not huge, chicken soup,kids cheese quesadilla, and chicken&rice plate, cheese dip and guacamole. When I finally got my order I was so frustrated I just left and when I get home there are no chips with my order. It would be one thing to forget the chips if I hadn't ordered 2 extra dips for those chips, but I did and now have to no chips to eat them with. Very disappointed with the service this time.

Service was prompt for.a take out at dinner time not pre-ordered, but the food was not of good quality. Neither my friend nor I found it particularly good food, just good enough to eat because we were both very hungry. Hunger is the best spice, since if we could have waited to eat, we would have asked for a refund and gotten food elsewhere

it was the place to go until one weekend when my son came in from out of town and a friend came over and the 3 of us ordered different meals from Munoz.. I had beef burrito dinner, they had Chicken dinner of some sort. We were all got very ill that night and my illness lasted 7 full day about the same for my friend. My son hurled for two days and got better on the third day. I've never been so sick from eating out. I did call to let them know. And they denied any responsibility for our illness. it was the only meal we had together for weeks. I hate it but drive a long way to eat a good Mexican dinner now. Would not recommend!
