Worst Chipotle we've ever been to.

They gave a sorry amount of food for a nearly $14 bowl that was nearly entirely rice. The girl on the line gave half portions of meat and tried to argue about cheese like she milked the cow herself. Tried to say "she gave 4oz. Any more and she was charging double". I told her that Chipotle's policy to charge for meat, guac, and queso, not to argue about cheese. She gave me major attitude for someone who definitely hand sprinkled "4oz" like it was pixie dust and continued to argue. If you're only serving 4oz at this sorry franchise, I expect to see it measured.

We asked for cheese as one of our son's sides on his kids' meal, like we always do, and again she gave major attitude, tried to argue, and with an eye roll she filled 1/3 a small side cup of cheese.

Then we were charged for a large soda when we ordered a small, only to find three of the drinks were out. And we were never even given baskets for dine in. No doubt the staff didn't want to wash them.

Rip off location with worse service. Save your money.

The food looks wonderful on tv. In person, the best I can give it is "meh" at best. I got the burrito bowl, and I was not too impressed. When I walked in, I was completely ignored. The employees just looked at me and didn't even speak. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The restaurant staff were friendly and the portion was good. The floor and the resto was cleaned. Overall one of the best experiences I had at a chipotle in a while.

Food was standard Chipotle stuff, and seemed fresh (except the kids oranges, they had to go through three to find one that wasn't rotten). Staff was friendly and professional.

HOWEVER. This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been in. There is a staff member sweeping as I write this, but the bathrooms absolutely reek, and I'm not sure that the AC supply registers have ever been cleaned.

Overall not a terrible experience, but probably won't be back.

Edit: also, the CO2 is out, there's barely any ice, and there's a lady harassing people at the door with religious materials. Owner is NOT on their game.

A lot of talkative workers. It's a chipotle, so the quality at pretty much all of them are very similar. The inflation still hits everything, $10 for a chicken burrito, and for the first time, I got told more cheese would have cost more. I still feel like each location loads you up with rice since it's incredibly cheap just to make you feel like you got a better deal.

Awful. Over 1.5 hours until close and couldn't sit inside because they were "closing". Offered the space outside... in 37 degree weather. Oblivious to customer service.

Also, really slow. Yet, they seemed, if anything, over staffed.

Tried to charge me over $3 for a cup of water. They claimed to be unable to void it.... they figured it out when I made clear I wasn't paying for a small cup of water.

12 October we entered this Chipotle and walked right back out. I have never seen a more disgusting and messy restaurant in all my life. There was food littered across the floors and tables like people had dumped their plates on the floor. The drink machine had a mountain of ice over it and all around it there was trash and spilled drinks. The trash cans both inside and out were spilling out onto the ground. Then, if that weren't enough, where they were serving the food was also absolutely insanely messy. Food was scattered across the counter where they build the burritos. The whole thing made us want to wretch. Simply put, if you eat here, you're risking food poisoning. I wish we would have stayed and taken a video. It was like a war zone inside.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Tables and counters need attention. The soft drink station was overloaded with ice, even onto the floor, yet the ice dispenser was empty. Hygiene is a big factor in my review, and the meal prep stations needed to be cleaner and without different foods all over the counter. My dish was the brisket bowl with guacamole, corn, cheese and sour cream. All thrown into one heap and the lettuce looked wilted.

This may very well have been my worst experience at Chipotle to date. My pickup order was not ready for 10 minutes after my pickup time and the entire store was out of Cheese. In addition, the prep area was disgusting with the cherry on top being that my sister only received half of her bowl. Absolutely deplorable

Do Not Eat Here unless You want to get Ripped off or sick !!! Or Both went there ordered 4 burritos 2,steak 2 chicken,they didn't have enough steak in the pan to make a burrito they took steak out of the side station an poured it in that same nasty pan that probably been there all day instead of putting a fresh pan with new steak when I said something they said it's ok well make it over here at the side station just say what you want they made the 4 burritos an charged me$ 80 dollars when I looked at my receipt she rung it up as Steak bowls when I questioned it was told it's ok there the same price I told them I wanted my receipt right an was told since I paid with a card nothing could be done .. I left pissed an got home told my wife we decided to unwrap our burritos an check them out before we ate them witch we made vidieo of see it on tik tok,Instagram and Facebook there was no meat in them 0 .....not 1 littlepeice,I ordered just a little guacamole on them and was like huge spoonfuls see my vidieos!!! I will be disputing the charges on my card as fraud as I didn't get what I ordered and did not get a correct receipt for what I ordered and will be Reporting this place to the health department asap!!! Somebody will get sick from there.... we threw it all in garbage instead of giving it to our dogs because we didn't want to make them sick ... was gonna flush down the toilet cuz we know what goes in there an didn't want it to get clogged and sick !!! Eat here if you like but you been warned I only wish I checked there reviews before I placed my order!!! Pure crap I could have went to Texas Roadhouse an had a amazing dinner as opposed to this garbage

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The restaurant was messy and dirty. The half of the soda fountains didn't have syrup and the workers wouldn't replace them. And the food wasn't very good. The chicken seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. It was dry and cold. The rice was hard and seemed undercooked.

Worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. Waste of money.

I had to come back and edit my review! Chipotle is good when it's good. Today I went in and not only was the girl on the protein side rude, there was a sticker from off the avacodos in my guacamole! Chipotle, please take time to properly train your staff and clean your work station. That's it!

I have eaten at Chipotle since my younger days living in Cali. But this location is awful. The whole store is always nasty especially the prep area, the employees are rude and they're almost always out of at least one or two items. I even attempted to get a catering order to feed 35 people for my job and it was disastrous. I'm over this location and will tell anyone who will listen not to waste their time eating here!

Ordered online to pickup. Out of town on vacation, hungry and tired, and stopped overnight before heading to Florida. When we arrived at the pickup time on our receipt, food was not ready. They did not have the Steak Quesadillas that we ordered and were not going to make any more, its about 840pm on a Friday night. I asked them to cancel my order, which is another story. (I had to call on a recording to get refunded. Which they did promptly a couple hours later) My other order was very simple-Beans and Rice and Chips/Salsa. My daughter said the beans and rice were very dry. They forgot to put the chips/salsa in the bag which we did not find out till we got back to hotel. They added a 'chips/salsa' to her account when she returns next time! Thank God the Mexican restaurant close to the hotel was still open and we had wonderful food. We will not go back to this Chipotle location next time in Prattville

You barely get any food for high prices. They were out of half of the toppings well after lunch, plenty of time to restock. Seriously disappointed. Restaurant was sloppy looking.

My husband and I walked in, and walked right back out.

It was DISGUSTING. There was not a single table that was clean. Food literally everywhere.

If they think it’s ok to keep their dining room looking as bad as it did, I’d hate to see what their food preparation area looks like.

We went to Moe’s. It was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The lady working the rice/protein counter tonight (7/24/24 @ 6:33 PM) has very poor customer service. I asked for a sample of the white rice, because during my previous visit (7/5/24 @ 8:54 PM) it was undercooked. She acted as if it was an inconvenience and then makes a comment and giggles to the cashier about me asking for a sample. The customer service at this location needs to be improved.

I have pictures and proof and my daughters as witnesses this place has roaches and it's dirty and they are in the food. My advice do not eat here for safety. I don't know why I can't upload the pictures but the bathroom is damn near sepsis🤢🤮 and the smell of urine seeps into the dinning Chipotle contacted me about my review And now my review must be edited instead of contacting me directly what you need to do is go to the Prattville Chipotle check it out. I recommend entire gut remodel ok thanks in advance.

this place suck and the employees are idiots, ordered a pick up and when i got there i asked this black girl where the pickup station was, she looked at me like i was annoying her and pointed to it without saying a word, my stuff was missing chips, salsa and queso that i paid $8 for, the girl with black hair told me they were out and didn’t offer me a refund after i asked about it twice, never got my money back, food was cold and had ZERO seasoning, save your money

another meat. All of the juices were very low if not completely out. I don't know if they were short staffed or it was shift change. The staff was pleasant, but where in the heck was the food? It was shortly after 7 on a Tuesday.

RUDE STAFF. Everything was an inconvenience, I barely had time to get out what I wanted and they asked me if I was done after every single thing. If you don't want to work stay at home. If I wanted the attitude with my burrito I would have stayed home and made myself.

I have been eating here for two years consistently, but the last couple of months have not been good. The portion sizes have shrunk. The quality of the food is not the same. The last order I received there had way too much season. Too salty to eat. The workers are new too. It's just not the same friendly, inviting atmosphere it used to be.

This was my first and last experience at a Chipotle. First off, the place looked TRASHED when we came in. We thought maybe they’d just had a rush, so we proceeded. The line was very messy and the staff member who rolled my burrito did a terrible job, it fell apart when I opened it. The queso was extremely thick and tasted floury. And even though you pay $8 for queso you still have to buy chips! Well, I didn’t know that so the guy at the register acted like I was an idiot when I asked 😑. The chips were STALE AF.
It’s beyond me why anyone would choose this place with expensive subpar food and service and a filthy atmosphere over Moe’s. Gheez, I’d honestly choose Taco Bell before I’d eat here again. It was terrible and a waste of $40 for 2 burritos that fell apart, stale old chips, queso with the consistency of gravy, and 2 drinks. Never again!!!

Walked in the Prattville, AL location and preferred the chicken Al pastor. The girl checked with the cook and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I told I would wait for it. So after 20 minutes I get back in line. Finally get to the order taker and she turned and asked the cook if it was ready. He turned and said that he wasn’t cooking anymore tonight. She seemed as shocked as I was. Same cook. It was approximately 7:20 pm when I originally ordered. I left and went to Moes. I prefer the food at chipotle but won’t be treated that poorly again.

I’ve come here so many times since I love chipotle. But every time at night, they’re out of chips but continue to let you order on the app so you have to submit for a refund. Then during lunch, the chips are stale. They’re either out of pibb or it tastes absolutely horrible. I’m definitely going to stop eating there after this time. I kept trying and hoping for a different outcome.

It was just as good as any other Chipotle I've been to.
I'm not sure if they're doing renovations or what bit the bathroom seemed to be lacking an exhaust fan and was super humid and smelled.

I was skeptical about coming here because of all of the bad reviews, and my previous experiences with other chipotles. I ordered online for pickup, and it was the most food I’ve ever gotten in an online order, I actually got the right amount of servings. Place was pretty clean and service seems fast. They didn’t have salad dressing tho which is strange but oh well. Wayyyy better than most chipotles for sure.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I placed an online order 45 minutes before their closing time, the order was confirmed and said it would be ready at 9:40 PM. My husband got there at exactly 9:40 and they had locked the doors and were yelling at him they were closed. He showed them the mobile order and they begrudgingly let him in and said they'd make the food for him (they only had chicken, and were out of steak, of which I had ordered a double portion and already paid for). When he asked what time they close one guy said 10 at the same time another person said "9....9:30." Straight up lied to him. The hours online and at the store say 10 pm. This is unacceptable service, and I won't ever be back to this location. This was the straw that broke the camel's back since every time we have been before, the servers act like we killed their pet.

On a busy Saturday night the workers were closing up over an hour early. One was scraping the grill and it was nails on a chalk board for all the customers. There was trash everywhere throughout the restaurant and they were out of 3 meats and clearly not cooking more for the very long line of customers they had.

Bummed. I went in last week and at 9:00 PM they were out of half of their ingredients and the person making my order gave me attitude about it. I ordered pickup tonight for 8:00PM and it was my first time using the app so i had a free guac reward that i redeemed. Except when i picked up my food, there was no cheese on my bowl and no guac in sight. I overheard workers saying they were out of most things including guac and cheese. They could have at least told me instead of just not giving me either of them:(

I ordered a chicken bowl, my husband ordered a steak bowl. Mine was much bigger than his. With 1 drink & chips, total was $33. I feel that's was over-priced. The food was ok, not super flavorful. Staff worked efficiently & restaurant was clean when we visited.

You pay for “extra” just to get ONE serving of protein. $16 for a steak bowl with “double” protein…1/5 times I’ll actually get double. Tonight I MAYBE got 2 oz of protein. That’s not double. That’s not even a single. Same on our chicken bowl, paid for double, only got MAYBE one serving. It’s really starting to aggravate me. The price goes up and up and the quality and quantity is going down.

I went into this Chiplote and was greeted with dirty tables and floors. Why I proceed in? Idk, maybe they had a rush! I waited In line, no greetings. They made my bowl and it seemed to go fairly smooth. However, when I went to pay for my food, I screeched, there was a roach. The small ones, just crawling around the cash register. When the cashier noticed, she just flicked it away with a piece of paper, like it was normal, like no big deal! It’s 47 degrees at 3:30 and broad daylight and roaches on the same counter as the food! I processed a refund and left! This is the worst chipotle, I’ve ever visited. It’s dirty with roaches!

Great spot aside from the hipster community that frequents it. Needs a bit more of a dining area kinda cramp as the ordering line is very often out into the seating area which mostly consist of long family style tables and a bit too pricey for a fast food joint

Food was delicious as usual. I just wish they knew how to wrap a burrito. No location seems to understand that if someone orders a fat double wrapped burrito you use the extra tortilla to help wrap it. Don't perfectly overlap the tortillas then you will have more surface area to wrap it. I suppose I could just get a bowl and wrap it myself lol

I placed catering order through them over a month ago. The order itself was over $1000. I went to pick it up on Friday at noon, which is when it should have been ready. The order was not ready until 1235. The store was also out of the catering boxes so they had to place them into smaller boxes which did not fit the food. They some of my food containers sideways in these boxes which caused an entire thing of sour cream to dump all over the rest of the food and one of my boxes of rice to dump out. The food itself tasted fine, but I would consider getting catering through a different store.

Delicious. Always the best guacamole. 👌 I love ❤️ the cilantro lime rice with the chicken! Best bowl of the menu. We went on a Friday night and it wasn't busy. Enjoyed out quick date night, and this was a perfect little dinner! Did I mention that this is the best guac?

The store just opened at 10:45 and staff tells me they have to make some vinaigrette sauce. So I guess they don’t come in to work prior to opening to prep fresh food and get everything ready before opening. It’s always something with them. Then the staff members have attitude when you ask for extra anything. Like put some rice in my bowl please and stop acting like yawl serving kiddie meals.

I ordered online and people who walked in AFTER me are getting their food while the 10 employees standing behind the counter tell me they're working on mine. RIDICULOUS! To top it off the lady who sounds like she was the actress that played in Police Academy is a real piece of work....can't work, can't hear either.

Food is good, but staff act like customers are a bother. 2 visits ago two employees were looking at something on their phones at the register and I was standing there for maybe 10 seconds before they noticed me then told me “one second” while they finished what they were doing. Other than that chipotle is awesome.

Lowered to one star after coming in and they said I can’t order a quesadilla in person, I have to order it online. They are available, I just can’t order it by speaking to them. This is ridiculous.

I've worked for Chipotle for 3 years and obviously, during that time, worked every single position. I came to this store on 08/21/23, 40 minutes before they closed at 10 pm. They were out of steak, so I told the skinny white guy I would wait since it only takes 3-5 minutes to cook. I took my seat, and the guy just turned around and started preclosing again. So I thought maybe if I wait in line, he'll actually do his job.

While waiting in line with not a single other customer, another guy came up and started to take my order again, and he told me that they had already turned the grill off! Now that's "great service" for you! Which doesn't even make sense because it's far easier to clean the grill while it's hot. But anyway, 2 other people came in after me asking for steak, as I ate my food in the lobby, while another black gentleman was pouring the soapy water all over the floor (which I had to walk through for a refill - not safe). The Guac was old, dark green, and warm - not worth 3 dollars. The lettuce was also not even cut right; but, it did still taste like Chipotle, mostly. Lastly, the black gentleman gave me a kind goodnight greeting.

These Chipotle kids these days would absolutely lose it if they worked in Destin, Florida, where the lines wrap around the store and out the door.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last month and it’s always dirty. It’s not busy and they never have any lemonade or agua fresca drinks. The staff doesn’t seem like they care about the business which most likely means there’s poor management.

My main complaint is that there was loud music playing and the person ringing people up is super soft spoken. Couldn't hear or understand a word she said. Either turn off the music or change who rings people up. Other than that food taste good.

A lot of talkative workers. It's a chipotle, so the quality at pretty much all of them are very similar. The inflation still hits everything, $10 for a chicken burrito, and for the first time, I got told more cheese would have cost more. I still feel like each location loads you up with rice since it's incredibly cheap just to make you feel like you got a better deal.

Food was great. I have always enjoyed this location, but today the eating area was an absolute mess. Food all over the floor and tables, every trash can overflowing. Most of the staff was helpful, but there was at least one that just didn't seem to care to be there at all, who was working on the line, and was just miserable and not helpful at all.

Ok I normally like this place but to me they have bad management. I mean how can you be out of steak at the very beginning of lunch to me unacceptable! Then to top it off they wouldn't take my cash if my son wasn't with me we would not have been able to buy our lunch there cuz I forgot my wallet at home that day. I mean how the heck can you not accept cash. Poor poor poor

I Love Chipotle and eat Chipotle regularly. However, in 20 years of eating at chipotle across the country, This is by far the worst store. My review is not about a singular visit but collective visits over 2 years. You might ask why I periodically go back and it is because I do not want to make the hour round trip drive to of the other side of Montgomery but I might just have to. I have tried to talk to the store manager Eric Andrews many times but he has never been available and I've been unsuccessful at contacting him as he has all of his contact information going straight to the main franchise. So disappointing. I recommend eating else where. For those that provided this store a good review, they do not know what they are missing from other chipotle stores.

Lazy, never have any fajitas cooked especially at night. They fix your food like they are pinching for a baby. They play in the kitchen and on the floor around customers..always out of something because they are too lazy to cook anything. No sizzling noise when you walk in so let’s me know the food is old. They need a visit from management to come in with a new crew.

Food was good. Was not asked if I wanted anything to drink so I thought drinks were included in the price. There were no cups at the drink station so I had to get back in line to buy a drink. Menu board does not mention drinks were you order your meal. One person bathroom so you might have to wait for that if someone ahead of you is taking their time. Portions were generous so I got my fill.

First time ever going to Chipotle in Prattville AL.
Great experience!
Parking lot was full, line was long, but figured that meant they were popular.
The staff was beautiful!
Had the line moving like a well oiled machine!
They were very friendly and kind.
Portion on dishes are enough for two meals.
Highly recommend the Prattville AL location.

I DoorDashed a chicken, white rice, no beans, cheese, queso, and veggie bowl. I received the order that was crazy salty the rice was very hard. There was no veggies and no queso. Never once was there an attempt to reach out to explain they were out of veggies nor did they indicate that on the website that they were out of queso and someone could’ve cooked more rice I love chipotle overall, but this was a horrible experience, especially having to wait to be a DoorDashed only to receive it, only to be left needing to find something else to eat.

Back of the establishment is just beyond gross. It’s consistently bad, this is actually “clean” compared to normal.

I placed an online order a while back only to never receive my food or a refund.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that I had to wait because the instore customers were priority and online orders were secondary. I normally would wait, but on this day the line continued to grow. I continued to check in and kept getting the same response. I asked for my Money back and the store declined saying that since I placed the order online, I needed to request it online, and they directed me to a their chipotle bot. Getting a refund was never an option, and instead they opted to give me free chips with my next order. I reached out to their head quarters several times and never received a response back. Not only did I waste my time and money, I'm sure this happened to several others. I haven't gone back since and have no intentions of doing so. This was definitely the worst experience, worst customer service, and overall a pain in my pocketbook.
